Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a flexible lining plate and a flexible display panel, wherein the flexible lining plate comprises: the bending area and the supporting areas are arranged on two sides of the bending area; wherein the material of the bending region is different from the material of the support region; the width of the connecting region of the bending region and the support region comprises: 2mm-10 mm. In the embodiment of the invention, the bending area has higher requirement on the bending performance, and the supporting area has higher requirement on the rigidity, so that the bending area and the supporting area are made of different materials according to different requirements, the bending performance of the flexible lining plate can be ensured, and meanwhile, the bending area and the supporting plate of the flexible lining plate do not need to be made of the same stainless steel material, and the weight of the flexible lining plate can be reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a flexible lining plate and a flexible display panel.
Background
At present, the bending area and the supporting area of the flexible liner of the flexible display panel are usually made of the same material. For example, referring to fig. 1, there is provided a flexible liner 10 of the prior art, the flexible liner 10 comprising: arranging a thicker reinforcing steel sheet on the support area B to realize that the ultrathin steel sheet 11 can be bent in the bending area A and the reinforcing steel sheet and the ultrathin steel sheet are supported in the support area B; however, the flexible liner 10 is heavy, costly and has poor bending properties. Referring to fig. 2, another flexible lining board 20 in the prior art is provided, in which a thicker steel sheet is selected, and a hole structure is provided in the bending region a to achieve bending of the bending region, but the flexible lining board also has the problems of heavy weight, unstable bending performance, high cost and complex process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a flexible lining plate, which solves the problems of heavy weight and poor bending performance caused by only adopting a stainless steel material in the conventional flexible lining plate.
A first aspect of the invention provides a flexible liner, the flexible liner comprising: the bending area and the supporting areas are arranged on two sides of the bending area; wherein the material of the bending region is different from the material of the support region; the width of the connecting region of the bending region and the support region comprises: 2mm-10 mm.
Optionally, the material of the bending zone comprises: a polymer; the material of the support region comprises: a metallic material.
Optionally, a plurality of first hole structures are arranged on one side of the support area facing the bending area; the depth of the first hole structure extends from the first face of the support zone to the second face of the support zone.
Optionally, a third surface of the support region facing the bending region is concave-convex; the third surface is perpendicular to the first surface.
Optionally, the polymer is filled in the first pore structure and covers the first pore structure at the first side of the support region.
Optionally, the first face of the bending region is zigzag; the second face of the inflection zone is flush with the second face of the support zone.
Optionally, the material of the bending zone comprises: stainless steel; the material of the support region comprises: aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
Optionally, the inflection zone is provided with a plurality of second hole structures.
Optionally, the bending region and the supporting region are connected by welding.
A second aspect of the invention provides a flexible display panel comprising a flexible liner as described in any one of the above.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a flexible liner 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the flexible liner 30 includes: a bending zone 31 and support zones on both sides of said bending zone 32; wherein the material of the bending zone 31 is different from the material of the support zone 32; the width of the connection area 33 of the bending zone and the support zone comprises: 2mm-10 mm.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the material of the bending region includes: a polymer; the material of the support region comprises: a metallic material.
Wherein the polymer comprises: PI (polyimide) or PET (polyethylene terephthalate); the metal material includes: stainless steel material.
In the embodiment of the invention, the polymer material is arranged in the bending area, so that the bending performance of the bending area can be ensured, the flexible lining plate can reach smaller bending radius, and the weight of the flexible lining plate can be reduced. And the support area is provided with a metal material, so that the support performance and the heat dissipation performance of the support area can be ensured, and the display panel is protected from being damaged.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3 and 4, wherein fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 3 in a direction C-C, a plurality of first hole structures 321 are disposed on a side of the support region 32 facing the bending region 32; the depth of the first hole structure 321 extends from the first face X of the support zone to the second face of the support zone Y.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first hole structure 321 may be a through hole or a blind hole.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the third surface 322 of the support region 32 facing the bending region 31 is concave-convex; the third face 322 is perpendicular to the first face x.
In the present embodiment, the polymer is filled in the first hole structure 321, and covers the first hole structure 321 on the first side X of the support region 32.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the width of the connection region 33 is the width of the polymer-covered metal plate, referring to fig. 3, wherein the width of the connection region 33 may be 6mm-10 mm.
In an embodiment of the invention, the polymer of the bending zone 31 cooperates with a third face 322 of the support zone 32, which is concave-convex.
The first hole structure 321 and the concave-convex third surface 322 are disposed on the metal plate of the support region 32, so that the polymer and the metal plate (the support region made of metal material) are connected more firmly, and when the bending region 31 is bent, the polymer does not fall off from the metal plate.
In the embodiment of the invention, the polymer is injected on the metal plate in an injection molding mode, so that the polymer colloid flows into the first hole structure, and then the flexible lining plate is formed after cooling.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the first surface of the bending region is a sawtooth shape 311; the second face of the bending zone is flush with the second face Y of the support zone. And the second surface of the bending area and the second surface Y of the supporting area are used for contacting with other layers of the flexible display panel when the flexible display panel is prepared.
The first surface of the bending region 31 is provided with a zigzag shape, so that the bending region 31 can be bent more easily when being bent, and deformation or other surface problems are generated when the polymer of the bending region shrinks. Specifically, in the preparation process, the polymer may be first injection-molded on the metal plate, and then the mold having the saw-tooth structure is used to form the saw-tooth shape on the surface of the polymer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5, which is an enlarged view of the region Z in fig. 4, two adjacent teeth T in a zigzag shape are in an arc-shaped S transition, so as to further improve the bending performance of the bending region.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6 and 7, wherein fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of fig. 6 in a direction D-D, the material of the bending region 31 includes: stainless steel; the material of the support region 32 includes: aluminum, or an aluminum alloy. The material of the support region 32 may be an alloy material such as a titanium alloy or a scandium alloy that is light in weight and has excellent heat dissipation performance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the material of the supporting region 32 is aluminum or aluminum alloy with high heat dissipation performance and low quality, which can enhance the heat dissipation performance of the flexible lining board and reduce the weight of the flexible lining board.
In the present embodiment, the bending region 31 is provided with a plurality of second hole structures 312. In the embodiment of the present invention, the bending region 31 is made of stainless steel, which can ensure the strength of the bending region, wherein the plurality of second hole structures 312 are disposed on the bending region 31, which can ensure the bending performance of the bending region.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the bending region 31 and the supporting region 32 are connected by welding. In the embodiment of the present invention, a welding area 33 is formed between the bending area 31 and the supporting area 32, and the welding area is a connection area 33 between the bending area 31 and the supporting area 32. Wherein the bending zone 31 and the support zone 32 are laser welded with high strength.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the width of the welding area 33 is 2mm to 4 mm.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the bending area is made of polymer material and the supporting area is made of metal material, the bending area and the supporting area are connected in an injection molding mode; when the bending area and the supporting area are made of metal materials, the bending area and the supporting area are connected in a welding mode.
Referring to fig. 8, a flexible display panel provided for an embodiment of the present invention includes the flexible liner 30 described in any one of the above.
Wherein, this flexible display panel still includes: the first adhesive layer 40, the light emitting layer 50, the polarizer 60, the touch layer 70, the second adhesive layer 80 and the cover plate 90 are sequentially stacked; the first glue layer 40 is disposed on the second side of the flexible backing plate 30, and the second side of the flexible backing plate 30 is composed of the second side of the bending region 31 and the second side Y of the supporting region.
The embodiment of the invention provides a flexible lining plate, which comprises: the bending area and the supporting areas are arranged on two sides of the bending area; wherein the material of the bending region is different from the material of the support region; the width of the connecting region of the bending region and the support region comprises: 2mm-10 mm. . 4. The flexible liner according to claim 3, wherein a third face of the support region facing the bending region is concave-convex; the third surface is perpendicular to the first surface.
5. The flexible liner according to claim 4, wherein the polymer is filled in the first hole structure and covers the first hole structure at the first side of the support zone.
6. The flexible liner of claim 5, wherein the first face of the inflection zone is serrated; the second face of the inflection zone is flush with the second face of the support zone.
7. The flexible liner of claim 1, wherein the material of the inflection zones comprises: stainless steel; the material of the support region comprises: aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
8. The flexible liner according to claim 7, wherein the inflection zones are provided with a plurality of second hole structures.
9. The flexible liner according to claim 7, wherein the bending zone and the support zone are connected by welding.
10. A flexible display panel comprising the flexible backing sheet of any one of claims 1 to 9.
