Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a massage assembly, including a driving mechanism 1, a fixing base 2, a mounting bracket 3 and a massage panel 4, wherein the mounting bracket 3 is rotatably connected to the fixing base 2, the massage panel 4 is disposed on the mounting bracket 3, the driving mechanism 1 includes a rotary driving mechanism 101, the rotary driving mechanism 101 includes a motor body 1011, an eccentric 1012 and a transmission shaft assembly 1013, the transmission shaft assembly 1013 is connected to the motor body 1011, the transmission shaft assembly 1013 includes a first transmission shaft 1113 and a second transmission shaft 1213 on the same axis, the first transmission shaft 1113 and the second transmission shaft 1213 are both connected to one of the eccentric 1012, and the outer circumference of the eccentric 1012 is adapted to abut against the mounting bracket 3.
In the related art, the massage subassembly of massager sets up vibrating motor usually to make the inside vibration of massager, and connect corresponding massage panel, massage human health position with massage panel through the vibrating, but vibrating massage mode is great compared with artificial massage difference under the actual conditions, and it is difficult to simulate massage actions such as the kneading of artifical massage, leads to massage comfort level not enough with this, and massage experience is poor.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a massage assembly, which includes a driving mechanism 1 and a fixing seat 2, wherein the fixing seat 2 is rotatably connected to a mounting bracket 3, so that the mounting bracket 3 can rotate around the fixing seat 2, wherein a rotating shaft or a rotating rod can be disposed on the fixing seat 2, a hole is disposed at a corresponding position on the mounting bracket 3, and a rotation matching member, such as a bearing, is disposed in the hole, the rotating shaft or the rotating rod is inserted into the bearing, so as to form a rotational connection between the mounting bracket 3 and the fixing seat 2, at this time, the mounting bracket 3 can rotate with a central line of the rotating shaft or the rotating rod as a rotation axis, wherein a massage panel 4 is disposed on the mounting bracket 3, and when the mounting bracket 3 rotates, the massage panel 4 can be driven by the mounting bracket 3 to rotate synchronously, and referring to fig. 1, which is a massage assembly in the embodiment of the present invention, when the massage assembly is not in operation, the massage panel 4 forms an obtuse angle with the horizontal plane, that is, the massage panel 4 is disposed obliquely with the horizontal plane, so that the massage assembly can be better disposed in a massage device, such as a cushion, a sofa, a backrest, etc., as a main body to adapt to a body part of a human body, wherein the massage assembly includes a driving mechanism 1, the driving mechanism 1 includes a rotary driving mechanism 101, the rotary driving mechanism 101 includes a motor body 1011, an eccentric 1012 and a transmission shaft assembly 1013 connected with the motor body 1011, the transmission shaft assembly 1013 includes a first transmission shaft 1113 and a second transmission shaft 1213 on the same axis, and the first transmission shaft 1113 and the second transmission shaft 1213 are both connected with the eccentric 1012. Referring to fig. 1, in the massage assembly of this embodiment, the massage assembly further includes a first fixing plate 12a, a second fixing plate 13a and a housing structure 11a, the first fixing plate 12a is connected to the second fixing plate 13a, and both the first fixing plate 12a and the second fixing plate 13a are detachably connected to the housing structure 11a, so that the first fixing plate 12a, the second fixing plate 13a and the housing structure 11a enclose a housing of the massage assembly, and are used for fixedly mounting structures such as the fixing base 2, the driving mechanism 1 and the mounting bracket 3 in the housing to support and protect these structures to a certain extent. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 1 further includes an elastic reset member 102, the rotary driving mechanism 101 is adapted to drive the mounting bracket 3 to rotate around the fixing base 2 to a first position in a single direction, one end of the elastic reset member 102 is connected to the mounting bracket 3, the other end of the elastic reset member 102 is fixedly disposed, and the elastic reset member 102 is adapted to drive the mounting bracket 3 to move from the first position toward a starting position of the mounting bracket 3 for resetting.
Referring to fig. 1, in the massage assembly of the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 1 includes a rotary driving mechanism 101, the rotary driving mechanism 101 is used for driving the mounting bracket 3 to rotate around the fixing base 2 to a first position, which can be set according to the swing amplitude of the massage panel 4, so that when the rotary driving mechanism 101 drives the massage panel 4 to rotate, the massage panel 4 rotates from its non-working initial position to the first position, thereby massaging the massage part of the user during the rotation, and when the mounting bracket 3 rotates to the first position, the rotary driving mechanism 101 can no longer drive the mounting bracket 3 to rotate, wherein, the driving mechanism 1 further includes an elastic resetting member 102, one force application end of the elastic resetting member 102 is connected to the mounting bracket 3, and correspondingly, the other force application end is fixedly set, the elastic restoring member 102 is made of an elastic material, in a normal case, two opposite ends of the elastic restoring member 102 need to be connected, so that the elastic restoring member 102 can restore the connected structure, in this embodiment, the elastic restoring member 102 mainly acts on the mounting bracket 3 for restoration, in this case, the other end of the elastic restoring member 102 can be set according to actual conditions for connection and force application of the elastic restoring member 102, so that the elastic restoring member 102 deforms or recovers when the mounting bracket 3 rotates around the fixing base 2, as shown in fig. 1, the massage assembly is different according to its internal structural position, the other end of the elastic restoring member 102 in this embodiment of the present invention can be specifically and fixedly disposed at the driving mechanism mounting base 9 or the fixing base 2, and likewise, in other embodiments, the elastic restoring member 102 can also be disposed at the driving mechanism 1, the fixing base 2, Other fixed frame, housing structures, etc. of the massage assembly. In this embodiment, the elastic restoring member 102 is an elastic band, the elastic band is circular, one end of the inner wall of the elastic band is connected to the mounting bracket 3, so that when the mounting bracket 3 rotates, the elastic band expands or recovers, the mounting bracket 3 swings around the fixing seat, wherein a limiting slot 309 can be arranged on the mounting bracket 3, and a part of the elastic band is arranged in the limiting slot 309 to prevent the elastic band from sliding.
The elastic restoring member 102 may be further configured as a spring, for example, when the spring is used, one end of the spring is connected to the mounting bracket 3, and the other end of the spring is fixedly disposed, but compared with the elastic band, the connection manner of the spring may have a certain pause and frustration feeling during use, resulting in a poor massage effect.
As shown in fig. 1, the massage assembly of the present invention further includes a driving mechanism mounting seat 9, wherein the driving mechanism mounting seat 9 is connected to the rotary driving mechanism 101, the mounting bracket 3 and the driving mechanism mounting seat 9 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the rotary driving mechanism 1, and the other end of the elastic restoring member 102 is connected to the driving mechanism mounting seat 9. In the massage assembly of this embodiment, the rotary driving mechanism 101 is fixedly mounted through the driving mechanism mounting seat 9 to improve the stability of the internal structure of the massage assembly, and prevent the rotary driving mechanism 101 from shaking during operation, which results in poor massage effect, and the fixed end of the elastic reset piece 102 is connected with the driving mechanism mounting seat 9, so that the elastic reset piece 102 makes the mounting bracket 3 perform reset motion.
As shown in fig. 10, the driving mechanism mounting seat 9 is provided with a limiting bayonet structure 901, one end of the elastic resetting piece 102 is connected to the mounting bracket 3, and the other end of the elastic resetting piece 102 is fixed through the limiting bayonet structure 901, so that the elastic resetting piece 102 is more stably fixed.
The driving mechanism mounting seat 9 is provided with a matching mounting hole, so that the driving mechanism 1 and the whole massage assembly can be arranged in a corresponding massage device or a corresponding shell through connecting pieces such as bolts, rivets and the like, and the massage assembly is mounted and fixed.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-3, the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a first bearing 5, the outer circumference of the first bearing 5 abuts against the outer circumference of the eccentric wheel 1012, the rotary driving mechanism 101 drives the eccentric wheel 1012, the eccentric wheel 1012 drives the first bearing 5 and further drives the mounting bracket 3 to swing up and down for massage, wherein the first bearing 5 is located above the eccentric wheel 1012, so that the first bearing 5 moves up and down during the rotation of the eccentric wheel 1012 to drive the mounting bracket 3 to move up and down, the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a massage panel 4, the massage panel 4 moves up and down simultaneously to form the swing up and down of the massage panel 4, when the eccentric wheel 1012 is directly connected with the mounting bracket 3 for driving, sliding friction is generated during the driving process, and the wear is serious due to long-time use, thereby can lead to life lower, and the result of use is not good, based on first bearing 5's setting, compare in eccentric wheel 1012 directly with installing support 3 link to each other in order to drive, can change sliding friction into rolling friction to this wear is littleer, and the card is died when preventing eccentric wheel 1012 from rotating, so that installing support 3's swing is more smooth, promotes life simultaneously.
Specifically, in the massage assembly of the present invention, the two opposite ends of the mounting bracket 3 are both provided with the first bearings 5, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the left and right ends of the mounting bracket 3 are both provided with the first bearings 5 to support the left and right ends of the mounting bracket 3 by cooperating with the two eccentric wheels 1012, so that the driving is more stable and the offset is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, such as the massage assembly of fig. 1-3, the rotational axis of the eccentric 1012, the rotational axis of the first bearing 5, and the rotational axis of the mounting bracket 3 are all parallel. Therefore, the massage assembly in the embodiment can reduce the wear and ensure more stable driving.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the abutment 14a of the eccentric 1012 with the first bearing 5 is located between the rotational connection 15a of the mounting bracket 3 with the fixed seat 2 and the connection 16a of the massage panel 4 with the mounting bracket 3. Wherein, the rotation connection 15a of the mounting bracket 3 and the fixed seat 2, i.e. the mounting bracket 3, can rotate around the rotation connection 15a, the abutting part 14a of the eccentric 1012 and the mounting bracket 3, i.e. the force application part of the eccentric 1012 to the mounting bracket 3, so that the eccentric 101a applies force at the abutting part 14a to drive the mounting bracket 3, correspondingly, the connection 16a of the mounting bracket 3 and the massage panel 4, i.e. the force application part of the mounting bracket 3 to the massage panel 4, when the mounting bracket 3 is driven, the massage panel 4 is connected with the mounting bracket 3 based on the thrust applied by the mounting bracket 3 at the connecting part 16a, so that the massage panel 4 can move along with the mounting bracket 3, referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism 1 drives the middle part of the mounting bracket 3 through the eccentric 1012, and the front end of the mounting bracket 3 is provided with the massage panel 4, the rear end of the mounting bracket 3 is rotatably connected with the fixed seat 2, so that the eccentric wheel 1012 can enable the mounting bracket 3 to have larger rotation amplitude when rotating, and under the condition of ensuring the rotation amplitude, the massage structure can be relatively arranged to be more compact, and the space is saved.

In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the massage bracket further comprises a heating and cooling sheet 7, and the heating and cooling sheet 7 is located between the mounting bracket 3 and the massage panel 4.
Referring to fig. 1, 3, 5, 8 and 9, in the related art, in the massage device, a heating device is disposed on the massage panel or at the bottom of the massage panel to heat the massage panel, so as to increase the temperature of the massage part during massage, so as to make the massage more comfortable, but the massage mode is single and not versatile, such as in summer with higher temperature or part of human body, heating massage is not suitable, based on which, in the embodiment, a heating and cooling sheet 7 is disposed between the mounting bracket 3 and the massage panel 4, the heating and cooling sheet 7 can supply heat or cool to the massage panel 4, so as to heat or cool the massage part during massage through the massage panel 4, such as in summer with warmer weather, the comfort of human body can be improved through cooling massage, and at the same time, for some parts of human body, for example, male testis is not suitable for continuous high-temperature massage, and the heating and cooling sheet 7 can perform cooling massage during massage or switch between heating and cooling massage, so that the comfort of testis massage is improved, and the secretion of testosterone can be improved to a certain extent, thereby providing a massage health-care function.
The heating and cooling sheet 7 can be electrically connected with a power supply device and a control device for adjusting the current flowing direction in the circuit, so that the heating and cooling sheet 7 is controlled to heat or cool by changing the current flowing direction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the heating and cooling plate 7 may be, for example, a semiconductor heating and cooling plate, and the semiconductor heating and cooling plate is energized to control the current flow direction in the circuit, so as to control the semiconductor heating and cooling plate to perform heating or cooling, so that the massage panel 4 can perform heating massage or cooling massage.
