As an embodiment of the present invention, a cylinder 431 is screwed to a position near the middle of the outer surface of the vertical rod 43, and a disc 432 is fixedly installed below the cylinder 431, the disc 432 is an arc-shaped surface, and the diameter of the disc 432 is identical to the diameter of the mesh plate 45.
