Along with the improvement of the operation management requirement of the water plant pump station, the following requirements are put forward for the video production function:
1. superposing real-time working condition data of a monitored object on a production video monitoring image;
2. when the important state of the monitored object changes, the video image is immediately amplified and pops up for focusing display;
3. the displayed working condition parameter content is editable;
4. the font, color, and screen position of the display character are settable.
Because the industrial control platform is a C/S framework and the video monitoring platform is a B/S framework, how to realize data interaction and integration of heterogeneous platforms is a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present. Therefore, a new remote multifunctional interactive transmission technology is needed to be applied to an industrial control platform and a video monitoring platform of a water plant pump station, so as to solve the problems of unidirectional monitoring, incapability of displaying video image focusing, single monitoring function and the like of the existing monitoring system.

When the controlled equipment has important state change (such as starting, stopping, failure and the like), the unit immediately sends the state zone bit out by calling a data transmission program.
