Further, the ratio of the volume of the purification tank to the heat exchange area in the deep purification in the step (5) is more than 1:4, and the filtering temperature is-8 ℃.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the method, after refined cottonseed oil is deeply purified, the linoleic acid content is larger than or equal to 61%, any other auxiliary material is not added on the basis of common refined cottonseed oil, the linoleic acid content of the cottonseed oil is larger than or equal to 60%, the unsaturated fatty acid content is larger than or equal to 80%, the unsaturated fatty acid content is also increased by 8-10% on the original basis, the cottonseed oil stearin is more beneficial to absorption by a human body, the S2U content of the obtained cottonseed oil stearin is increased by 8-10% compared with that of the traditional cottonseed oil stearin, and the shortening property of the cottonseed oil is obviously improved; compared with the traditional cottonseed oil palmitic acid, the content of the palmitic acid is reduced by 14-18%, the content of saturated fatty acid is reduced, the absorption by a human body is facilitated, and the health is facilitated.

Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in the figure, the fatty acid composition of the high linoleic cottonseed oil comprises the following components: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -18.78%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -61.40%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.
The cottonseed oil is prepared by the following method steps:
(1) cleaning and impurity removal: removing impurities except the cottonseed by a series of steps of metering, dedusting, screening, deironing and stoning, mainly removing stones, dust, scrap iron and other substances mixed in the cottonseed, wherein the aperture of a screen mesh is 8 mm;
(2) shelling and crushing: and (3) feeding the cleaned cotton seeds into a husking machine, removing the cotton seed husks through air transportation, crushing the remaining cotton seed kernels by a crusher to obtain 4-6 petals, feeding the crushed cotton seed kernels into a softening steaming and frying pan to soften the steamed and fried cotton seeds, wherein the softening steaming and frying time is 30-40 min, and the steaming and frying temperature is 105-110 ℃.
(3) Cold pressing at low temperature: conveying the raw materials to a low-temperature oil press for pressing, wherein the temperature of the oil press is less than or equal to 80 ℃, obtaining filter residues and crude oil, conveying the filter residues and the crude oil to a horizontal spiral separator after passing through an oil residue separation scraper plate, and obtaining pressed crude oil;
(4) refining and fractionation of crude oil: conveying the obtained crude oil to a refined oil device, removing colloid in the crude oil, decoloring and reducing color in the oil, removing peculiar smell in the oil by a deodorization system, carrying out fractionation on the refined oil to obtain clear and transparent cottonseed oil at 0 ℃ for 5.5h, wherein the fractionation specifically comprises the steps of cooling the oil by stages by using a glycol water solution until the temperature reaches 5 ℃, filtering, and obtaining the fractionated product oil at 0 ℃ from the filtered liquid oil;
(5) deep purification: the cottonseed oil is cooled to-5 ℃ in steps and filtered, deep purification is to use ethylene glycol aqueous solution to uniformly cool the oil temperature from 20 ℃ to below-5 ℃, deep purification is carried out to obtain a clear and transparent finished product and cottonseed oil stearin at the temperature of less than or equal to-7 ℃, deep purification is carried out to a purification tank, and the cottonseed oil must be prepared under the condition that the volume and the heat exchange area of the purification tank are more than or equal to 1: 4.

A high linoleic cottonseed oil, the cottonseed oil having a fatty acid composition comprising the following components: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -17.67%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -62.51%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.
The cottonseed oil is prepared by the following method steps:
(1) cleaning and impurity removal: removing impurities except the cottonseed by a series of steps of metering, dedusting, screening, deironing and stoning, mainly removing stones, dust, scrap iron and other substances mixed in the cottonseed, wherein the aperture of a screen mesh is 8 mm;
(2) shelling and crushing: and (3) feeding the cleaned cotton seeds into a husking machine, removing the cotton seed husks through air transportation, crushing the remaining cotton seed kernels by a crusher to obtain 4-6 petals, feeding the crushed cotton seed kernels into a softening steaming and frying pan to soften the steamed and fried cotton seeds, wherein the softening steaming and frying time is 30-40 min, and the steaming and frying temperature is 105-110 ℃.
(3) Cold pressing at low temperature: conveying the raw materials to a low-temperature oil press for pressing, wherein the temperature of the oil press is less than or equal to 80 ℃, obtaining filter residues and crude oil, conveying the filter residues and the crude oil to a horizontal spiral separator after passing through an oil residue separation scraper plate, and obtaining pressed crude oil;
(4) refining and fractionation of crude oil: conveying the obtained crude oil to a refined oil device, removing colloid in the crude oil, decoloring and reducing color in the oil, removing peculiar smell in the oil by a deodorization system, carrying out fractionation on the refined oil to obtain clear and transparent cottonseed oil at 0 ℃ for 5.5h, wherein the fractionation specifically comprises the steps of cooling the oil by stages by using a glycol water solution until the temperature reaches 5 ℃, filtering, and obtaining the fractionated product oil at 0 ℃ from the filtered liquid oil;
(5) deep purification: the cottonseed oil is cooled to minus 7 ℃ in steps and filtered, wherein in the deep purification, the oil temperature is uniformly cooled to below minus 5 ℃ from 20 ℃ by using an ethylene glycol aqueous solution, a clear and transparent finished product and the cottonseed oil stearin are obtained by deep purification at the temperature of less than or equal to minus 9 ℃, and the cottonseed oil stearin is used for a purification tank and must be prepared under the condition that the volume and the heat exchange area of the purification tank are more than or equal to 1: 4.
Example 3
A high linoleic cottonseed oil, the cottonseed oil having a fatty acid composition comprising the following components: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -18.17%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -63.01%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.
The cottonseed oil is prepared by the following method steps:

(4) refining and fractionation of crude oil: conveying the obtained crude oil to a refined oil device, removing colloid in the crude oil, decoloring and reducing color in the oil, removing peculiar smell in the oil by a deodorization system, carrying out fractionation on the refined oil to obtain cottonseed oil which is still clear and transparent after standing for 5.5h at 0 ℃, wherein the deodorization system needs to remove smell at high temperature and high vacuum, the pressure is more than 240pa, the temperature is less than 240 ℃, the fractionation is specifically that the oil is cooled step by step to 5 ℃ by using a glycol aqueous solution and then filtered, and the liquid oil after filtration is 0 ℃ fractionated to obtain the finished oil;
(5) deep purification: the cottonseed oil is cooled to minus 9 ℃ in steps and filtered, wherein in the deep purification, the oil temperature is uniformly cooled to below minus 5 ℃ from 20 ℃ by using an ethylene glycol aqueous solution, a clear and transparent finished product and the cottonseed oil stearin are obtained by deep purification at the temperature of less than or equal to minus 11 ℃, and the cottonseed oil stearin is used for a purification tank and must be prepared under the condition that the volume and the heat exchange area of the purification tank are more than or equal to 1: 4.
Claims (7)
1. High linoleic acid cottonseed oil, characterized in that: the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the cottonseed oil is more than 81%, the content of linoleic acid in the cottonseed oil stearin is more than 50%, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid in the cottonseed oil stearin is more than 30%.

The high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 1 wherein: the fatty acid in the cottonseed oil consists of the following substances: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -18.78%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -61.40%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.

The high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 1 wherein: the fatty acid in the cottonseed oil consists of the following substances: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -17.67%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -62.51%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.

The high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 1 wherein: the fatty acid in the cottonseed oil consists of the following substances: myristic acid (C14: 0) -0.38%, palmitic acid (C16: 0) -16.32%, palmitoleic acid (C16: 1) -0.23%, ginkgolic acid (C17: 1) -0.20%, stearic acid (C18: 0) -1.74%, oleic acid (C18: 1) -18.17%, linoleic acid (C18: 2) -63.01%, linolenic acid (C18: 3) -0.14%, arachidic acid (C20: 0) -0.19%, eicosenoic acid (C20: 1) -0.21%, behenic acid (C22: 0) -0.21%, tetracosanic acid (C24: 0) -0.13%.
5. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to any one of claims 1 to 4 comprising the steps of:
(1) cleaning and impurity removal: removing stone, dust, scrap iron and other substances mixed in the cottonseed, wherein the aperture of the screen mesh is 8 mm;
(2) shelling and crushing: the cottonseed after cleaning and impurity removal is sent to a husking machine to remove cottonseed hulls, cottonseed kernels are crushed into 4-6 sections by a crusher, then the cottonseed kernels are sent to a softening steaming and frying pan to soften the steamed and fried cottonseed kernels, the softening steaming and frying time is 30-40 min, and the steaming and frying temperature is 105-110 ℃;
(3) cold pressing at low temperature: conveying the steamed and fried cottonseed kernels into an oil press for squeezing, separating by an oil residue separation scraper, wherein the temperature of the oil press is not higher than 80 ℃, and conveying the cottonseed kernels after separation into a horizontal screw separator for further centrifugal separation to obtain squeezed crude oil;
(4) refining and fractionation of crude oil: conveying the squeezed crude oil to a refined oil device to remove colloid in the crude oil, reducing color in the oil through a decoloring process, deodorizing through a deodorization system, and then performing fractionation to obtain cottonseed oil, wherein the fractionation specifically comprises the steps of gradually cooling the oil by using a glycol water solution until the temperature reaches 5 ℃, filtering, and subjecting the filtered liquid oil to fractionation at 0 ℃ to obtain finished oil;
(5) deep purification: and (3) further deeply purifying the cottonseed oil obtained in the step (4) to obtain clear and transparent finished oil and cottonseed oil stearin at the temperature of below-10 ℃, wherein the deep purification is to uniformly cool the oil temperature from 20 ℃ to below-5 ℃ by using an ethylene glycol aqueous solution.
6. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 5 wherein: the pressure of the deodorization system in the step (4) is more than 240pa, and the temperature is more than 240 ℃.
7. The method of preparing high linoleic cottonseed oil according to claim 5 wherein: in the step (5), the ratio of the volume of the purification tank to the heat exchange area in the deep purification is more than 1:4, and the filtering temperature is-8 ℃.
