技术领域
本发明涉及的杀菌组合物,是以桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分为有效成分,用于防治立枯丝核菌、油菜菌核病、番茄灰霉病、小麦赤霉病、稻瘟病、棉花枯萎病引起的植物病害和黄曲霉中的用途。
背景技术
植物病原真菌是作物栽培过程中最普遍,危害性最大的病害之一,根据联合国粮农组织估计,全世界的粮食和棉花生产因病害常年损失在10%以上。我国是农业大国也是粮食生产大国,小麦和水稻作为我国的主要粮食作物,油菜,番茄,棉花,马铃薯,玉米,西瓜,辣椒等作为主要的经济作物,目前都存在着不同程度的病害,这不仅能引起农作物产量的减少进而造成巨大的经济损失,而且在一定程度上还严重威胁到农产品的质量安全及国际贸易。粮食储备是避免粮食短缺的有效手段。谷物类粮食容易滋生黄曲霉,对粮食安全带来很大隐患。目前在防治植物病原真菌的诸多措施中,化学防治仍是目前主流的防治手段,在防治初期一般都能取得高效的防治效果。但是由于长期的不合理使用,真菌对这些化学杀菌剂产生了不同程度的抗性,导致加大用药量才能达到理想的杀菌效果,进而使药物残留多,毒副作用强。为了应对这种抗药性,减少化学杀菌剂的用量,联合用药则显得尤为重要,其不仅可以减少药物的用量,增加病菌对杀菌剂的敏感性,扩大抗菌谱,减少环境的污染,更重要的是可以减缓杀菌剂耐药性的出现。
桧木醇是从扁柏树中提取的一种单萜类天然化合物,具有抗菌、抗氧化以及抗肿瘤功效,是高安全性的植物性次生代谢产物。研究表明,桧木醇可控制桃子和茄子的采后病害,且能维持采后品质。
植物精油(Essentialoil,EO)是从植物组织如根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子、枝干或分泌物为原料提取的具有香气(和/或香味的)挥发性油状液体物质的总称。主要成分是萜烯类、酚类、醛类、醇类和酯类等有机物。近几十年的研究发现,精油及单组分具有很强的抑制或杀死细菌和真菌等微生物的特性。
本实验发现将桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分组合应用,在防治立枯丝核菌、油菜菌核病、番茄灰霉病、小麦赤霉病、稻瘟病、棉花枯萎病、黄曲霉具有明显的协同增效作用。在提高防治效果的同时,还可减少用药量,符合“农药零增长”的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分的杀菌剂组合物,用于防治立枯丝核菌、油菜菌核病、番茄灰霉病、小麦赤霉病、稻瘟病、棉花枯萎病和黄曲霉。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分的杀菌剂组合物,包括活性组分A与活性组分B,所述活性组分A为桧木醇,所述活性组分B为植物精油及其主要成分,活性组分A与活性组分B的重量份数比为1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50。
本发明提供的杀菌剂组合物有如下有益效果:
1)本发明提供给的杀菌组合物,在一定配比范围内表现出明显的增效作用,组合物的防治效果比单剂有了明显提高。
2)本发明提供的杀菌组合物,在提高防治效果的同时降低了降低了用药成本,扩大了抗菌谱。
3)本发明提供的杀菌组合物,均是安全绿色的天然产物,对环境无害,符合绿色农业,绿色发展的要求。

为了更好的理解本发明的实质,通过以下实施例进一步说明,但本发明不限于这些实施例。在这些实施例中,除另有说明外,所有百分比均为重量百分比。
实施例1:一种含桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分的杀菌剂组合物,包括活性组分A与活性组分B(如结构式1所示),所述活性组分A为桧木醇,所述活性组分B为植物精油及其主要成分。
实施例2:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对立枯丝核病的室内活性测定
本实验中所用的植物病原菌为实验室4℃保存的菌种,采用的培养基为马铃薯琼脂葡萄糖培养基(简称PDA)。PDA培养基配方:马铃薯(去皮)200g,葡萄糖 20g,琼脂15g,蒸馏水1000mL,自然PH。
杀菌剂的混配增效作用依照Wadley(1967)公式计算不同药剂混合后的协同作用系数:
式中a,b分别代表桧木醇(A),植物精油及其主要成分(B)两种药剂在混合物中所占比率,EC50(A),EC50(B)分别表示实际观测EC50值,EC50(Exp)表示A,B两种药剂按a:b混合后的理论EC50值,EC50(Obs)为A,B两种药剂按a:b混合后的实际观测EC50值。SR>1.5为增效;SR<0.5为拮抗;SR介于0.5 和1.5之间表示相加作用。
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对立枯丝核病的室内毒力增效作用如表1所示。

由表1可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对油菜菌核病具有较为明显的增效作用,尤其是桧木醇和丁香精油在质量比1:50 下,SR为2.13。
实施例2:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对油菜菌核病的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对油菜菌核病的室内毒力增效作用如表2所示。

由表2可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对油菜菌核病菌具有增效作用,尤其是桧木醇和植物精油复配时具有明显的增效作用,在质量比为1:1时,桧木醇与三种植物精油的SR值分别高达41.69、27.28 和14.81。
实施例3:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对番茄灰霉病的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对番茄灰霉病的室内毒力增效作用如表3所示。

由表3可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对番茄灰霉病基本没有增效作用,绝大组合物处于相加作用。只有在桧木醇:丁香精油为1:50时表现为协同增效作用,SR为1.65。
实施例4:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对小麦赤霉病的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对小麦赤霉病的室内毒力增效作用如表4所示。

由表4可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对小麦赤霉病没有增效作用,所有组合物均处于相加作用。
实施例5:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对稻瘟病的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对稻瘟病的室内毒力增效作用如表5所示。

由表5可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时只有在1:1时对稻瘟病有增效作用,其余所有组合物均处于相加作用。
实施例6:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对棉花枯萎病菌的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对棉花枯萎病菌的室内毒力增效作用如表6所示。

由表6可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对棉花枯萎没有增效作用,所有组合物均处于相加作用。
实施例7:桧木醇和活性组分B混配对黄曲霉的室内活性测定
桧木醇和活性组分B混配对黄曲霉的室内毒力增效作用如表7所示。

由表7可知,桧木醇和活性组分B混配质量比在1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50时对黄曲霉有明显的增效作用,特别是在1:1,1:10和1:50三个质量比时,SR最高为4.35,其余组合物均处于相加作用。
综上所述,可以看出桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分组合物的抗菌活性在同浓度时较单剂的活性高,上述组合物在防治油菜菌核病菌,稻瘟病菌,黄曲霉尤为突出,表现出明显的协同增效作用,例如桧木醇:牛至精油=1:1,抗油菜菌核病菌时,SR高达41.69;桧木醇:丁香精油=1:1,抗稻瘟病菌时,SR为4.54;桧木醇:香芹酚=1:10,抗稻瘟病菌时,SR为3.45;所有组合物均表现为协同增效和相加作用,没有拮抗作用。本发明有利于延长药剂的使用寿命,有利于病害的综合治理。
Claims (9)
1.一种含桧木醇和植物精油及其主要成分的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为桧木醇和牛至精油,丁香精油,百里香精油,香芹酚,丁香酚和百里酚。桧木醇和牛至精油,丁香精油,百里香精油,香芹酚,丁香酚和百里酚的质量份数比为1:1,1:10,1:30,1:50。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治由立枯丝核菌引起的病害中的用途。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治由油菜菌核病中的用途。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治番茄灰霉病中的用途。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治小麦赤霉病中的用途。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治稻瘟病中的用途。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治棉花枯萎病中的用途。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种含桧木醇和牛至精油、丁香精油、百里香精油、香芹酚、丁香酚、百里酚的二元组合物在防治黄曲霉中的用途。
