It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The process treatment method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a job execution terminal 102, a server 104, and a job guidance terminal 106. In which a job execution terminal 102 communicates with a server 104 via a network.
Specifically, the job execution terminal 102 may receive a first checkpoint adding request sent by the server 104, where the first checkpoint adding request carries a target process identifier and a job director identifier; the first checkpoint add request is generated by the server 104 from a second checkpoint add request sent by the job director identifying the corresponding job director terminal 106. The job execution terminal 102 may set a check point in the target process corresponding to the target process identification in response to the first check point addition request so that the target process is in a state to be checked. The job execution terminal 102 may convert the target process from the to-be-inspected state to the inspection state when detecting the inspection trigger event corresponding to the job director identifier, and instruct the job director to perform the process job according to the target process under the direction of the job director.
The job execution terminal 102 and the job guidance terminal 106 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a process handling method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the job execution terminal 102 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s202, receiving a first checkpoint adding request sent by a server, wherein the first checkpoint adding request carries a target process identification and an operation director identification; the first checkpoint adding request is generated by the server according to a second checkpoint adding request, and the second checkpoint adding request is sent by a job guidance terminal corresponding to the job guidance identification.
Specifically, the process identification is used to uniquely identify the process. The target process identification is the process identification carried in the first checkpoint adding request. The operation guiding party identifier is used for uniquely identifying the operation guiding party and can be at least one of a mobile phone number or an identity card number of the operation guiding party. The work instructor is a person who instructs the work executor to perform work. The work executing side is a person who performs work on the site. For example, in nuclear power plant operations, the job director may be a point inspection engineer and the job executor may be a field executor. The operation director can direct the operation executive party to operate in a field or remote mode. One job director may correspond to one or more job executors. One job executor may correspond to one or more job directors. The job director identification carried in the first checkpoint add request may be an identification of the job director who added the checkpoint. The work refers to working on production labor, for example, in a nuclear power plant.
The check point is a means for the job director to supervise the work of the job executor, and the job executor can be restricted from executing the process under the supervision of the job director by setting the check point for the process. Checkpoints may be varied and may include security checkpoints and step checkpoints in terms of functional partitioning. The safety check point is used for supervising whether the operation of the job execution side is safe or not. The step check point is used for monitoring whether the operation step of the job execution side is correct. Checkpoints for different functions may correspond to different priorities. The job executing side can process the check points according to the priority of the check points, and can process the check points according to the priority from high to low. For example, a low priority checkpoint may be processed after a high priority checkpoint is removed. Wherein the priority of the checkpoint may be determined according to the function of the checkpoint.
The checkpoint adding request is used for requesting to add a checkpoint, the first checkpoint adding request is generated by the server according to a second checkpoint adding request, the second checkpoint adding request is sent to the server by the job guidance terminal, and the second checkpoint adding request is used for requesting to set a checkpoint for a process corresponding to the target process identification. The operation guidance terminal refers to a terminal corresponding to the operation guidance party. The server may store a process corresponding to a work order used by the job executing side in the job process, and may process the process in response to a process processing request transmitted from the job executing terminal or the job instructing terminal. The job execution terminal refers to a terminal corresponding to the job execution side.
In some embodiments, the job guidance terminal obtains a checkpoint triggering event for adding a checkpoint to the target process, sends a second checkpoint addition request to the server according to the checkpoint triggering event, where the second checkpoint addition request may carry a target process identifier and a job guidance identifier, and the server may generate a first checkpoint addition request according to the second checkpoint addition request, and send the first checkpoint addition request to the job execution terminal. The target process refers to a process corresponding to the target process identifier. The checkpoint triggering event can comprise clicking operation of a checkpoint adding button corresponding to a target process on the job guidance terminal. For example, the terminal of the point inspection engineer may send a request for adding a check point to the server, and the server acquires the request for adding the check point, adds the check point to the corresponding process according to the request, and synchronizes the check point to the terminal of the field executive.
S204, responding to the first check point adding request, setting a check point in the target process corresponding to the target process identification so as to enable the target process to be in a state to be checked.
Specifically, for a process to which a check point is added, there may be a check state and a to-be-checked state, and when the process is in the to-be-checked state, the job executing side cannot execute the process. When the process is in the inspection state, the job executing side may execute the process under supervision of the job guiding side. For a process to which no check point is added, the relevant state may not be checked, and the job executor may not execute the process by supervision of the job director. The state to be checked can be switched with the checking state.
In some embodiments, the job execution terminal may extract the target process identification from the first checkpoint addition request, search for a target process corresponding to the target process identification, set a checkpoint for the target process, and set the state of the target process to the to-be-checked state when it is determined that the checkpoint is successfully set. The job execution terminal can set a state table for the target process, and record the state transition condition of the target process through the state table. The state table may include a state before the target process is converted and a state after the conversion.
In some embodiments, each process may correspond to a plurality of different checkpoints, a checkpoint may correspond to an active state and a grayed-out state, and checkpoints may be added and removed for a process by changing the state of the checkpoint, e.g., a job execution terminal may add a checkpoint to a process by setting a checkpoint to an active state and may remove a checkpoint for a process by setting a checkpoint to a grayed-out state. The initial state of the inspection point corresponding to each process may be a grayed state.
And S206, when the inspection trigger event corresponding to the operation director identifier is detected, converting the target process from the state to be inspected into an inspection state, and instructing the operation executor to perform process operation according to the target process under the guidance of the operation director.
Specifically, the checking the trigger event may include acquiring at least one of identity information of the job director or a distance between the job director and the job executor being less than a distance threshold. The distance threshold may be set as desired, or may be preset, for example, 0.5 m.
In some embodiments, when the job execution terminal checks the check trigger event corresponding to the job director identifier, the target process may be converted from the state to be checked to the check state, and the check prompt information is displayed, where the check prompt information is used to instruct the job executor to perform the process job according to the target process under the guidance of the job director. The inspection prompt information may include at least one of a job executor identifier, a job director identifier, or a process identifier, and may be, for example, "please execute job executor a, execute process C under the direction of job director B".
In some embodiments, the server may obtain a time difference between the currently executed process and the process provided with the check point, and send a prompt message to the operation guidance terminal when the time difference is smaller than a time difference threshold value to remind the operation guidance party to perform the check, so that convenience is provided for the work of the check engineer. The time difference threshold may be set as needed or preset, and may be, for example, 2 hours.
In the process processing method, a first check point adding request sent by a server is received, the first check point adding request carries a target process identifier and an operation director identifier, the first check point adding request is generated by the server according to a second check point adding request, the second check point adding request is sent by an operation guidance terminal corresponding to the operation director identifier, a check point is set in a target process corresponding to the target process identifier in response to the first check point adding request so that the target process is in a to-be-inspected state, when an inspection trigger event corresponding to the operation director identifier is detected, the target process is converted from the to-be-inspected state into an inspected state, and an operation executing party is instructed to perform process operation according to the target process under the guidance of the operation director, so that the process is set to be to-be-inspected by setting the inspection point for the process, the method and the system ensure that the process is executed under the supervision of the operation guiding party, and improve the supervision efficiency of the operation guiding party corresponding to the operation guiding terminal on the operation executing party.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first checkpoint add request further carries a detection data type, and the method further includes:
s302, acquiring target detection data of a detection data type corresponding to a target process, and setting the target process to be in a to-be-detected state.
Specifically, the detection data type is a type of data required when a process is performed, and may be at least one of a voltage or a current, for example. The data corresponding to the inspection data type is data to be inspected, that is, the purpose of setting the checkpoint may be to inspect the data corresponding to the inspection data type. The target detection data is data corresponding to the type of the inspection data, and may be data generated in the execution process of a forward process corresponding to the target process, or may be generated as needed, or may be preset.
When the operation execution terminal acquires target detection data of the inspection data type corresponding to the target process, the target process is set to be in a state to be detected, so that the process is executed according to the target detection data after the target detection data is confirmed by the operation guide.
S304, the target detection data are sent to the operation guidance terminal, so that the operation guidance terminal displays the target detection data.
Specifically, the job execution terminal may send the target detection data to the job guidance terminal, and may send the target detection data in a short message manner, and the job guidance terminal may receive and display the target detection data.
And S306, when a data confirmation message corresponding to the target detection data is received, converting the target process from the state to be checked into a checking state, wherein the data confirmation message is sent to the job execution terminal when the job guidance terminal receives the confirmation operation of the target detection data.
Specifically, the job guidance terminal may receive a processing operation of the job guidance party on the target detection data, where the processing operation may be a confirmation operation or a rejection operation, the confirmation operation indicates that the target detection data may meet a requirement for executing the process, the process may be executed by using the target detection data, and the rejection operation indicates that the target detection data does not meet the requirement for executing the process.
In some embodiments, when the job guidance terminal determines that the processing operation is a confirmation operation, a data confirmation message may be generated according to the confirmation operation, and the data confirmation message may be transmitted to the job execution terminal. When the job guidance terminal determines that the processing operation is a rejection operation, a data rejection message may be generated according to the determination operation, and the data rejection message may be sent to the job execution terminal. When the job execution terminal receives a data confirmation message corresponding to the target detection data, the target process is converted into a checking state from the state to be checked, and when the job execution terminal receives a data rejection message corresponding to the target detection data, the state to be checked of the target process is kept unchanged.
In the above embodiment, the target detection data of the detection data type corresponding to the target process is acquired, the target process is set to be in the to-be-inspected state, and the target detection data is sent to the operation guidance terminal, so that the operation guidance terminal displays the target detection data.

S404, standard identity information corresponding to the operation guiding party is obtained, and the identity verification information is compared with the standard identity information to obtain an identity comparison result.
Specifically, the standard identity information is correct identity information corresponding to the operation director. The standard identity information may include at least one of face data, fingerprint data, a telephone number, a job number, or an identification number. In order to prevent the occurrence of the condition of pretending to be the operation director, the acquired identity verification information can be compared with the standard identity information to obtain an identity comparison result, and the authenticity of the operation director is determined according to the identity comparison result. For example, when the standard identification information is fingerprint data, the job execution terminal may collect fingerprint data of the job director, compare the collected fingerprint data with the fingerprint data in the standard identification information, and determine the job director as the check point corresponding to the target process when the comparison is consistent.
S406, when the identity comparison result is that the comparison is consistent, determining that the inspection trigger event corresponding to the operation director identifier is detected, and converting the target process from the state to be inspected into the inspection state.
Specifically, when the job execution terminal determines that the identity comparison result is consistent, it may be determined that a check trigger event corresponding to the job director identifier is detected, and the target process may be converted from a state to be checked into a check state, so that the job execution terminal executes the process under the supervision of the corresponding job director.
In the above embodiment, the identity verification information corresponding to the operation director is obtained, the standard identity information corresponding to the operation director is obtained, the identity verification information is compared with the standard identity information to obtain an identity comparison result, when the identity comparison result is consistent, it is determined that the inspection trigger event corresponding to the operation director identifier is detected, and the target process is converted from the state to be inspected to the inspection state, so that the target process is converted from the state to be inspected to the inspection state under the condition that the identity verification of the operation director is passed, and the safety of process execution is ensured.
