By combining the actual conditions of the three parties for evaluation and targeted adjustment, talents can be cultured according to the labor market demand really in colleges and universities, students can make targeted learning according to the current market demand, and enterprises provide targeted suggestions for education modes and established courses of colleges and universities, so that the colleges and the enterprises are really put into practice to cooperate, and real 'people and posts matching' is realized.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the method for assessing the education quality of colleges and universities is stored in a corresponding system, a user may log in the system through a terminal, the terminal may be a hardware device having a corresponding function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a personal computer, the system may be pre-installed in the terminal, and the user may log in the system through an APP, a corresponding WEB site, and the like, so as to achieve assessment of the education quality of colleges and universities. The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for assessing education quality in colleges and universities, including:
s101, determining the profession set up by the colleges and universities, students corresponding to the profession and cooperative enterprises corresponding to the profession.
Generally, in order to better evaluate the education quality of colleges and universities, a specialty set up by a college and university needs to be determined, and then students corresponding to the specialty and cooperative enterprises corresponding to the specialty are acquired based on the specialty. In general, general colleges, and vocational colleges may be provided with many types of disciplines including, but not limited to, for example: the disciplines in large scope such as philosophy, history, literature, art, education, law, economics, management, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, military science and the like specifically include many types of specific specialties, and the specialties are not limited herein. The cooperative enterprises corresponding to colleges and universities can be enterprises cooperating for disciplinary departments and can also be enterprises cooperating for specific specialties, and the technical scheme recorded in the application can be adjusted in a targeted manner according to actual conditions.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific specialty is taken as an example for explanation, the specialty corresponds to a plurality of students, the students may include all students reading all levels of the specialty of the college, and the corporation corresponding to the specialty may be one or a plurality of, which is not limited herein.
S102, obtaining education policies and administrative management policies corresponding to the major, and making a first evaluation questionnaire based on the education policies and the administrative management policies, so that the quality of the education system of colleges and universities is determined according to a first evaluation result corresponding to the colleges and universities.
Colleges and universities play an important role in teaching as direct providers of education, and therefore a first assessment questionnaire for colleges and universities needs to be formulated to assess the teaching quality of the colleges and universities.
Specifically, an education policy and an administrative policy corresponding to a professional are acquired. The education policy can be a college education policy issued by the country and/or province, and the policy is used as a pilot of college education and is a policy which needs to be referred to most by the college education. By judging whether the current education policy conforms to the national standard, whether the current education policy conforms to the political position, whether policy synchronization is achieved before different education institutions, whether legislation and regulations are met, whether scientific research data are formulated, whether training and practice of teachers can be guided, and the like, whether the direction of the current education policy is accurate and whether colleges and universities need to make adaptive adjustment according to actual conditions can be judged.
The administrative policy is the first captain for education in colleges and universities, and is the most important policy for colleges and universities. Whether the administrative policy of colleges and universities is reasonable and can become the impetus of college education instead of resistance can be judged by judging whether the current administrative policy is correctly interpreted and/or responds to the education policy, whether a perfect management method is established for teaching workers and students, whether reasonable subsidies are provided for teaching workers and students with corresponding requirements, whether requirements of fairness and moral standards are complied with, whether education quality detection indexes are complied with and the like.
Further, a first evaluation questionnaire may be formulated for the education policies and the administrative policies, and the first evaluation questionnaire may be filled in by related persons in the college university, which may include a school leader member, a school party committee organization member, a front line instructor member, a logistical staff, and the like. The first evaluation questionnaire may be issued in a certain proportion according to various types of members of the high school party, or may be specifically issued for a certain type of member, and the specific issuing manner is not limited herein.
The first evaluation questionnaire comprises a plurality of corresponding items, and evaluation can be performed through an objective scoring system and/or a subjective filling system, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of objective scoring questions can be formulated according to education policies and administrative policies, and the objective scoring questions are calculated in a Lektet table mode. For any one of the objective scoring questions, there may be a score selection range of three, five, seven or other grades, which is not limited herein. And accumulating the final scores of the objective grading questions to obtain the final score of the first evaluation questionnaire.
And generating a first evaluation result according to the final scores of all the first evaluation questionnaires, wherein the first evaluation result can reflect the quality of the education system of colleges and universities. For example, a first evaluation of between 85 and 100 points may rate the college education system as excellent, between 75 and 84 points may rate the college education system as good, between 60 and 74 points may rate the college education system as medium, and below 60 points may rate the college education system as poor.
S103, obtaining teaching environment information and employment direction information corresponding to the major, and formulating a second evaluation questionnaire based on the teaching environment information and the employment direction information so as to determine the teaching quality of colleges and universities through the second evaluation questionnaire corresponding to the students.
Students are the direct carriers of education, and the growth and harvest of the students are important indexes for evaluating the education quality of colleges and universities, so a second evaluation questionnaire for the students needs to be made to evaluate the teaching quality of the colleges and universities.
Specifically, teaching environment information and employment direction information corresponding to a specialty are acquired. The teaching environment is used as a carrier for students to receive education, and the quality of the atmosphere of the teaching environment profoundly influences the education quality of the students. Whether the current teaching environment can create a high-quality and high-efficiency learning hotbed for the students and whether corresponding adjustment can be made according to the real requirements of the students can be judged by judging whether the current teaching environment is high-quality, whether excellent teaching equipment is provided, whether achievement achieved by the students can be encouraged, whether the students are allowed to participate in making teaching guidelines, whether the teaching mode of an educator is changed according to the feedback of the students, whether teachers with excellent quality are equipped, whether the education method is customized for the students, whether extra-class activity learning can be enhanced, and whether the investability and the enthusiasm of learning can be promoted.
The employment direction is used as the value of receiving education of students, and the truth and competence of the students in the current employment direction and the adaptability of going to the society in the future can be judged by judging whether the students in the current employment direction have corresponding behavior ability, have corresponding cognitive ability, have corresponding emotional ability and have the employment ability of the general industry.
Further, a second evaluation questionnaire may be formulated for the teaching environment information and the employment direction information, and the second evaluation questionnaire may be filled in by students who have read in the specialty of the colleges and universities, and the students may include students of any level. The second evaluation questionnaire may be issued in a certain proportion according to the level, or may be issued specifically for students of a certain level, and the specific issuing manner is not limited herein.
The second evaluation questionnaire comprises a plurality of corresponding items, and evaluation can be performed through an objective scoring system and/or a supervisor filling system, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of objective scoring questions can be formulated according to the teaching environment information and employment direction information, and the objective scoring questions are calculated in a Liktet table mode. For any one of the objective scoring questions, there may be a score selection range of three, five, seven or other grades, which is not limited herein. And accumulating the final scores of the objective grading questions to obtain the final score of the second evaluation questionnaire.
And generating a second evaluation result according to the final scores of all the second evaluation questionnaires, wherein the second evaluation result can reflect the teaching quality of colleges and universities. For example, the second evaluation result may be 85 to 100 points that can rate the teaching quality of colleges and universities as excellent, 75 to 84 points that can rate the teaching quality of colleges and universities as good, 60 to 74 points that can rate the teaching quality of colleges and universities as medium, and 60 points or less that can rate the teaching quality of colleges and universities as poor.
S104, obtaining course information and training environment information corresponding to the major, and making a third evaluation questionnaire based on the course information and the training environment information, so that the docking degree of the colleges and universities and the cooperative enterprises is determined through a third evaluation result corresponding to the enterprises.
In order to ensure that college education can cultivate talents meeting the needs of enterprises, the participation degree of the enterprises in the college education process is also very important.
Specifically, course information and training environment information corresponding to a specialty are acquired. The course is used as the first source of post skills, and whether the course setting is scientific or not also determines the degree of post matching. By judging whether the enterprise participates in the course standard formulation, whether the enterprise participates in the examination test mode formulation, whether the enterprise participation mode is qualified, whether the enterprise participation quality reaches the standard, whether the enterprise collects the learning information aiming at the course and whether the enterprise improves the learning time line aiming at the course in the current course, whether the enterprise participation degree reaches the standard and whether the course needs to be adjusted aiming at the change of the social and economic situation can be judged.
The training environment is used as a platform for students to exercise the skills of posts, and the quality of the training environment also determines the adaptability of the students to future posts. By judging whether the current training environment is self-helped by an enterprise, whether the enterprise provides teaching equipment, whether the enterprise provides a shared teacher or not and whether the enterprise makes a practice test or not, whether the enterprise has proper acting or not in the current training environment and whether the training environment needs to be improved according to the changes of social and economic situations and post skills can be judged.
Further, a third evaluation questionnaire may be formulated for the course information and the training environment information, and the third evaluation questionnaire may be filled by related personnel in the enterprise, where the related personnel may include enterprise management members, enterprise front-line operation members, enterprise human department members, enterprise engineer members, and the like. The third evaluation questionnaire may be issued in a certain proportion according to various types of members of the enterprise side, or may be specifically issued for a certain type of member, and the specific issuing manner is not limited herein.
The third evaluation questionnaire comprises a plurality of corresponding items, and evaluation can be performed through an objective scoring system and/or a supervisor filling system, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of objective scoring questions can be formulated according to the course information and the training environment information, and the objective scoring questions are calculated in a Lekter table mode. For any one of the objective scoring questions, there may be a score selection range of three, five, seven or other grades, which is not limited herein. And accumulating the final scores of the objective scoring points to obtain the final score of a third evaluation questionnaire.
And generating a third evaluation result according to the final scores of all the third evaluation questionnaires, wherein the third evaluation result can reflect the docking degree of colleges and universities and cooperative enterprises. For example, a third evaluation of 85-100 points may rate the degree of docking as excellent, 75-84 points may rate the degree of docking as good, 60-74 points may rate the degree of docking as medium, and 60 points or less may rate the degree of docking as poor.
And S105, carrying out comprehensive scoring according to the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result, the third evaluation result and a preset scoring rule to obtain education quality scores of colleges and universities.
Before comprehensive scoring, a first evaluation result, a second evaluation result and a third evaluation result are acquired. The first evaluation questionnaire, the second evaluation questionnaire and the third evaluation questionnaire respectively comprise a plurality of evaluation questionnaires, and each evaluation questionnaire corresponds to an evaluation score. In the embodiment of the present application, a process of generating a first evaluation result by a first evaluation questionnaire is taken as an example for explanation.
Specifically, the first evaluation questionnaire filled in by the college corresponds to a plurality of evaluation scores, and for the plurality of evaluation scores, the highest score and the lowest score of the plurality of evaluation scores may be removed, the average of the remaining evaluation scores may be obtained, and the median of the remaining evaluation scores may be obtained.
Further, the difference between the average number and the median is obtained, it should be noted that the difference result should be a positive number, and if the difference is a negative number, the absolute value of the negative number is taken as the difference.
Furthermore, if the difference is greater than the preset threshold corresponding to the first evaluation questionnaire, it indicates that the remaining evaluation scores are not the normal distribution of the comparison standard, and if the median is taken as the first evaluation result, it is difficult to reflect the true result corresponding to the first evaluation questionnaire, so the average is taken as the first evaluation result. If the difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value corresponding to the first evaluation questionnaire, the remaining evaluation scores are shown to be in the normal distribution of the comparison standard, and at the moment, the median is taken as the first evaluation result, so that the method is more scientific and can display the real first evaluation result.
The second evaluation result corresponding to the second evaluation questionnaire and the third evaluation result corresponding to the third evaluation questionnaire are obtained in the above manner, and are not described herein again.
After the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and the third evaluation result are obtained, the weight scheme corresponding to the specialty can be obtained from the plurality of pre-stored weight schemes, the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and the third evaluation result are summed according to the weight scheme to obtain a comprehensive score, and the comprehensive score is used as an education quality score of colleges and universities. Wherein, the weighting scheme may include: the weight corresponding to the first evaluation result, the weight corresponding to the second evaluation result and the weight corresponding to the third evaluation result.
In general, the number of students corresponding to different professions is different, the number and scale of corresponding cooperative enterprises are also different, and if the same weighting scheme is adopted, the obtained comprehensive score is difficult to reflect the real education quality of colleges and universities. Therefore, different weighting schemes can be set for different professions, for example, for professions with fewer students and smaller scale of cooperative enterprises, the weighting corresponding to the second evaluation result and the weighting corresponding to the third evaluation result are increased, and the weighting corresponding to the first evaluation result is decreased, so that the speaking right of the student and the enterprise is larger, the speaking right of the school is reduced, and the situation that the school is excessively high and the education quality score of colleges and universities is falsely high is prevented. It should be noted that, for the adjustment ranges of the three weights, corresponding adjustment can be performed according to actual situations, as long as the final weight proportion is most scientific and can reflect the true education quality score of colleges and universities, and the specific numerical values are not limited herein.
In one embodiment, a preset threshold corresponding to the evaluation questionnaire is used for determining whether the average or median of the remaining evaluation scores is used as the evaluation result. A reasonable and scientific evaluation score should be a more standard normal distribution, so that an evaluation score closer to a normal distribution is more reliable. Based on years of experience of colleges and universities, the situation of super-high score or super-low score is rarely found in the corresponding first questionnaire, so that the stability of colleges and universities is highest, enterprises are used as the productivity of society, the probability of super-high score or super-low score is relatively low in the corresponding third questionnaire, the stability of the third questionnaire is only second to colleges and universities, and students are used as the party with the minimum average age among three members, the phenomenon of emotional transformation is serious, and the situation of super-high score or super-low score of the second questionnaire is easy to occur due to personal conditions. Therefore, in the current educational environment, the stability of the school side is greater than or equal to that of the enterprise side, and the stability of the enterprise side is greater than that of the students.
In view of the above situation, the preset threshold corresponding to the first questionnaire for evaluation is set to be greater than or equal to the preset threshold corresponding to the third questionnaire, and the preset threshold corresponding to the third questionnaire is set to be greater than the preset threshold corresponding to the second questionnaire. Through the technical scheme recorded by the embodiment, the three evaluation results can be obtained more scientifically and accurately, and the three evaluation results can reflect the real situation better.
In one embodiment, in some cold professions, the number of students for that profession tends to be very small, and thus the number of second assessment questionnaires may be very limited. In order to ensure the diversity of the samples, in the embodiment of the present application, after the number of the second evaluation questionnaires is obtained, if the number of the second evaluation questionnaires is smaller than the first preset number, it indicates that the number of the second evaluation questionnaires is too small to reflect the situation of the real student. Based on this, the second evaluation questionnaire can be issued to graduates corresponding to the specialty, and a certain number of graduates fill in the second evaluation questionnaire as a second reference evaluation questionnaire to be supplemented to the second evaluation questionnaire. It should be noted that the second assessment questionnaire filled by the graduates can be completely the same as the original second assessment questionnaire, and the contents of the questionnaire can be adjusted correspondingly for the graduates, so that the situation that the graduates who do not know the current student situation fill out in disorder is prevented. In addition, the first preset number may be adjusted according to actual situations, and specific values thereof are not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the third assessment questionnaire filled out by the business party may be in short quantity when large personnel changes occur inside the business or the size of the business is small. In order to ensure the diversity of the samples, in the embodiment of the present application, after the number of the third evaluation questionnaires is obtained, if the number of the third evaluation questionnaires is smaller than the second preset number, it indicates that the number of the current third evaluation questionnaires is too small to reflect the situation of the real enterprise side. Based on this, the third evaluation questionnaire can be sent to the third party authority, and the third party authority fills in the third evaluation questionnaire as a third reference evaluation questionnaire to be supplemented to the third evaluation questionnaire. It should be noted that a third-party authority that is sufficiently known to the enterprise should be selected to fill in the third reference evaluation questionnaire, and the content of the questionnaire may be completely the same as the original third evaluation questionnaire, or may be adjusted in a targeted manner. In addition, the second preset number may be adjusted specifically according to actual situations, and specific values thereof are not limited herein.
In one embodiment, while adjustments have been made to the college educational quality scores as in the above embodiments to make them reflect the truest as possible, it is possible that the college educational quality scores are falsely high, which is more likely that the college or business side fills in a falsely high score due to political or performance requirements. Therefore, to solve the problem, an estimated score corresponding to a specialty can be set, and the estimated score can be obtained by multiplying the education quality score corresponding to the specialty in the colleges and universities by a preset annual growth coefficient according to the previous year. For example, if the education quality score of the college of the last year is 65, the annual growth coefficient can be set to 1.3, and the estimated score is 84.5. If the current education quality score of the colleges is larger than the estimated score, the score is accelerated too fast, and a false score is possibly generated.
Therefore, when the education quality score of the colleges and universities is larger than the pre-estimated score, the weight corresponding to the first evaluation result and/or the weight corresponding to the third evaluation result can be reduced, and the weight corresponding to the second evaluation result can be increased to obtain a corrected weight scheme. And summing the first evaluation result, the second evaluation result and the third evaluation result according to the corrected weight scheme to obtain a corrected comprehensive score, and taking the corrected comprehensive score as a reference score of the education quality score of colleges and universities. If the reference score of the high-efficiency education quality score is smaller than the estimated score, the evaluation score corresponding to the college party and the enterprise party is obviously higher than the evaluation score corresponding to the student party, and at the moment, in order to prevent the situation that the education quality score of the next year appears false score again, the weight scheme corresponding to the specialty can be replaced by the corrected weight scheme, so that the situation of false high score is avoided, meanwhile, the warning effect on the college party and the enterprise party can be achieved, and the college party and the enterprise party are prompted to fill in the truest score.
By the embodiment described in the embodiment, under the condition that the grading acceleration is too fast and false high scores are likely to occur, the speaking right of a high school party and an enterprise party can be reduced by adjusting the weight corresponding to the evaluation result, the speaking right of a student party is improved, and the real condition can be reflected more favorably. It should be noted that the reference score of the education quality score of colleges is not used as the final result, but is used as a reference. In addition, the annual growth coefficient can be flexibly adjusted according to actual conditions, and the specific numerical value is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, after the college education quality score is obtained, a college education quality feedback model can be generated according to the score, and the feedback model can be presented in any mode of a histogram, a pie chart, a three-dimensional graph and the like. The feedback model may include three aspects of colleges, students, and enterprises, wherein the aspects of colleges at least include: policy execution dimension, administrative dimension, student's aspect includes at least: learning experience dimension and employment dimension, and the enterprise aspect at least comprises: course design participation dimension, course execution participation dimension, and course feedback participation dimension. The multi-dimension content can be obtained from specific contents in the first evaluation questionnaire, the second evaluation questionnaire and the third evaluation questionnaire, and high items or low items of multiple dimensions can be fed back.
In one embodiment, after generating the feedback model of education quality of colleges and universities, a number of low-scoring items in each dimension in the feedback model may be obtained, and an improvement suggestion may be generated for any one of the number of low-scoring items, where the improvement suggestion may include: college improvement points, student improvement points, enterprise improvement points. Aiming at the low-score projects of any dimension, improvement suggestions comprising three-party improvement points can be generated, comprehensive improvement can be performed from colleges and universities, students and enterprises through the scheme recorded in the embodiment, and the improvement of the education quality of the colleges and universities is promoted together.
In one embodiment, when the class design engagement dimension scores too low in the feedback model, other dimensions related to the dimension may be obtained, such as administrative dimensions pertaining to the college aspect, learning experience dimensions pertaining to the student aspect. The method can give out related warnings to enterprises, inform the enterprises that the curriculum design participation dimensionality is too low and needs to actively participate in curriculum design, give out related warnings for colleges and universities, inform the colleges and universities that administrative policies should be corrected, strengthen the contact with cooperative enterprises, jointly make curriculum participation, give out related warnings for students, inform the colleges and universities that the students should follow the rules of the schools, improve the feedback of curriculum contents of the enterprises, and urge the enterprises to actively participate in curriculum design.
