Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance including: the pot comprises a pot body, a pot cover and a plurality of function keys.
Wherein, the pot cover is covered on the pot body; a plurality of function button sets up on the pot body or pot cover, includes: at least one first button 11, first button 11 corresponds to a plurality of culinary art functions, and the culinary art condition that a plurality of culinary art functions correspond is different. Further comprising: at least one second key 12, the second key 12 corresponding to a cooking function. Only one first key 11 and one second key 12 are shown in fig. 1.
Specifically, the cooking appliance may be an electric pressure cooker, an electric cooker, a food processor, etc., and in the present embodiment, an electric pressure cooker is taken as an example for detailed description. The function keys may be mechanical keys or touch keys on the operation panel. In this embodiment of the application, the above-mentioned cooking condition may be a state of an opening/closing lid, and whether the lid is in an opening state or a closing state can be determined by detecting the state of the opening/closing lid, and the cooking function corresponding to the opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the closing state, for example, the opening state corresponds to a frying or baking function, and the closing state corresponds to a baking function.
By analyzing all cooking functions of the electric pressure cooker, the cooking conditions of some cooking functions are different, for example, the cover needs to be opened for frying or baking; the baking function requires pressing and the upper cover must be locked. For another example, the function of opening the lid to collect juice also requires opening the lid. On this basis, in order to save the size of the operation panel, a plurality of cooking functions may be integrated on one first button 11, for example, as shown in fig. 2, a frying, baking and roasting function may be integrated on one first button 11; the function of opening the cover and collecting juice is integrated on the 'start' button.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of cooking functions corresponding to different cooking conditions are integrated on one function key, and the function keys do not need to be arranged for each cooking function, so that the number of the operation keys arranged on the operation panel is reduced, the technical effects of saving the size of the operation panel and reducing the cost are realized, and the technical problems of large size of the operation panel and high cost caused by more menus of cooking appliances in the related technology are solved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a detection device 20 and a controller 30.
Wherein, the detection device 20 is arranged on the pot body or the pot cover and is used for detecting the current cooking condition of the cooking utensil; the controller 30 is connected with the detection device 20 and the plurality of function keys, and is used for controlling the cooking appliance to execute a cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition in the plurality of cooking functions under the condition that the first key 11 is triggered; and controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function under the condition that the second key 12 is triggered.
Specifically, the controller may be a main control chip of the cooking appliance, for example, a single chip microcomputer, a field programmable gate array, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
In an optional scheme, when a user needs to cook, the user can press a function key containing a corresponding cooking function according to cooking requirements, after the user presses the function key, if the function key is the second key 12, the function key only contains one cooking function, the fact that the user needs to execute the cooking function is determined, and the cooking appliance is directly controlled to execute the cooking function; if the function key is the first key 11, the function key comprises a plurality of cooking functions, which cooking function the user needs to execute is further determined according to the cooking conditions, and the cooking appliance is controlled to execute the corresponding cooking function, so that the cooking function the cooking appliance needs to execute is controlled according to different function keys and the current cooking conditions of the cooking appliance, and the purpose of accurately controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking operation is achieved.
For example, when the user presses the "add menu halfway" button, since the button only contains a function of adding a menu halfway, the function can be directly executed. When the user presses the 'frying, baking and baking' key, the key comprises a frying or baking function and a baking function, and further by judging the current cooking condition, if the user selects the frying or baking function, frying and baking can be selected.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the detection device 20 includes: signal detection means 21.
The signal detection device 21 is arranged on the pot body or the pot cover and used for detecting a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking utensil; the controller 30 is connected with the signal detection device 21, and is used for determining the current state of the pot cover based on the opening and closing signal, wherein the current state comprises: the cooking device comprises an opening state and a closing state, wherein the cooking function corresponding to the opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the closing state.
Specifically, the signal detection device 21 may be an opening/closing signal detection device of the cooking appliance, for example, a micro switch, a reed switch, a hall device, etc., but is not limited thereto, and may be other devices capable of detecting the state of the opening/closing of the lid. The cover opening and closing signal may be a signal generated when detecting that a user opens or closes the cover, or may be a signal generated when detecting that the cover is fastened or not fastened with the locking teeth of the pot body, wherein the cover closing signal is generated when detecting that the user closes the cover or the locking teeth are fastened; and when the cover opening or the unlocking tooth of the user is not buckled, a cover opening signal is generated. The cooking function corresponding to the cover opening state and the cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state are integrated on one function key, so that the cooking appliance can be controlled to execute different cooking functions corresponding to the opening and closing states by detecting the opening and closing states through the signal detection device arranged on the cooking appliance, the detection device does not need to be additionally arranged, and the cost is further reduced.
After the user presses the first key 11, the cooking appliance obtains a cover opening and closing signal of the pot cover through the signal detection device 21, determines the current state of the pot cover based on the cover opening and closing signal, and can determine that the user opens the pot cover when receiving the cover opening signal; when the cover closing signal is received, the user can be determined to close the cover, and the corresponding cooking program is further executed. For example, after the user selects the frying, baking and baking functions, the user presses a "start" button to execute the corresponding cooking function according to the open/close state of the pot lid. When frying and baking are carried out, a user needs to open the upper cover; in the same way, when baking and cooking, the user needs to lock the upper cover. Therefore, after cooking is started, the opening and closing state of the pot cover is detected, and when the pot cover is in the opening state, the frying or baking function is executed; when the pot cover is in a closed state, the baking function is executed.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a temperature sensor 40.
Wherein, the temperature sensor 40 is arranged in the pan body and used for detecting the current temperature of the pan body; the controller 30 is connected to the temperature sensor 40, and is configured to determine whether the current temperature reaches a preset temperature corresponding to the current state in a process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the current state, and if the current temperature reaches the preset temperature, detect that the current temperature reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the open-close state, and control the cooking appliance to stop a cooking operation.
It should be noted that, during the process of using the electric pressure cooker, the user is prone to misoperation, for example, the user puts oil and intends to perform a frying or baking function, and as a result, the cover is closed, and the baking function is actually performed. For example, a baking function is intended, and as a result, the pot lid is opened, and a frying or baking function is actually performed. Aiming at food materials and the corresponding cooking function, temperature protection control can be added in the cooking process, misoperation of a user is prevented, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
Aiming at the frying, baking and baking functions, when the food material is oil, the temperature at the top rises slowly and the temperature at the bottom rises very high according to the characteristics of the oil; when the food material is waterless baked food material, such as meat, the temperature rise at the top and bottom is relatively linear according to the characteristics of the meat food material. Therefore, in the process of executing the frying or baking function, when the temperature rise change accords with the linear change, the baking function is determined to be needed to be executed by the user, and the frying or baking function is stopped to be executed. In the process of executing the baking function, when the temperature rise change accords with the slow top change and the fast bottom change, the user is determined to need to execute the frying or baking function, and the baking function is stopped.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the temperature sensor 40 includes: a first temperature sensor 41.
Wherein, the first temperature sensor 41 is arranged at the top of the pan body and used for detecting the top temperature of the pan body; the controller 30 is connected to the first temperature sensor 41, and is configured to determine whether the top temperature reaches a first preset temperature in a process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the open-cover state, and control the cooking appliance to stop a cooking operation if the top temperature reaches the first preset temperature.
Aiming at the state of opening the cover, the misoperation that the cover is not closed after the user selects the cooking function can be avoided through the temperature sensor arranged at the top of the pot body. Specifically, the frying or baking function does not need to be pressed upwards, and the temperature at the top is not higher than the boiling point temperature, in this embodiment, the first preset temperature may refer to the boiling point temperature at normal altitude, and may be, for example, 90-100 ℃. Therefore, the heating can be stopped when the temperature of the top is higher than the boiling point temperature, even if a user carries out misoperation and puts in anhydrous baking food materials, the food materials are only made unripe, and other situations can not occur.
In an alternative embodiment, during the process of the cooking appliance performing the frying or baking function, the top temperature may be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, and when the top temperature reaches 100 ℃, it is determined that the user has a malfunction, and the cooking is stopped. In a second alternative embodiment, during the process of the cooking appliance performing the frying or baking function, the top temperature may be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, and when the top temperature reaches 90 ℃, it is determined that the user has a malfunction, and the cooking is stopped. In a third alternative embodiment, during the process of the cooking appliance performing the frying or baking function, the top temperature may be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, and when the top temperature reaches 98 ℃, it is determined that the user has a malfunction, and the cooking is stopped.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the temperature sensor 40 includes: a first temperature sensor 41 and a second temperature sensor 42.
Wherein, the first temperature sensor 41 is arranged at the top of the pan body and used for detecting the top temperature of the pan body; the second temperature sensor 42 is arranged at the bottom of the pot body and used for detecting the bottom temperature of the pot body; the controller 30 is connected to the first temperature sensor 41 and the second temperature sensor 42, and configured to determine whether the top temperature reaches a second preset temperature or whether the bottom temperature reaches a third preset temperature in a process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to a cover closing state, and control the cooking appliance to stop a cooking operation if the top temperature reaches the second preset temperature or the bottom temperature reaches the third preset temperature.
Aiming at the cover closing state, the misoperation that the user does not open the cover after selecting the cooking function can be avoided through the temperature sensors arranged at the top and the bottom of the pot body. Specifically, the baking function is pressed upwards, the temperature of the top part exceeds the boiling point temperature but does not exceed the third preset temperature, and the temperature of the bottom part and the temperature of the top part change linearly, so that the temperature of the bottom part does not rise to the frying and baking temperatures. In this embodiment, the second preset temperature may refer to an upper pressure temperature of the electric pressure cooker, for example, may be 108-; the frying and baking temperature set by the electric pressure cooker can be 140-150 ℃; the third preset temperature is far lower than the frying and baking temperature, and can be 120-130 ℃. Therefore, the top temperature can be set to reach the second preset temperature, or the bottom temperature stops heating when reaching the third preset temperature, even if the user operates mistakenly, the oil is put into the oil, the oil temperature cannot be too high, and other situations cannot occur.
In an alternative embodiment, during the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature can be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, the bottom temperature can be collected by the second temperature sensor 42 in real time, and when the top temperature is detected to be less than 108 ℃ and the bottom temperature reaches 120 ℃, it is determined that the user has a misoperation, and the cooking is stopped. In a second alternative embodiment, during the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature can be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, the bottom temperature can be collected by the second temperature sensor 42 in real time, and when the top temperature reaches 108 ℃ and the bottom temperature is less than 125 ℃, it is determined that the user has a malfunction, and the cooking is stopped. In a third alternative embodiment, during the baking function of the cooking appliance, the top temperature may be collected by the first temperature sensor 41 in real time, and the bottom temperature may be collected by the second temperature sensor 42 in real time, and when the top temperature reaches 110 ℃ and the bottom temperature reaches 130 ℃, it is determined that the user has a malfunction, and the cooking is stopped.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: and an alarm device 50.
Wherein, alarm device 50 sets up on the pot body or pot body, is connected with controller 30 for when the current temperature reaches and predetermines the temperature, output alarm information.
After the misoperation of the user is determined, the alarm device gives an alarm, so that the user is timely reminded of the current misoperation and needs to execute correct operation, and potential safety hazards are avoided. Under the condition that the user puts in the oil result and closes the upper cover, when the temperature rise accords with the change that the top is slow, the bottom is fast, can send the suggestion, remind the user to open the pot cover. Under the condition that the upper cover is opened as a result of putting meat into the user, when the temperature rise accords with the linear change of the top and the bottom, a prompt can be sent to remind the user to close the pot cover.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the alarm device 50 includes at least one of: a display device 51 and a buzzer 52.
Wherein, the display device 51 is used for displaying error information when the temperature reaches the preset temperature; the buzzer 52 is used to operate when the temperature reaches a preset temperature.
In the present embodiment, the alarm device 50 includes the display device 51 and the buzzer 52. Specifically, the display device 51 may be a general touch display screen, and the error information may be determined according to a preset setting, and may be, for example, an error code E2. Upon determining that the user has operated incorrectly, an error code (e.g., display code E2) may be displayed on the display screen while a buzzer sounds to prompt the user to perform the correct operation in time.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance further includes: a plurality of indicator lights 60.
The plurality of indicator lights 60 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of function keys, and each indicator light 60 is used for emitting light when the function key corresponding to each indicator light 60 is triggered.
After the user selects the cooking function, the user is informed of the selection of the cooking function by lighting the indicator lamp 60, facilitating the user to operate the cooking appliance. Specifically, the position where the indicator lamp 60 is disposed may be determined according to the position of the function keys on the operation panel, for example, the indicator lamp 60 disposed beside each function key.
Based on the above cooking appliance, a cooking process of the cooking appliance to perform a frying, baking and baking function is described in detail, as shown in fig. 5, the implementation flow is as follows: the user selects the frying, baking and baking functions, the indicator light is lightened, and the corresponding cooking program is executed according to the opening and closing states of the cover. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method of a cooking appliance, it should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be executed in an order different from that here.
Optionally, the method may be applied to the cooking appliance in embodiment 1, and the specific implementation steps may be executed by a controller in the cooking appliance, and the description of the preferred embodiment in this embodiment is the same as that in embodiment 1, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method including the steps of:
step S602, after detecting that the function key is triggered, judging whether the function key is a first key 11;
step S604, if the function key is the first key 11, acquiring the current cooking condition of the cooking appliance, and controlling the cooking appliance to execute a cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition in the plurality of cooking functions;
in step S606, if the function key is the second key 12, the cooking appliance is controlled to perform a cooking function.
Specifically, the cooking appliance may be an electric pressure cooker, an electric cooker, a food processor, etc., and in the present embodiment, an electric pressure cooker is taken as an example for detailed description. The function keys may be mechanical keys or touch keys on the operation panel.
In this embodiment of the application, the current cooking condition may be a state of an opening/closing lid, and it may be determined whether the lid is in an opening state or a closing state by detecting the state of the opening/closing lid, and the cooking function corresponding to the opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the closing state, for example, the opening state corresponds to a frying or baking function, and the closing state corresponds to a baking function.
Optionally, acquiring a current cooking condition of the cooking appliance, and controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the current cooking condition among the plurality of cooking functions, includes: acquiring a cover opening and closing signal of the cooking appliance; determining the current state of the pot cover based on the opening and closing signals, wherein the current state comprises the following steps: the cooking device comprises an opening state and a closing state, wherein the cooking function corresponding to the opening state is different from the cooking function corresponding to the closing state; and controlling the cooking appliance to execute the cooking function corresponding to the current state.
Specifically, the above-mentioned lid opening and closing signal may be generated by the signal detecting device 21 in embodiment 1, and the lid opening and closing signal may be a signal generated when detecting that the user opens or closes the lid, or may be a signal generated when detecting that the lid is engaged with or not engaged with the locking teeth of the pot body, wherein the lid closing signal is generated when detecting that the user closes the lid or the locking teeth are engaged; and when the cover opening or the unlocking tooth of the user is not buckled, a cover opening signal is generated.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform the cooking function corresponding to the current state, the method further includes: acquiring the current temperature of the pot body; judging whether the current temperature reaches a preset temperature corresponding to the current state; and controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation if the current temperature reaches the preset temperature.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the open-cover state, the method further includes: acquiring the top temperature of the pot body; judging whether the top temperature reaches a first preset temperature or not; and controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation if the top temperature reaches a first preset temperature.
Aiming at the state of opening the cover, the temperature sensor arranged at the top of the pot body is used for collecting the temperature of the top, so that the misoperation that the cover is not closed after a user selects a cooking function can be avoided.
Optionally, in the process of controlling the cooking appliance to perform a cooking function corresponding to the cover closing state, the method further includes: acquiring the top temperature and the bottom temperature of the pot body; judging whether the top temperature reaches a second preset temperature or not, or whether the bottom temperature reaches a third preset temperature or not; and controlling the cooking appliance to stop the cooking operation if the top temperature reaches the second preset temperature or the bottom temperature reaches the third preset temperature.
Aiming at the cover closing state, the temperature sensors arranged at the top and the bottom of the pot body are used for respectively collecting the top temperature and the bottom temperature, so that the misoperation that the user does not open the cover after selecting the cooking function can be avoided.
Alternatively, after the current temperature reaches the preset temperature, the warning device 50 is controlled to output warning information.
Optionally, after detecting that a function key is triggered, the indicator light 60 corresponding to the function key is controlled to emit light.
