The system is characterized by comprising a user terminal and a server, wherein the server performs card issuing of a common membership card and a joint membership card according to a request of the user terminal, a card holding user of the user terminal performs corresponding response according to the change request and realizes change between the common membership card and the joint membership card according to use of the card by the card holding user of the user terminal and sends a change request to the server;
the server side comprises a registration card issuing module, a settlement module, a change module and a database; wherein:
the registering and issuing module is used for issuing the common membership card and the joint membership card according to the request of the user terminal by the platform and storing the related information of the card in the database;
the settlement module is used for correspondingly settling the timing or stored value of the card according to the actual use of the card by a card holding user of the user terminal, and updating the settlement result into the database;
the change module is used for receiving a change request sent by a card holding user of the user terminal to the server according to the use of the card by the card holding user of the user terminal, responding to the change request, and realizing the change between the common membership card and the joint membership card; returning the change result to the corresponding card holding user of the user terminal;
the database is used for storing related information of the common membership card and the joint membership card;
the information stored in the database comprises a user account number, a password, a value denomination, an expiration time, an issuing agency A and a cooperative agency B;
the registration card issuing module is a common membership card a card issued by an issuing mechanism A, a joint membership card ab issued by the issuing mechanism A and a cooperation mechanism B in a combined way, different cooperation mechanisms are correspondingly and orderly called B1, B2. returning the change result between the common membership card and the joint membership card to the corresponding request user of the user terminal;
the joint membership card management system is realized through a block chain technology.

The internet-based affiliated card managing system according to claim 1, wherein the changing module charges a corresponding commission fee to the affiliated card managing system platform during the changing process, wherein the commission fee is consistent with the issuer a by default or is set by each partner B alone; the member of the corresponding organization enjoys the reduction of the member change commission, and if the newly set commission is higher, the user buying the membership card pays correspondingly according to the commission when buying.
