When the coil stripping of the coiling machine is completed, the coil stripping trolley 2 transports the steel coil 1 out of the coiling machine, the PLC detects a coil stripping completion signal of the coil stripping trolley 2, cancels the fire extinguishing instruction and controls the coiling machine to automatically execute a cooling water opening and closing signal, and the coiling machine enters a normal working state.
In summary, the embodiment provides a fire extinguishing method for a coiler during coil unloading, which includes judging whether preset information that a steel coil is on fire is received or not after the tail of the steel coil is fixed, if the preset information is received, sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiler, and controlling the coiler to automatically restart the coiler cooling water for fire extinguishing; according to the scheme, whether the steel coil is ignited or not is detected and the cooling water of the coiling machine is controlled to be re-opened after the tail is fixed, so that the problems that the fire extinguishing process is slow and the normal production efficiency is seriously influenced due to the fact that the automatic coil unloading process only can be stopped if the steel coil is ignited in the automatic coil unloading process and the cooling water is manually opened to extinguish a fire are solved, the fire extinguishing condition in the coiling machine can be quickly dealt with, the production rhythm is not influenced, manual intervention is reduced, misoperation is avoided, smooth and stable hot rolling and coiling production is guaranteed, and the yield of the steel coil is improved; meanwhile, the mode that the operator utilizes the fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire on site is avoided, and the personal safety of the operator is ensured.
Based on the same inventive concept of the previous embodiment, in yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a fire extinguishing system when a reel-up is unloaded, comprising:
a receiving module 10, configured to receive a steel coil tail positioning completion signal;
the judging module 20 is configured to start to judge whether preset information representing that a steel coil is on fire is received according to a steel coil tail positioning completion signal;
and the sending module 30 is used for sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the preset information so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction.
Optionally, the determining module 20 is specifically configured to:
judging whether preset information representing that the steel coil is on fire is received or not in a preset time period after the steel coil tail fixing completion signal is received;
the sending module 30 is specifically configured to:
sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to preset information so that the coiling machine starts cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction; and after receiving a steel coil tail fixing completion signal and a preset time period, sending an automatic coil unloading control command to the coiling machine so as to enable the coiling machine to automatically unload coils.
Further, after sending the automatic coil discharging control command to the coiler, the receiving module 10 is further configured to:
receiving an unloading completion signal of the unloading trolley;
the sending module 30 sends a closing signal of a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the coil unloading completion signal so as to close the cooling water of the coiling machine.
Further, the sending module 30 is specifically configured to: after receiving the preset information and before receiving the coil unloading completion signal, sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine, so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction.
The cooling water of the coiling machine in the embodiment comprises at least one of the cooling water of the coiling machine auxiliary coiling roller, the cooling water of the coiling machine pinch roller and the cooling water of the coiling machine steel coil.
Optionally, the fire suppression system is particularly for:
controlling the recoiling machine to start basic cooling water of a recoiling machine wrapper roller;
after the basic cooling water of the reeling wrapper roll is started for a preset time, the additional water of the reeling wrapper roll is started.
Optionally, after sending the automatic coil-unloading control command to the coiler, the fire extinguishing system is further configured to:
in the coil unloading process of the coiling machine, controlling the coil unloading position of the auxiliary coiling roller of the coiling machine to be 30-50 mm away from the surface of the steel coil; or at the maximum position of the coiler wrapper roller.
Based on the same inventive concept as the previous embodiment, the present invention further provides an electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the steps of the fire extinguishing method in the previous embodiment.
Through one or more embodiments of the present invention, the present invention has the following advantageous effects or advantages:
the invention provides a fire extinguishing method for a coiler during coil unloading, which is characterized in that after the tail of a steel coil is fixed, whether preset information that the steel coil is on fire is received or not is judged, if the preset information is received, a fire extinguishing instruction is sent to the coiler, and the coiler is controlled to automatically restart the coiler cooling water for fire extinguishing; according to the scheme, whether the steel coil is ignited or not is detected and the cooling water of the coiling machine is controlled to be re-opened after the tail is fixed, so that the problems that the fire extinguishing process is slow and the normal production efficiency is seriously influenced due to the fact that the automatic coil unloading process only can be stopped if the steel coil is ignited in the automatic coil unloading process and the cooling water is manually opened to extinguish a fire are solved, the fire extinguishing condition in the coiling machine can be quickly dealt with, the production rhythm is not influenced, manual intervention is reduced, misoperation is avoided, smooth and stable hot rolling and coiling production is guaranteed, and the yield of the steel coil is improved; meanwhile, the mode that the operator utilizes the fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire on site is avoided, and the personal safety of the operator is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A fire extinguishing method for coil unloading of a coiling machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a steel coil tail fixing completion signal;
according to the steel coil tail positioning completion signal, whether preset information representing that the steel coil is on fire is received or not is judged;
if yes, sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the preset information, so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction.
2. The fire extinguishing method according to claim 1, wherein the starting to judge whether the preset information indicating that the steel coil is on fire is received according to the steel coil tail-positioning completion signal specifically comprises:
judging whether preset information representing that the steel coil is on fire is received or not in a preset time period after the steel coil tail fixing completion signal is received; if yes, sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the preset information, so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction;
and after the steel coil tail fixing completion signal is received and the preset time period passes, sending an automatic coil unloading control command to the coiling machine so as to enable the coiling machine to automatically unload coils.
3. The fire extinguishing method of claim 2, wherein after said sending an automatic unwind control command to said coiler, said fire extinguishing method further comprises:
receiving an unloading completion signal of the unloading trolley;
and sending a closing signal of the fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the coil unloading completion signal so as to close the cooling water of the coiling machine.

The fire extinguishing method according to claim 3, wherein the sending of the fire extinguishing instruction to the recoiling machine according to the preset information to enable the recoiling machine to start the recoiling machine cooling water for fire extinguishing according to the fire extinguishing instruction comprises:
after the preset information is received and before the coil unloading completion signal is received, a fire extinguishing instruction is sent to the coiling machine, so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction.
5. The fire extinguishing method of claim 2, wherein the coiler cooling water comprises at least one of coiler pinch roll cooling water, and coiler coil cooling water.
6. The fire extinguishing method according to claim 5, wherein the step of enabling the recoiling machine to start recoiling machine cooling water for fire extinguishing according to the fire extinguishing instruction comprises the following specific steps:
controlling the recoiling machine to start basic cooling water of a recoiling machine wrapper roller;
and after the basic cooling water of the reeling wrapper roll is started for a preset time, starting additional water of the reeling wrapper roll.
7. The fire extinguishing method of claim 5, wherein after said sending an automatic unwind control command to said coiler, said fire extinguishing method further comprises:
in the coil unloading process of the coiling machine, controlling the coil unloading position of the auxiliary coiling roller of the coiling machine to be 30-50 mm away from the surface of the steel coil; or, the maximum position of the coiler wrapper roller.
8. A fire extinguishing system when a reel-up is unloaded, the fire extinguishing system comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a steel coil tail positioning completion signal;
the judging module is used for starting to judge whether preset information representing the steel coil is on fire is received or not according to the steel coil tail fixing completion signal;
and the sending module is used for sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the preset information so as to enable the coiling machine to start the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction.
9. The fire suppression system of claim 8, wherein the determination module is specifically configured to:
judging whether preset information representing that the steel coil is on fire is received or not in a preset time period after the steel coil tail fixing completion signal is received;
the sending module is specifically configured to:
sending a fire extinguishing instruction to the coiling machine according to the preset information so that the coiling machine starts the cooling water of the coiling machine to extinguish fire according to the fire extinguishing instruction;
and after receiving the steel coil tail fixing completion signal and the preset time period, sending an automatic coil unloading control command to the coiling machine so as to enable the coiling machine to automatically unload coils.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of extinguishing a fire according to any one of claims 1-7 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
