The present example also provides a specially prepared refined salt prepared by the method through rock salt and mangosteen kiln processing.
The specially-made refined salt processed by the rock salt and mangosteen kiln and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the adopted preparation method is more scientific, the process conditions and the quality can be controlled, the operation and the popularization are easy, the processing technologies of the rock salt and the bamboo salt are combined, the advantages of the rock salt and the bamboo salt are reserved, the prepared refined salt has wider market prospect, and better economic benefit is obtained.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that the above description should not be taken as limiting the invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art upon reading the foregoing description. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.
Claims (8)
1. A method for producing a specially prepared refined salt by kiln processing of rock salt and mangosteen, the method comprising:
step 1, selecting natural rock salt as a raw material, and preparing a rock plate and a long-necked bamboo tube as processing tools;
step 2, cleaning natural rock salt, removing impurities, uniformly spreading on a rock plate, and repeatedly roasting with fire;
step 3, crushing the baked salt blocks, pressing the crushed salt blocks into a long-life bamboo tube, sealing the tube with slurry, and then putting the tube into a kiln for calcining and baking;
step 4, taking out the baked salt sticks in the long-life bamboo tube, crushing, putting the crushed salt sticks into a new long-life bamboo tube, and continuously baking repeatedly;
and 5, finally, taking out the crystallized salt in the long-life bamboo tube, crushing and refining, packaging and detecting to obtain a finished product, and warehousing and storing.
2. The method of producing specialty refined salt through kiln processing of rock salt and carnation as claimed in claim 1 wherein said slate of step 1 is a selenium bearing ore slate.
3. The method for preparing refined salt specially made by kiln processing of rock salt and longevity bamboo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the longevity bamboo tube in step 1 is a bamboo tube made of green fresh longevity bamboo growing for more than three years.
4. The method for preparing a purpose-made refined salt processed through a rock salt and mangosteen kiln as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 2, the number of times of repeated barbecuing is more than or equal to 5-6 times, each time is 30-80 minutes, the temperature range is 300-900 ℃, and pine is used as fuel.
5. The method for preparing purpose-made refined salt through kiln processing of rock salt and mangosteen as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slurry used in step 3 is a slurry prepared by mixing selenium-rich loess with water.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein in step 3, the roasting temperature is greater than or equal to 1000 ℃, the roasting time is greater than or equal to 10 hours, and pine is used as fuel.
7. The method for preparing special refined salt through kiln processing of rock salt and dried bamboo as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 4, the number of times of repeated baking is 9-12, each time is 50-90 minutes, the temperature is 1000-1400 ℃, and the dried bamboo tube is replaced by new dried bamboo tube to continue baking after each baking, and pine is used as fuel.
8. A specialty fine salt produced by the process of any of claims 1 to 7 for use in kiln processing of rock salt and carnation.
