Having thus described the general principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments thereof will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for pain care of a user after general surgery, where the method includes:
step S100: obtaining first image information of a first user;
specifically, the first image information is obtained by an image capturing device in a ward where the first user is located, and the system performs feature extraction on the image based on an image recognition technology by obtaining the first image information, so that the performance of the first user in the first image information is analyzed, and a foundation is laid for accurate pain level evaluation in the follow-up process.
Step S200: obtaining first facial information and first limb information of the first user from the first image information;
specifically, the system performs feature extraction on the facial expression and the limb movement of the first user through the first image information. The assessment of the pain level of the user can obtain the physiological, behavioral and emotional responses of the user from the expression, posture and posture of the user at the time of pain, thereby realizing a preliminary assessment of the pain level in terms of the user's response.
Step S300: respectively inputting the first facial information and the first limb information into a first evaluation model for data training to obtain first output information and second output information of the first evaluation model, wherein the first output information is a first facial pain grade, and the second output information is a first limb pain grade;
specifically, the first evaluation model is a neural network model, and the neural network model can process other data through continuous learning of a large amount of data, further continuous modification of the model and finally satisfactory experience. The neural network model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of training data, and the process of training the data by the neural network model is essentially a process of supervised learning.
Under the condition that the first facial information and the first limb information are respectively input into the first evaluation model as input information, the first evaluation model respectively verifies the first facial pain grade output by the neural network model through the identified first facial pain grade and verifies the first limb pain grade output by the neural network model through the identified first limb pain grade, if the output information is consistent with the identification information, the data supervised learning is finished, and then the next group of data supervised learning is carried out; and if the output information is inconsistent with the identification information, the neural network model is adjusted, and after the neural network model reaches the expected accuracy rate, the supervised learning of the next group of data is carried out. The neural network model is continuously corrected and optimized through training data, the accuracy of the neural network model for processing the data is improved through a supervised learning process, and then the accurate first output information and the accurate second output information are obtained.
Step S400: obtaining first vital sign data of the first user;
in particular, the pain response of the post-operative patient often causes a series of surgical complications, and therefore requires close attention to the vital sign data of the first user, which includes data information of the first user's heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, body temperature, and the like. By focusing on the first vital sign data closely, it is important to find out the pain part of the first user and to evaluate pain.
Step S500: obtaining a first composite pain level as a function of the first facial pain level, the first limb pain level, and the first vital sign data;
specifically, after the physiological data, the facial reaction and the limb reaction of the first user are evaluated respectively, the first comprehensive pain level is automatically obtained by the system according to each evaluation result, and the first comprehensive pain level is used for evaluating the pain degree of the first user.
Step S600: obtaining a first surgical type for the first user;
specifically, the users have different pain levels and different pain positions after the operation due to different operation types. By obtaining the first surgical type, the pain location and medication of the patient can be further determined.
Step S700: obtaining a first pain site according to the first surgical type;
step S800: obtaining a first pain treatment medication based on the first composite pain rating and the first pain location;
specifically, after the accurate evaluation of the pain level of the first user is completed and the pain part of the user is obtained, the pain treatment and nursing can be further performed. The postoperative analgesia method comprises drug analgesia, physical analgesia, acupuncture analgesia and percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation therapy. And selecting a corresponding pain easing mode and a corresponding first pain treatment medicine according to the pain evaluation grade and the pain part of the first user. For example, users have different pain levels and different drugs have different levels of anesthesia.
Step S900: determining whether the first composite pain level is at a first threshold;
step S1000: if the first composite pain level is at the first threshold, obtaining a first treatment permission of a first nurse;
specifically, for surgical pain, when the user's pain level is within the first threshold, the nurse should select a method and medicine within the scope of authority to perform analgesic care for the user and may report the doctor, and when the pain level exceeds the first threshold, the nurse should report the doctor and the attending doctor determines the use of an effective analgesic.
Step S1100: screening the first pain treatment drug according to the first treatment authority to obtain first drug information;
step S1200 obtains a first sending instruction, sends the first medication information to the first nurse according to the first sending instruction, and allows the first nurse to perform medication on the first user.
Specifically, if the first comprehensive pain level is in the first threshold, after the treatment authority of the first nurse is obtained, the system automatically screens the first pain treatment drug, finally obtains a drug list after the nurse authority range, sends a screening result to the first nurse, and the first nurse carries out medication nursing on the first user according to the screening result, so that the safety and the effectiveness of pain nursing are improved.
Further, step S500 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S501: obtaining first age information of the first user;
step S502: obtaining a first influence, the first influence being an influence of the first age information on the first composite pain level;
step S503: obtaining a first adjusting instruction according to the first influence degree;
step S504: and adjusting the first comprehensive pain level according to the first adjusting instruction.
Specifically, the first users have different ages and different sensitivities to pain. In general, younger people are more sensitive to pain than older people, so the first influence degree is obtained by obtaining age information of the first user and further analyzing the body sensitivity corresponding to the first age information, the first influence degree is used for evaluating the influence degree of the age of the first user on pain perception, and then the obtained first comprehensive pain level is adjusted by the first influence degree, so that the evaluation of the pain level of the user by the system is more accurate.
Further, step S504 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S5041: obtaining first brightness information of a first ward;
step S5042: obtaining first volume information of the first ward;
step S5043: acquiring first temperature and humidity information of the first ward;
step S5044: obtaining a second influence degree according to the first brightness information, the first volume information and the first temperature and humidity information, wherein the second influence degree is the influence degree of the environment on the pain level of the user;
step S5045: judging whether the second influence degree is in a second threshold value;
step S5046: if the second influence degree exceeds the second threshold value, a second adjusting instruction is obtained;
step S5047: and adjusting the first comprehensive pain level according to the second adjusting instruction.
Specifically, the brightness, the temperature and the humidity and the volume information of a first ward where the first user is located are obtained through a photosensitive sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor and a volume tester respectively, the preset suitable environment information in the first ward is determined through the operation type of the first user, the obtained ward information and the preset information are analyzed and compared, and the second influence degree, namely the influence degree of the environment on the pain level of the user, is obtained. And judging whether the second influence degree exceeds the second threshold value, if so, indicating that the ward environment has certain influence on the pain feeling of the patient, adjusting the obtained first comprehensive pain grade, and adjusting the ward environment to an environment suitable for the first user to take a rest.
Further, step S700 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S701: obtaining first complication information according to the first operation type;
step S702: obtaining first medical history information of the first user;
step S703: constructing a data training set, wherein the data training set comprises the first medical history information;
step S704: inputting the first medical history information in the data training set into a complication prediction model, taking the first complication information as supervision data of the complication prediction model, and training the complication prediction model;
step S705: obtaining a training result of the complication prediction model, wherein the training result is first prediction complication information of the first user;
step S706: determining the first pain location based on the first pre-estimated complication information and the first vital sign data.
Specifically, the past medical history information of the first user is obtained based on a big data technology, the type of the possibly occurring complication is predicted according to the first operation type, then the first medical history information in the data training set is input into the complication prediction model, the complication prediction model is a machine learning model, the first complication information is used as supervision data of the complication prediction model, and the complication prediction model is trained. The complication prediction model obtains a large amount of experience through continuous learning to enable a training result to be more accurate, so that the first prediction complication information is obtained, and the first pain part is further determined by combining the vital signs of the first user.
Further, step S706 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S7061: obtaining a first body position of the first user;
step S7062: obtaining first pressurized part information from the first body part;
step S7063: obtaining a third influence degree of the first body position on the first pain position according to the first pressed position information;
step S7064: judging whether the third degree of influence exceeds a third threshold value;
step S7065: if the third degree of influence exceeds the third threshold, obtaining a third adjustment instruction;
step S7066: and obtaining a second sending instruction, and sending the third adjusting instruction to the first nurse, wherein the third adjusting instruction is used for adjusting the body position of the first user.
Specifically, it is not uncommon for pain to be caused by pressing the same part for a long time during operation, and the patient keeps a comfortable lying position after operation, which not only relieves pain, but also promotes respiratory circulation. After determining the first pain part of the first user, obtaining first position information of the first user by an image capturing device, judging whether the pain part is pressed by comparing the pressed part with the position of the estimated pain part, and further obtaining a third influence degree of the user position on the pain part, and adjusting the position of the first user according to the third influence degree, so that the efficiency of pain nursing of the user is further improved by intelligently analyzing the position of the user and evaluating.
Further, step S900 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S901: if the first composite pain level exceeds the first threshold value, obtaining a third sending instruction;
step S902: sending the first pain treatment drug to a first primary doctor according to the third sending instruction, and screening the first pain treatment drug by the first primary doctor;
step S903: obtaining second drug information;
step S904: sending the second medication information to the first nurse.
Specifically, when the first comprehensive pain level exceeds the first threshold value and the first nurse cannot select the first user for the medicine, the first pain treatment medicine is automatically sent to a first main doctor by the system, the first main doctor screens the first pain treatment medicine after checking the first user, and a screening result is sent to the first nurse, so that the efficiency of pain nursing of the nurses is improved.
Further, step S902 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S9021: obtaining first position information, wherein the first position information is position information of the first main doctor from the first user;
step S9022: judging whether the first position information exceeds a fourth threshold value;
step S9023: if the first position information exceeds the fourth threshold value, obtaining a second doctor, wherein the second doctor and the first main doctor are doctors in the same level and the same department;
step S9024: obtaining a fourth send instruction, and sending the first pain therapy medication to the second physician in accordance with the fourth send instruction.
Specifically, whether the first main doctor is far away from the first user or not is judged by obtaining the position information of the first main doctor, the pain condition of the first user cannot be checked in time, if the first position information exceeds the fourth threshold, the pain grade information of the first user and the first pain treatment medicine are sent to doctors with the distance within the fourth threshold and the same level as the first main doctor, and the second doctor screens the first pain treatment medicine after evaluating the first patient.
