When the auxiliary device for tactile detection is used, the device can meet the requirements of a static two-point discrimination test and a dynamic two-point discrimination test, can perform stepless movement on a moving needle when the two kinds of tactile tests are performed, is more portable, and mainly meets the requirement of easily measuring the feeling of a defect repair part between finger webs (toe webs).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of detection equipment, in particular to an auxiliary device for touch detection.
Background
Tactile test tactile tests include mobility tactile and immobilization tactile. The objective of the mobile tactile test is to measure the condition of the nerve endings distribution of the rapidly adapting fiber and receptor system. The fixed tactile test is a condition that measures the nerve terminal distribution of the slow adaptive fiber and receptor system.
Typically we use a two-point discriminator for the tactile test. The two-point discriminator is a set of two octagonal films, and each side is provided with a pair of metal branches with different distances of 1-15 mm. The tactile test is generally carried out starting from metal branches with a spacing of 9 mm. If the patient can feel it, then turn to a smaller pitch metal branch; if the patient cannot feel it, the patient turns to a metal branch of greater spacing. When the fixity touch test is carried out, the pair of metal branches is placed on the far-end interphalangeal joint in the direction vertical to the long axis of the finger, and if the distance between the metal branches exceeds the thickness of the finger, the pair of metal branches is placed in the direction parallel to the long axis of the finger. When conducting the mobile touch test, the metal branch should be placed at the distal end of the interphalangeal joint in a direction perpendicular to the long axis of the finger, and then slowly pulled toward the tip of the finger (i.e. from the proximal end to the distal end).
In the fixed touch test or the movable touch test, the force of the metal branch pressing on the finger is just enough to enable the patient to have enough touch feeling, and the excessive force is not applied to cause pain or stab a skin flap or skin graft of the patient. The mobile tactile tone test helps to evaluate some hand functions and activities that require mobile tactile sensation, such as object recognition, button-fastening. The fixity touch test is helpful for evaluating activities which need static touch and accurate gripping in daily life, such as writing with a pen, taking a needle for sewing, unlocking with a key and the like.
The existing touch detection equipment has a large area, so that skin grafting at the position of a finger web (toe web) of a patient can affect other fingers (toes), and the result of sensory measurement generates errors or the precision cannot be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the existing tactile measurement, the invention provides an auxiliary device for tactile detection.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an auxiliary device for touch detection comprises a substrate, wherein a fixed needle is welded on one side of the substrate, and a movable needle is installed in the substrate through a moving device.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the movable needle is a fixed needle, and the fixed needle and the movable needle are arranged in a circular arc shape.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprising a grip portion on one side of the substrate.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is further comprised that the scale is installed on the base plate on the same side of the fixed needle and the moving needle.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the moving device further comprises a roller which is arranged on the inner side of the base plate by using a mounting shaft, the roller exceeds the outer edge of the base plate, one side of the roller is provided with a first bevel gear, a transmission rod is arranged on the inner side of the base plate by a first mounting bearing, the transmission rod is provided with a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear, the other end of the transmission rod is provided with a third bevel gear, the screw is fixed in the base plate by a second mounting bearing, the screw is provided with a fourth bevel gear meshed with the third bevel gear, the moving plate is provided with a screw hole, the moving plate is sleeved.
The auxiliary device for the tactile detection has the advantages that when the auxiliary device for the tactile detection is used, the requirements of a static two-point discrimination test and a dynamic two-point discrimination test can be met, the movable needle can be moved in a stepless manner when the two tactile tests are carried out, the auxiliary device is more portable, and the auxiliary device is mainly used for easily measuring the feeling of a defect repair part between finger webs.
