In order to better achieve the purpose of pressing and releasing the roll gap, the sizes of all structures in the automatic pressing and releasing device are limited in the preferred embodiment, the diameter of the shaft sleeve is 30mm, and the inner diameter of the shaft sleeve is a square hole with the size of 12.7mm multiplied by 12.7 mm; the diameter of the transmission shaft is 28mm, the length range of the transmission shaft is 300cm-400cm, and the inner diameter of the transmission shaft is a square hole with the size of 12.7mm multiplied by 12.7 mm; the diameter of the universal joint sleeve is 46 mm.
In the preferred embodiment, the moving device is provided with a trolley 7, so that the position of the automatic pressing and releasing device can be freely moved.
Based on the preferred embodiment, the operation method is further provided, the cart is pushed, the speed reducing motor moves to the position near the ratchet wheel device, the speed reducing motor is communicated with the control box, the power of the speed reducing motor is 0.75KW, the universal joint sleeve is connected to the ratchet wheel device of the roller box, the control box is started, the speed reducing motor runs, the rotating speed of the speed reducing motor is set to be 59r/min, the speed reducing motor is positively rotated or negatively rotated according to actual conditions, the position of the universal joint sleeve is freely adjusted on the universal joint fork to be matched with the ratchet wheel device of the roller box, the gear is driven to rotate, the screw rod in the roller box is driven by the gear to rotate, the copper piston gap is changed, the direction of the eccentric sleeve of the roller box is changed, and the purpose of pressing and releasing the roller gap.
