The high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 1 wherein: the fatty acid in the cottonseed oil consists of the following substances: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -18.17%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -63.01%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.
5. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to any one of claims 1 to 4 comprising the steps of:
(1) cleaning and impurity removal: removing stone, dust, scrap iron and other substances mixed in the cottonseed, wherein the aperture of the screen mesh is 8 mm;
(2) shelling and crushing: the cottonseed after cleaning and impurity removal is sent to a husking machine to remove cottonseed hulls, cottonseed kernels are crushed into 4-6 sections by a crusher, then the cottonseed kernels are sent to a softening steaming and frying pan to soften the steamed and fried cottonseed kernels, the softening steaming and frying time is 30-40 min, and the steaming and frying temperature is 105-110 ℃;
(3) cold pressing at low temperature: conveying the steamed and fried cottonseed kernels into an oil press for squeezing, separating by an oil residue separation scraper, wherein the temperature of the oil press is not higher than 80 ℃, and conveying the cottonseed kernels after separation into a horizontal screw separator for further centrifugal separation to obtain squeezed crude oil;
(4) refining and fractionation of crude oil: conveying the squeezed crude oil to a refined oil device to remove colloid in the crude oil, reducing color in the oil through a decoloring process, deodorizing through a deodorization system, and then performing fractionation to obtain cottonseed oil, wherein the fractionation specifically comprises the steps of gradually cooling the oil by using a glycol water solution until the temperature reaches 5 ℃, filtering, and subjecting the filtered liquid oil to fractionation at 0 ℃ to obtain finished oil;
(5) deep purification: and (3) further deeply purifying the cottonseed oil obtained in the step (4) to obtain clear and transparent finished oil and cottonseed oil stearin at the temperature of below-10 ℃, wherein the deep purification is to uniformly cool the oil temperature from 20 ℃ to below-5 ℃ by using an ethylene glycol aqueous solution.
6. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 5 wherein: the pressure of the deodorization system in the step (4) is more than 240pa, and the temperature is more than 240 ℃.
7. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 5 wherein: in the step (5), the ratio of the volume of the purification tank to the heat exchange area in the deep purification is more than 1:4, and the filtering temperature is-8 ℃.
