The nuclear power test procedure supervision method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the operation terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The operation terminal 102 communicates with the supervision terminal 106 via a network. The operating terminal communicates with the nuclear power plant 108 to be tested via a network or bluetooth. The operation terminal 102 communicates with the terminal 110 corresponding to the target person identification through the network. In the nuclear power test process, the operation terminal 102 acquires a test work order execution task issued by the server 104, and analyzes the test work order execution task to obtain a process identifier of a current test process to be supervised. The operation terminal 102 displays a process execution interface according to the test work order execution task. When the operation terminal 102 receives a triggering operation of a supervisor button in the process execution interface, current supervisor information is acquired, and the current supervisor information includes a supervisor identifier. The operation terminal 102 obtains pre-stored supervisor information corresponding to the current test procedure to be supervised according to the procedure identifier. The operation terminal 102 performs authentication on the current supervisor information according to the supervisor information stored in advance. After passing the authentication, the operation terminal 102 unlocks the current test procedure to be supervised. And the procedure execution process of the test procedure after unlocking is supervised by a supervising terminal 106 corresponding to the supervisor identifier. After unlocking the current procedure to be supervised and tested, the operation terminal 102 determines the nuclear power equipment to be tested, procedure description information and a set of keywords corresponding to the procedure identifier. And determining the position information of each set keyword in the set keyword set in the process description information, and marking the parts of speech and the semantics of each part of speech in the process description information. The operation terminal 102 extracts a target word segment meeting a preset condition from the word segment with the part of speech tagging or the word segment with the semantic tagging. The operation terminal 102 further performs word segmentation matching on the target word segmentation and each set keyword in the set keyword, and converts the successfully matched target word segmentation and set keyword into corresponding test parameters. The operation terminal 102 sends the test parameters to the nuclear power equipment to be tested 108 so that the nuclear power equipment to be tested executes the unlocked test procedure to be monitored according to the test parameters. When the operation terminal 102 receives the trigger operation of the feedback button in the process execution interface, the target personnel identification and the process abnormality information preset in the test process after unlocking are acquired. The operation terminal 102 transmits the process abnormality information to the terminal 110 corresponding to the target personnel identifier, receives the correction information returned from the terminal 110 corresponding to the target personnel identifier, and the operation terminal 102 corrects the unlocked test process according to the correction information. The operation terminal 102, the supervision terminal 106, and the terminal 110 corresponding to the target person identifier may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers. The nuclear power plant 108 to be tested is an intelligent or non-intelligent device located within the nuclear power plant for nuclear power generation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a nuclear power test procedure supervision method is provided, and an example of application of the method to the operation terminal in fig. 1 is taken as an illustration, and the method includes the following steps:
step 202, acquiring a test work order execution task in the nuclear power test execution process, wherein the test work order execution task carries a process identifier of a current test process to be supervised.
When the nuclear power test needs to be executed, the operation terminal can acquire the test work order execution task issued by the server, and analyze the test procedure execution task to obtain the test work order. And the operation terminal executes the nuclear power test according to the test worksheet. The test worksheet comprises a plurality of test procedures. The plurality of test procedures comprise a current test procedure to be supervised, and the operation terminal acquires a procedure identifier of the current test procedure to be supervised. For example, the nuclear power test may be a periodic test. As an important process for ensuring the safety of a nuclear power plant, a periodic test is a performance test or availability check performed on a unit, a system, a component, a structure, or the like according to a program file and a method specified by a plurality of test procedures in a test work sheet corresponding to a nuclear power test. The test worksheet refers to a table which is generated after each executable step in the nuclear power test is split and contains process information such as test process identifiers, test process expected results and the like. The test procedure refers to each executable step in a nuclear power test. The test procedures include test procedures requiring supervision. The supervision refers to supervision and maintenance of the execution process of the test procedure, so as to avoid misoperation in the execution process of the test procedure and ensure the correctness of the test. In the process of executing the test procedure execution task, when the current test procedure needs to be supervised, a procedure execution interface can be displayed according to the test work order execution task. The current test procedure may be referred to as a to-be-supervised test procedure. A supervisory button may be included in the process execution interface. The operator can obtain the current supervisor information by clicking the supervisor button.
The test worksheet carried by the test worksheet execution task may be pre-formulated by an operator prior to the nuclear power test and stored in the server. Specifically, before the nuclear power test is executed, an operator of the nuclear power plant can formulate a corresponding test work order for the nuclear power test. And the operator sends the formulated test worksheet to a server, the server sets a corresponding worksheet identifier for the received test worksheet, and the test worksheet is correspondingly stored with the corresponding worksheet identifier and the test identifier of the nuclear power test. In the nuclear power test execution process, a server acquires a test work order corresponding to a test identifier from a pre-stored test work order, generates a test work order execution task according to the test work order, and transmits the test work order execution task to a corresponding operation terminal, wherein the test work order comprises a plurality of test procedures.
Step 204, displaying a procedure execution interface according to the test work order execution task.
And step 206, when receiving the triggering operation of the supervision button in the procedure execution interface, acquiring current supervisor information, wherein the current supervisor information comprises a supervisor identifier.
Before the nuclear power test is executed, a test responsible person can preset a supervision button in a test procedure needing supervision. When the current test procedure to be supervised needs to be executed, the operation terminal displays a procedure execution interface according to the task execution task of the test work order. The process execution interface is displayed with a supervision button. As shown in fig. 3, an interface diagram of the supervision button is displayed in the process execution interface. When the operation terminal receives the triggering operation of the supervision button in the procedure execution interface, the procedure supervision interface is displayed, and the operation terminal acquires the current supervision information in the procedure supervision interface. The current supervisor information is uploaded through a supervisor terminal corresponding to a supervisor identifier corresponding to the process identifier. The current supervisor information may include a supervisor identification. For example, the guardian identification may be the guardian's user name, the guardian's name, or the like.
The nuclear power test APP is operated in the supervision terminal, and the supervision terminal can upload the information of the supervision person by logging in the nuclear power test APP. The login mode can be various, for example, account login, two-dimensional code login, face recognition, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like. When the login mode is account login, a procedure supervision interface is displayed in the supervision terminal, and a supervisor login frame is displayed on the procedure supervision interface. The supervisor can input account information in a supervisor login frame, and the terminal is operated so as to acquire the current supervisor account information. The current supervisor account information may include a user name and password for the current supervisor. When the login mode is two-dimension code login, the supervision terminal can display the two-dimension code on the procedure supervision interface, and when the operation terminal receives the scanning operation of the supervision terminal on the two-dimension code, the two-dimension code is analyzed to obtain identity information of a supervision person. The identity information may include the name of the supervisor. When the login mode is face recognition, the supervision terminal displays face recognition prompt information on the procedure supervision interface so that the supervision person can make corresponding face actions according to the face recognition prompt information. Such as head up, blinking, etc. The operation terminal calls the camera to collect the face image when the supervisor makes the corresponding face action, and sends the face image to the operation terminal. When the login mode is voice recognition, the supervision terminal displays voice input prompt information on the process supervision interface, and a supervisor can record by clicking the voice input prompt information. The operation terminal further obtains the voice information uploaded by the supervision terminal. When the login mode is fingerprint identification, the supervision terminal can acquire fingerprint images of the supervision person acquired by the fingerprint acquisition equipment and send the fingerprint images to the operation terminal.
And step 208, acquiring prestored supervisor information corresponding to the current test procedure to be supervised according to the procedure identifier.
The test work order stores supervisor information of the test procedure to be supervised in advance. After the operation terminal obtains the current supervisor information, the pre-stored supervisor information can be obtained from the test work order according to the process identification of the current test process to be supervised. The pre-stored supervisor information may include pre-stored supervisor account information, pre-stored supervisor identity information, pre-stored supervisor face images, pre-stored supervisor voice information, pre-stored supervisor fingerprint images, and the like.
Step 210, performing identity verification on the current supervisor information according to the pre-stored supervisor information.
Specifically, when the current supervisor information is current supervisor account information, the operation terminal extracts corresponding prestored supervisor account information from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. And comparing the current supervisor account information with the pre-stored supervisor account information, and when the comparison is consistent, passing the identity verification of the current supervisor information.
When the current supervisor information is the supervisor's identity information, the identity information may include the supervisor's name. And the operation terminal extracts corresponding prestored supervisor identity information from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. And when the matching is successful, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification.
When the current supervisor information is a face image of the current supervisor, the operation terminal extracts a corresponding prestored supervisor face image from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. And comparing the face image with a pre-stored supervision face image, and if the face image is consistent with the pre-stored supervision face image, passing the identity verification of the current supervision person information. The pre-stored face image of the supervisor may be an identity card photo stored in an identity management server of the public security system by the supervisor.
When the current supervisor information is the voice information of the current supervisor, the operation terminal extracts corresponding prestored supervisor voice information from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identification. And further extracting a first voiceprint feature for acquiring the voice information of the current supervisor and a second voiceprint feature of the prestored supervisor voice information, matching the first voiceprint feature with the second voiceprint feature, and when the matching is successful, passing the identity verification of the current supervisor information.
When the current supervisor information is the fingerprint image of the current supervisor, the operation terminal extracts a corresponding prestored supervisor fingerprint image from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. The operation terminal extracts a first fingerprint feature of a fingerprint image of the current supervisor and a second fingerprint feature of a prestored supervisor fingerprint image, the first fingerprint feature is matched with the second fingerprint feature, and when the matching is successful, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification.
Step 212, after passing the identity verification, unlocking the current test procedure to be supervised, and supervising the procedure execution process of the test procedure after unlocking through a supervision terminal corresponding to the supervisor identifier.
After the current supervisor information passes the identity verification, the operation terminal can unlock the to-be-supervised test procedure, namely, an operator can execute the to-be-supervised test procedure. There are various ways of execution. It may be performed manually or by a hand, or may be automated. When the to-be-supervised test procedure is executed in a manual execution mode, the nuclear power test APP is operated in the operation terminal, the test requirement is displayed through the nuclear power test APP, and an operator can manually execute the to-be-supervised test procedure according to the test requirement. When the to-be-monitored test procedure is executed in an automatic execution mode, the to-be-tested nuclear power equipment, procedure description information and a set of keywords corresponding to the procedure identification are required to be determined, then test parameters are determined according to the procedure description information and the set of keywords, and the test parameters are sent to the to-be-tested nuclear power equipment for automatic execution. The process description information refers to information describing input parameters and specific operation steps of one test process. The setting keywords are keywords which can be used for parameter setting of the nuclear power equipment to be tested. In the execution process, the supervision terminal corresponding to the current supervisor information supervises the unlocked current test procedure to be supervised until the unlocked test procedure is executed.
In this embodiment, during the execution of the nuclear power test, a test work order execution task is acquired, where the test work order execution task carries a process identifier of a current test process to be monitored. And displaying the procedure execution interface according to the test work order execution task. And further, acquiring prestored supervisor information corresponding to the current test procedure to be supervised according to the procedure identification, and carrying out identity verification on the current supervisor information according to the prestored supervisor information. The validity of the supervision operation of the test procedure can be ensured by carrying out identity verification on the information of the current supervision person. Only after passing the identity verification, the current test procedure to be supervised is unlocked, and the safety of the test procedure can be improved. And further, the procedure execution process of the current to-be-supervised test procedure after unlocking is supervised through the supervision terminal corresponding to the supervisor identifier. The method can realize effective supervision of the test procedure in the execution process of the test procedure, thereby avoiding error in the execution operation of the test procedure and further effectively improving the reliability of the test procedure.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step of obtaining the current supervisor information specifically includes:

The operation terminal extracts a prestored supervisor user name and password from the prestored supervisor information. And the operation terminal compares the current user name of the supervisor with the prestored user name of the supervisor in a character mode. And when the comparison is consistent, comparing the current supervisor password with the prestored supervisor password in a character mode. And when the comparison is consistent, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification. The current supervisor information is subjected to identity verification in an account verification mode, so that the condition of counterfeit supervision and substitution supervision can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the current supervisor information comprises a current supervisor face image, and performing identity verification on the current supervisor information according to the pre-stored supervisor information comprises: extracting the characteristics of the current face image and the face image in the pre-stored supervision information to obtain a first face characteristic corresponding to the current face image and a second face characteristic corresponding to the face image in the pre-stored supervision information; performing face matching according to the first face features and the second face features; when the matching degree meets a preset threshold, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification.
When the operation terminal acquires the current supervision human face image, the corresponding pre-stored supervision human face image is extracted from the pre-stored supervision human information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identification. And further, the operation terminal extracts a first face feature corresponding to the current supervision face image and extracts a second face feature corresponding to the pre-stored supervision face image. And then matching the first face features with the second face features to obtain the matching degree. And when the matching degree meets a preset threshold, indicating that the current supervision face image passes identity verification. The current supervisor information is subjected to identity verification in a face recognition mode, so that the condition of counterfeit supervision and substitution supervision can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the operation terminal can also perform identity verification on the current supervisor information in a voice recognition mode. Specifically, the supervisor can input prompt information through clicking the voice displayed in the procedure supervision interface to record, so as to obtain voice information. And the voice information is uploaded to the operation terminal through the supervision terminal. When the operation terminal acquires the voice information of the current supervisor, the operation terminal extracts corresponding prestored supervisor voice information from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. And further, extracting the characteristics of the voice information of the current supervisor and the prestored voice information of the supervisor to obtain a first voiceprint characteristic corresponding to the voice information of the current supervisor and a second voiceprint characteristic corresponding to the prestored voice information of the supervisor, and matching the first voiceprint characteristic with the second voiceprint characteristic. And when the matching is successful, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification. The current supervisor information is subjected to identity verification in a voice recognition mode, so that the condition of counterfeit supervision and substituted supervision can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the operation terminal can also perform identity verification on the current supervisor information in a fingerprint identification mode. Specifically, the monitoring terminal can acquire the fingerprint image of the current monitor acquired by the fingerprint acquisition device and upload the fingerprint image to the operation terminal. And the operation terminal extracts a corresponding prestored supervisor fingerprint image from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identifier. And the characteristic extraction is carried out on the fingerprint image of the current supervisor and the prestored fingerprint image of the supervisor, so that a first fingerprint characteristic corresponding to the fingerprint image of the current supervisor and a second fingerprint characteristic corresponding to the prestored fingerprint image of the supervisor are obtained, and the first fingerprint characteristic and the second fingerprint characteristic are matched. And when the matching is successful, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification. The current supervisor information is subjected to identity verification in a fingerprint identification mode, so that the condition of counterfeit supervision and substitution supervision can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the operation terminal can also perform identity verification on the current supervisor information in a two-dimensional code verification mode. Specifically, when the operation terminal receives the scanning operation of the two-dimension code by the supervision terminal, the two-dimension code is analyzed, and identity information of the supervision person is obtained. The identity information may include the name of the supervisor. And the operation terminal extracts corresponding prestored supervisor identity information from the prestored supervisor information according to the to-be-supervised test procedure identification. And matching the identity information of the supervisor obtained by analysis with the prestored identity information of the supervisor. And when the matching is successful, the current supervisor information passes the identity verification. The identity of the current supervisor information is verified in a two-dimension code verification mode, so that the condition of counterfeit supervision and substitution supervision can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a configuration file, wherein the configuration file records the verification time interval of the current supervisor information; and when the verification time interval is reached, carrying out identity verification on the current supervisor information according to the supervisor information stored in advance.
The operation terminal can acquire the verification time interval of the current supervisor information in the configuration file. The verification time interval is utilized to continuously verify the current supervisor information. When the verification time interval is reached, the operation terminal can perform identity verification on the current supervisor information so as to ensure that the supervisor is continuously present, avoid leaving after the supervisor logs in the account, and further effectively supervise the test procedure.
In one embodiment, after unlocking the current test procedure to be supervised, the method further comprises: determining nuclear power equipment to be tested, procedure description information and a set of keywords corresponding to the procedure identifier; determining position information of each set keyword in the set keyword set in the process description information, and marking the part of speech and the semantics of each word in the process description information to obtain a part of speech marking result and a semantics marking result; extracting target word segmentation meeting preset conditions from part-of-speech tagging results or semantic tagging results; performing word segmentation matching on the target word segmentation and each set keyword in the set keyword, and converting the successfully matched target word segmentation and set keywords into corresponding test parameters; and sending the test parameters to the nuclear power equipment to be tested, so that the nuclear power equipment to be tested executes the test procedure after unlocking according to the test parameters.
The types of the nuclear power equipment to be tested are divided into intelligent type and non-intelligent type, wherein the intelligent type equipment is the nuclear power equipment which is provided with a connecting component required for establishing a communication link and can automatically operate according to input test parameters; the non-intelligent equipment refers to nuclear power equipment without an automatic operation function. The process description information refers to information describing input parameters and specific operation steps of one test process, for example, the process description information may be "when the temperature of the a nuclear power equipment is 50 degrees celsius, the humidity is 50%, and the water pump is switched to B, the a equipment is started". The setting keywords refer to keywords capable of performing parameter setting on the nuclear power equipment to be tested, for example, when the nuclear power equipment to be tested can perform temperature setting, humidity setting and water pump switching setting, the corresponding setting keywords are temperature, humidity and water pump. The test parameters are input data which can be received and processed by the nuclear power equipment, and the nuclear power equipment can correspondingly adjust the operation parameters based on the test parameters and automatically operate based on the set operation parameters.
After the operation terminal obtains the process identification of the current to-be-supervised test process, the operation terminal can extract the equipment information, the process description information and the set keyword set of the to-be-supervised nuclear power equipment in the to-be-supervised test process from the test work order according to the process identification. The operation terminal determines the character sequence of each character in the procedure description information, determines the position information of each set keyword based on the character sequence, and at the same time, extracts a first subsequent word segment positioned after the set keyword and a second subsequent word segment positioned after the first subsequent word segment according to the position information, determines part-of-speech information and semantic information of the first subsequent word segment and the second subsequent word segment, and marks the part-of-speech and the semantic of the first subsequent word segment and the second subsequent word segment according to the part-of-speech information and the semantic information to obtain a part-of-speech identification result and a semantic marking result.
And the operation terminal judges whether the part of speech of the first subsequent word is a verb or a logical relation word or has defined semantics according to the part of speech marking result and the semantic marking result. Whether the second subsequent segmentation word is a noun. The first subsequent segmentation word is a verb or a logical relationship word or has defined semantics. And when the second subsequent word is a noun, judging the second subsequent word as a target word corresponding to the set keyword. The logical relation words refer to the word segmentation with logical judgment semantics, for example, the logical relation words can be 'greater than', 'less than', 'not more than', and the like.
When the operation terminal obtains the equipment information of the nuclear power equipment to be tested in the test worksheet based on the process identification, the operation terminal determines the equipment type of the nuclear power equipment to be tested according to the equipment information obtained by the query, and judges whether the equipment type of the nuclear power equipment to be tested is the target type or not. Wherein, the target type refers to an intelligent type. The device information includes a device type, a device identification, a device name, and the like of the nuclear power device. The device identification refers to information capable of uniquely identifying a nuclear power device. When the equipment type of the nuclear power equipment to be tested is the target type, the operation terminal automatically opens a connecting component required for establishing a communication link, and establishes the communication link with the nuclear power equipment to be tested based on the connecting component. For example, the operation terminal can open the Bluetooth device and establish a close range communication link with the nuclear power device to be tested based on the Bluetooth device.
When the operation terminal obtains the test parameters, the operation terminal sends the generated one or more test parameters to the nuclear power equipment to be tested through a communication link established with the nuclear power equipment to be tested, so that the nuclear power equipment to be tested performs parameter setting based on the test parameters, and starts to operate after the setting is successful.
Further, the operation terminal sending the generated one or more test parameters to the nuclear power equipment to be tested through the communication link established with the nuclear power equipment to be tested includes: obtaining a keyword library; extracting logical relation words from the test parameters based on the keyword library; converting the test parameters into logic conditions according to the logic relationship words; and displaying the logic conditions, and sending the test parameters to the nuclear power equipment to be tested when receiving the confirmation information aiming at the displayed logic conditions. The keyword library refers to a word library set containing a plurality of logical relationship words.
Specifically, when obtaining the test parameters, the operation terminal may extract the logic relationship words from the test parameters based on the keyword library, and convert the extracted logic relationship words displayed in chinese form into corresponding logic symbols according to the association relationship between the preset logic relationship words and the logic symbols. Afterwards, setting keywords and parameter values in the test parameters are sequentially connected based on the logical symbols. Wherein, the logical symbol refers to a mathematical symbol in the logical expression, for example, the logical symbol may be ">", "<", etc., when the test parameter is "temperature: is greater than: 50 ℃ and the logic symbol is ">", the converted logic condition is that the temperature is >50 ℃. The operation terminal judges whether a plurality of test parameters extracted from the procedure description information are successfully converted into corresponding logic conditions. If yes, the operation terminal correspondingly displays a plurality of logic conditions in the local screen, so that an operator can quickly confirm whether the current logic conditions are correct or not, and when confirmation information aiming at the displayed logic conditions is received, test parameters are sent to the nuclear power equipment to be tested. Through correspondingly converting the test parameters into logic conditions and correspondingly displaying the logic conditions in a screen, test operators can conveniently and rapidly confirm whether the currently acquired test parameters are correct or not, and after confirming that the test parameters are correct, the test parameters are sent to the nuclear power equipment to be tested, so that the probability of sending the error test parameters can be reduced, and the accuracy of the nuclear power experiment is improved.
In this embodiment, by determining the process identifier of the current test process to be performed, the corresponding nuclear power equipment to be tested, the process description information and the set keyword set may be determined based on the process identifier. The part of speech tagging and the semantic tagging are carried out on each word in the procedure description information, target words meeting preset conditions are extracted from part of speech tagging results or semantic tagging results, and the target words and matched set keywords can be converted into test parameters which can be processed by nuclear power equipment to be tested, so that the nuclear power equipment to be tested can receive the test parameters, and nuclear power tests can be automatically carried out based on the test parameters, and further the test efficiency of the nuclear power tests is improved.
In one embodiment, after the procedure execution process of the test procedure after unlocking is supervised by the supervising terminal corresponding to the current supervisor information, the method further includes: receiving test information of the current test procedure to be supervised after unlocking in the process of executing the test procedure after unlocking; acquiring a procedure processing strategy corresponding to the unlocked test procedure according to the test information; identifying the problem type of the test information according to the procedure treatment strategy; determining a return test procedure corresponding to the test procedure after unlocking in a procedure processing strategy according to the type of the problem; and re-executing the nuclear power test from the return test procedure when the return test procedure is not the first test procedure of the nuclear power test.
The test information may include a test execution status and a process test result. The test worksheets of the nuclear power test are preset with corresponding process treatment strategies of all test processes. The process treatment strategy may include a question type. For example, the problem type may include process test results that are out of range. Therefore, the operation terminal judges whether the process test result meets the preset test result. When the process test result does not meet the preset test result, the process test result is indicated to have a problem, and the problem positioning needs to be performed on the test process after unlocking. The operation terminal further searches for a procedure processing strategy corresponding to the unlocked test procedure in the test worksheet corresponding to the nuclear power test.
A variety of problem types may be included in the process strategy. The operation terminal can extract keywords from the test information, the operation terminal performs character matching on the extracted keywords and the problem types in the process treatment strategy, and when the character matching is unsuccessful, the extracted keywords are subjected to pinyin matching with the problem types in the process treatment strategy. And selecting the problem type with the highest pinyin matching probability as the problem type of the test information.
The procedure processing strategy may be preset with a return test procedure corresponding to the type of the problem. The return test procedure is a test procedure performed before the test procedure after unlocking. The operation terminal determines a return test procedure corresponding to the test procedure after unlocking in the procedure processing strategy according to the problem type, namely, the test procedure which needs to be returned in the nuclear power test, so that the test procedure which causes the problem in the test procedure after unlocking is quickly positioned according to the problem type, and the test procedure obtained by positioning is re-executed.
The operation terminal also needs to recognize whether the return test procedure is the first test procedure of the nuclear power test. The operation terminal can return to the procedure identification of the test procedure to be compared with the procedure identification of the first test procedure of the nuclear power test, and when the comparison is consistent, the return test procedure is the first test procedure. When the comparison is inconsistent, the return test procedure is not the first test procedure. The first test procedure is a test preparation procedure. When the return test procedure is not the first test procedure, it is indicated that the test worksheet has no problem. At this time, the operation terminal may return the nuclear power test to the return test procedure, so that the operator may re-execute from the return test procedure according to the test planning information. When the return test procedure is the first test procedure, it is indicated that the test worksheet has a problem and the test worksheet needs to be re-executed. At this time, the operation terminal returns to the test work order preparation link, so that the operator prepares the test work order again and executes the prepared test work order again.
In this embodiment, during the execution of the nuclear power test, since the process processing policy is stored in advance, the problem type of the test information is identified in the process processing policy, so as to automatically and accurately identify the problem type of the test information. Therefore, the return test procedure can be determined according to the problem type, and when the return test procedure is not the first test procedure of the nuclear power test, the nuclear power test is re-executed from the return test procedure. Therefore, when the problem exists in the test, the operator is prevented from continuously executing the test procedure, and the accuracy of the nuclear power test is further effectively improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: in the execution process of the test procedure after unlocking, when the trigger operation of a feedback button in a procedure execution interface is received, acquiring a target personnel mark and procedure abnormality information preset in the test procedure after unlocking; transmitting the abnormal process information to a terminal corresponding to the target personnel identifier; and receiving correction information returned by the terminal corresponding to the target personnel identifier, and correcting the unlocked test procedure according to the correction information.
In the execution process of the test procedure after unlocking, when the test procedure after unlocking is abnormal, an operator can perform abnormal feedback by triggering a feedback button displayed in a procedure execution interface. Specifically, the operation terminal receives a trigger operation of a feedback button in the process execution interface. Thus, the preset target personnel mark in the test procedure after unlocking and procedure abnormality information of the test procedure after unlocking are obtained. The target personnel identifier may include a responsible personnel identifier, a test personnel identifier, etc. corresponding to the test procedure after unlocking. The test procedure abnormality information may be a problem encountered during execution of the test procedure after unlocking. And the operation terminal sends the process abnormality information to the terminal corresponding to the target personnel identifier, so that the information sharing of the process abnormality information between the operation terminal and the terminal corresponding to the target personnel identifier is realized.
And after receiving the process abnormality information, the terminal corresponding to the target personnel identifier analyzes the process abnormality information to obtain correction information corresponding to the process abnormality information, and accordingly the correction information is returned to the operation terminal. The correction information may include the cause of the occurrence of the abnormality, the abnormality resolution. After receiving the correction information, the operation terminal displays the correction information so that an operator corrects the unlocked test procedure corresponding to the procedure abnormality information through the operation terminal according to the correction information. After the test procedure is corrected, the operator can continue to execute the corrected test procedure according to the test planning information through the operation terminal.
In the embodiment, when an abnormality occurs in the execution process of the test procedure, timely feedback can be performed, so that the terminal corresponding to the subsequent target personnel identifier can timely know the execution condition of the test procedure, the subsequent timely processing of the abnormal test procedure to be executed is facilitated, and the test efficiency is effectively improved. The operation terminal sends the process abnormal information to the terminal corresponding to the target personnel mark, and can timely receive corresponding correction information after feeding back the process abnormal information, so that the test process can be timely corrected, and the test efficiency is improved.
