Because the flexible water bag 3 is flexible and changeable in shape, the clear water storage volume is changeable, when the flexible water bag is just used, no sewage exists, the whole volume of the box body 1 can be fully utilized to store more clear water in the flexible water bag 3, the clear water is reduced along with the use, the sewage is increased, the volume increased by the sewage can compensate the volume reduced by the clear water, and further the space in the box body 1 can be fully utilized, so that the whole cruising time is prolonged, frequent water adding and drainage are avoided, and the working efficiency is improved.
The case 1 may be made of a metal material. The flexible water bag 3 can be formed by hot-melt bonding of the existing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, and has the characteristics of soft quality, high tensile strength, colorless transparency and the like. The flexible water bag 3 can freely change the shape in the box body 1 along with the mobility of water, so that the inside of the box body 1 is always filled with water, and the utilization rate of the water tank is improved.
The drawings of the present embodiment show only a schematic view of the flexible water bag 3, and do not limit the shape of the flexible water bag 3.
The flexible water bag 3 has a water inlet, through which fresh water can be added into the flexible water bag 3, and a water outlet, through which fresh water can be supplied to a place where fresh water is needed, for example, to a floor brush of the cleaning robot.
In order to facilitate the realization of automatic water adding and manual water adding, the flexible water bag 3 is provided with a first water adding port 31 and a second water adding port 32, the first water adding port 31 is used for manual water adding, and the second water adding port 32 is used for automatic water adding.
The box body 1 is provided with a first water inlet 11, and the flexible water bag 3 can be installed in the box body 1 through the first water inlet 11, so that the first water adding port 31 is communicated with the first water inlet 11. When water is added to the flexible water bag 3, water can be added through the first water inlet 11. When the flexible water bag 3 is detached, the flexible water bag 3 can be taken out of the box body 1 through the first water inlet 11.
In order to prevent the flexible water bag 3 from floating in the box 1 and shifting, one or more positions of the flexible water bag 3 need to be fixed.
In the present embodiment, the first filler 31 is fixed to an inner wall of the first inlet 11. Specifically, a steel wire retainer is arranged at the position of the first water inlet 31 in a surrounding mode, a hook 12 is arranged on the inner wall of the first water inlet 11, and the steel wire retainer is connected with the hook 12 in a clamping mode.
A plurality of fixing bands 33 are provided on the outer surface of the flexible water bag 3 around the first water filling port 31, a through hole is formed between the fixing bands 33 and the outer surface of the flexible water bag 3, and a wire holder is inserted into the through hole.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, a water outlet pipe 13 is arranged on the box body 1, and a water outlet of the flexible water bag 3 is sleeved on the water outlet pipe 13 and connected with the water outlet pipe 13 through a nut 4. Specifically, the water outlet is sleeved on the water outlet pipe 13, the gasket 5 is sleeved on the water outlet pipe 13, and the nut 4 is screwed on the end of the water outlet pipe 13. The flexible water bag 3 is flexible, so that the sealing function can be achieved.
The thickening layer is formed on the flexible water bag 3, and the water outlet is formed in the thickening layer, so that the structural strength is improved, and the water outlet of the flexible water bag 3 is prevented from being torn.
The first water filling port 31 is arranged at the top of the flexible water bag 3, and the water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the flexible water bag 3, so that the top and the bottom of the flexible water bag 3 are fixed, and the flexible water bag 3 is prevented from floating and shifting in the box body 1. One or more water outlets may be provided, and when a plurality of water outlets are provided, one water outlet pipe 13 is provided corresponding to each water outlet. A valve may be provided on the outlet pipe 13.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, a cover 2 is provided at the first water inlet 11 to prevent foreign substances from entering the case 1. An air duct 6 is arranged on the box cover 2, one end of the air duct 6 is communicated with the outside, and the other end of the air duct 6 is communicated with the sewage accommodating space 10. When the sewage generated by washing the ground is recycled, the suction force is generated in the air duct 6 through the air suction motor, the sewage enters the sewage containing space 10 through the air duct 6 for storage, and the required space can be mutually occupied by the clear water and the sewage by utilizing the flexibility of the flexible water bag 3. The flow direction of the sewage is shown by arrows in fig. 6.
The air duct 6 is arranged on the case cover 2, so that the water choking of the air suction motor can be prevented, and the water storage capacity of the high water tank can be increased.
One part of the first water inlet 11 is communicated with the first water filling port 31, the other part of the first water inlet 11 forms a sewage inlet, the air duct 6 is communicated with the sewage inlet, and the sewage inlet is communicated with the sewage accommodating space 10. Make full use of the structure of the first water inlet 11 on the box body 1, improve the space utilization rate.
In this embodiment, the first water inlet 11 is circular, and the first water filling opening 31 is semicircular.
In addition, the box body 1 is also provided with a sewage draining outlet communicated with the sewage containing space 10.
When water is automatically added, the box cover 2 does not need to be opened. Referring to fig. 7, a floating ball structure 7 is arranged at the second water inlet 14, the floating ball structure 7 includes a shell 71, a baffle 72, a floating ball 73 and a pull rope 74, the shell 71 is fixedly connected with the tank 1, and an opening is arranged at one side of the shell 71; the baffle 72 is arranged at the opening, and one end of the baffle 72 is hinged with the shell 71; the floating ball 73 is arranged in the shell 71 and can block the second water inlet 14; a pull cord 74 connects the float 73 to the stop plate 72.
When water is automatically added, the pipeline is inserted from the opening of the housing 71, and hits against the baffle 72, so that the baffle 72 is rotated to be opened, the baffle 72 acts on the pull rope 74 to pull up the floating ball 73, so that the second water inlet 14 is opened, and clean water flows into the flexible water bag 3 from the second water inlet 14 through the second water adding port 32. After the water is added, the floating ball 73 falls to block the second water inlet 14, so that the tightness of the interior of the water tank is ensured when the air suction motor works.
Specifically, the pulling rope 74 is connected to a rotating shaft of the baffle 72, an extending portion is arranged on the baffle 72, the pulling rope 74 passes through the extending portion to be connected with the floating ball 73, and the extending portion can limit the pulling rope 74, so that the pulling rope 74 is pulled when the baffle 72 rotates. In the present embodiment, the extension extends perpendicular to the baffle 72.
In addition, a float switch is arranged in the flexible water bag 3 and is used for detecting the water level of the clean water; a float switch is also provided in the sewage accommodating space 10 for detecting the water level of the sewage. The float switch is of an existing structure.
