Abstract
The invention discloses a bagel product making machine, which comprises a rack and a forming die assembly, wherein the rack is used for providing an installation foundation and is provided with a conveying module, the conveying module comprises an upper flexible conveying belt and a lower flexible conveying belt, and the conveying module comprises a feeding end and a discharging end; the forming die assembly comprises a cylindrical channel assembly and a face pressing rod, the cylindrical channel assembly is mounted on the rack, the face pressing rod is provided with a suspension mounting part, the face pressing rod is mounted on the rack through the suspension mounting part, the face pressing rod is connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating mode, and a gap is formed between the face pressing rod and the inner wall of the cylindrical channel assembly in a staggered mode; the upper flexible conveying belt and the lower flexible conveying belt are connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating mode. The invention is used for replacing the manual kneading mode, and the lumpy dough is kneaded into O-shaped dough by using equipment.

Technical Field

the forming die assembly comprises a cylindrical channel assembly and a face pressing rod, the cylindrical channel assembly is mounted on the rack, the face pressing rod is provided with a suspension mounting part, the face pressing rod is mounted on the rack through the suspension mounting part, and the face pressing rod is connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating manner and staggered with the inner wall of the cylindrical channel assembly by a gap; the upper flexible conveying belt and the lower flexible conveying belt are connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating mode, the upper flexible conveying belt is elastically attached to the upper half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel assembly, and the lower flexible conveying belt is elastically attached to the lower half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel assembly.
Further, the tube-shape passageway subassembly includes shaping arc clamp plate and shaping arc clamp plate down, the transport module still includes the last drive roller subassembly that is used for driving flexible conveyer belt on to and still include the lower drive roller subassembly that is used for driving flexible conveyer belt down.
Further, the flour pressing rod comprises a first section, a second section and a transition section positioned between the first section and the second section; the diameter of the first section is smaller than that of the second section; the first section is used for pre-pressing dough input from the outside into a U-shaped form, and the second section is used for pressing the dough pressed into the U-shaped form into an O-shaped form.
Further, the hanging installation part is arranged at the head end of the first section, and the length of the upper half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel component is shorter than that of the lower half inner cylinder wall.
Further, the upper drive roller assembly is synchronously coupled with the lower drive roller assembly and is driven by an external drive device.
Furthermore, one side of the dough pressing rod close to the feeding end is in a spherical shape.
Further, the non-stick coating is coated on one side of the upper flexible conveying belt and one side of the lower flexible conveying belt, which are used for contacting with external dough.
Compared with the prior art, the implementation of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention utilizes the two flexible conveying belts of the conveying module, the cylindrical channel assembly and the dough pressing rod of the forming die assembly to gradually extrude and knead the blocky dough into O-shaped dough, and then discharge, thereby greatly improving the manufacturing efficiency of the O-shaped dough.

The frame 10 is used for providing an installation base and is provided with a conveying module, the conveying module comprises an upper flexible conveying belt 13 and a lower flexible conveying belt 14, the upper flexible conveying belt 13 and the lower flexible conveying belt 14 also have elasticity, and the conveying module comprises a feeding end and a discharging end; the molding die assembly comprises a cylindrical channel assembly and a face pressing rod 11, the cylindrical channel assembly is mounted on the rack 10, the face pressing rod 11 is provided with a suspension mounting part 12, the face pressing rod 11 is mounted on the rack 10 through the suspension mounting part 12, and the face pressing rod 11 is connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating manner and staggered with the inner wall of the cylindrical channel assembly by a gap; as shown in fig. 4, the upper flexible conveying belt 13 and the lower flexible conveying belt 14 are both connected to the cylindrical passage component in a penetrating manner, the upper flexible conveying belt 13 is elastically attached to an upper half inner cylindrical wall of the cylindrical passage component, and the lower flexible conveying belt 14 is elastically attached to a lower half inner cylindrical wall of the cylindrical passage component.
As shown in fig. 3, the tubular path assembly comprises an upper forming curved platen 20 and a lower forming curved platen 21, and the conveyor module further comprises an upper drive roller assembly 30 for driving the upper flexible conveyor belt 13 and a lower drive roller assembly 31 for driving the lower flexible conveyor belt 14.
Specifically, as a preferred embodiment, the noodle press bar 11 comprises a first segment 111, a second segment 112, and a transition segment 113 located between the first segment 111 and the second segment 112; the first section 111 has a smaller diameter than the second section 112; the first segment 111 is used for pre-pressing the dough inputted from the outside into a U-shaped form, and the second segment 112 is used for pressing the dough pressed into the U-shaped form into an O-shaped form. The process of dough deformation can be seen in figure 5.
In order to provide a suspension base for the noodle pressing rod 11 and not to interfere with the dough formation, as a preferred embodiment, the suspension installation part 12 is provided at the head end of the first section 111, and the cylindrical passage component has an upper half inner cylindrical wall having a shorter length than a lower half inner cylindrical wall. Here, the upper flexible conveying belt 13 may be divided into left and right sub-belts, which are formed by avoiding the suspension installation part 12, and then formed in the cylindrical passage assembly.
Specifically, as a preferred embodiment, the upper driving roller assembly 30 is synchronously coupled with the lower driving roller assembly 31 and is driven by an external driving device, which may be a motor.
In order to avoid excessive sticking of the dough, the side of the dough pressing rod 11 near the feeding end is in a round ball shape as a preferred embodiment.
In addition, as a preferred embodiment, both sides of the upper flexible conveyor belt 13 and the lower flexible conveyor belt 14 for contacting the external dough are coated with a non-stick coating.

the forming die assembly comprises a cylindrical channel assembly and a face pressing rod, the cylindrical channel assembly is mounted on the rack, the face pressing rod is provided with a suspension mounting part, the face pressing rod is mounted on the rack through the suspension mounting part, and the face pressing rod is connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating manner and staggered with the inner wall of the cylindrical channel assembly by a gap; the upper flexible conveying belt and the lower flexible conveying belt are connected to the cylindrical channel assembly in a penetrating mode, the upper flexible conveying belt is elastically attached to the upper half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel assembly, and the lower flexible conveying belt is elastically attached to the lower half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel assembly.

The bagel product maker of claim 1 wherein: the tube-shape passageway subassembly includes shaping arc clamp plate and shaping arc clamp plate down, the transport module still includes the last drive roller subassembly that is used for driving flexible conveyer belt in to and still including the lower drive roller subassembly that is used for driving flexible conveyer belt down.

The bagel product maker of claim 1 wherein: the noodle pressing rod comprises a first section, a second section and a transition section positioned between the first section and the second section; the diameter of the first section is smaller than that of the second section; the first section is used for pre-pressing dough input from the outside into a U-shaped form, and the second section is used for pressing the dough pressed into the U-shaped form into an O-shaped form.
4. The bagel product maker of claim 3 wherein: the hanging installation part is arranged at the head end of the first section, and the length of the upper half inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical channel component is shorter than that of the lower half inner cylinder wall.
5. The bagel product maker of claim 2, wherein: the upper drive roller assembly is synchronously coupled with the lower drive roller assembly and is driven by an external drive device.
6. The bagel product maker of claim 1 wherein: one side of the dough pressing rod close to the feeding end is in a spherical shape.
7. The bagel product maker of claim 1 wherein: and one surfaces of the upper flexible conveying belt and the lower flexible conveying belt, which are used for contacting with external dough, are coated with non-stick coatings.
