Abstract

Then, the side plate 223 of the second clamping member 2 is inserted into the vertical bayonet 13, and at the same time, the side plate 123 of the first clamping member 1 is also inserted into the vertical bayonet 23, so that the first clamping member 1 and the second clamping member 2 are mutually clamped. Finally, the tensioning block 6 is inserted between the side plates 123 and 223 from the end parts of the vertical clamping parts of the first clamping piece 1 and the second clamping piece 2, and the transverse shelf 3 is firmly clamped with the side plate 4. The assembled bookcase comprises a side panel 4 and a transverse shelf 3, wherein a positioning strip 5 is horizontally fixed on the side panel 4, the side edge of the positioning strip 5 is clamped with the clamping piece for disassembling and assembling the bookcase, namely a first clamping piece 1, and a vertical clamping 13 opening of a vertical clamping part of the first clamping piece 1 is upward; the screws 7 arranged in the screw rod through holes 115 of the first clamping piece 1 penetrate through the positioning strips 5 to be fixed with the side plates 4; the side edge of the transverse shelf 3 is clamped with the clamping piece for dismounting the bookcase, namely a second clamping piece 2, and a vertical bayonet 23 of a vertical clamping part of the second clamping piece 2 is downward; a screw 8 is arranged in the screw rod through hole of the second clamping piece 2 and is fixed with the transverse shelf 3; the first clamping piece 1 and the second clamping piece 2 are mutually inserted into the upper and lower clamping joints of the vertical bayonet through the side plates; a tensioning block 6 is arranged in the vertical bayonet.
In the bookcase, the clamping locating strips and the clamping pieces for clamping the transverse shelf are identical in shape, the horizontal clamping parts of the bookcase completely wrap the periphery of the plate, and the clamping pieces and the plate are further reinforced by the side screws. The first side surface and the second side surface of the horizontal clamping part are wrapped by the plates from two opposite sides, so that cracking and chipping of the plates during screwing are prevented, and the transverse shelf can bear heavy objects like books and the like. The first rib and the second rib are provided in the clamping piece, and the outer side edge of the second rib 122 is flush with the top of the first rib 114, so that the two side plates can be clamped straight and firmly at the same time when the two clamping pieces are clamped with each other; the height of the boss 124 is the same as the thickness of the L-shaped end of the side plate 123 (i.e. the height of the boss 124 is the same as the thickness of the L-shaped end of the side plate 223), so that a relatively flush and smooth accommodating space is formed between the side plates 123 and 223 in the vertical bayonet to mount the tensioning block 6, therefore, the tensioning block 6 can be easily arranged in the vertical bayonet, and the first clamping member 1 and the second clamping member 2 can be effectively tensioned and fixed by the tensioning block 6 to form a flush and connected outer surface, which is firm and attractive. The clamping piece for the assembled bookcase is used for clamping the plates, the plates are not easy to crack or fall off, the clamping is convenient, and the clamping piece is suitable for fixing between transverse plates and between the transverse plates and the vertical plates.
The end part of the tensioning block can be penetrated into the wedge, and the tensioning block and the two clamping pieces are tightly clamped to form interference fit to tightly support the two clamping pieces.
Preferably, a screw hole 61 is longitudinally provided in the tensioning block 6. The screw holes 61 are longitudinally formed in the tensioning block 6, screws can be conveniently screwed into the screw holes 61, then the tensioning block 6 can be pulled out by applying pulling force to the screws through a tool, and then the first clamping piece 1 can be taken out of the second clamping piece 2, so that the transverse shelf and the side panels are detached, and the bookcase can be disassembled into parts. The disassembly is very convenient, which is beneficial to the transportation of the bookcase when the place needs to be replaced, and saves the transportation space.
Preferably, the ends of the transverse shelf 3 and the positioning strip 5 are provided with peripheral clamping pieces.
