Abstract
The invention discloses a collecting and analyzing device for monitoring a pantograph-catenary pressure hard point on line, which adopts the core technology that a self-made pressure hard point sensor and integrated data collecting equipment are adopted to collect the pressure value and the hard point value of a subway line contact net and a roof pantograph in real time; the locomotive failure-free safe operation monitoring method plays a role in monitoring the locomotive failure-free safe operation. The on-line monitoring pantograph is divided into 5 modules including a pantograph body, a pressure sensor, a hard point sensor, a signal analysis box, a display terminal and the like. When the rail locomotive runs, the pantograph and the contact network generate motion friction, pressure hard point values from the pantograph to the contact network are converted into +/-5V or 4-20mA standard analog signals through the pressure hard point sensor, the pressure hard point values are analyzed and calculated through the signal analysis box, the working quality of the contact network and the pantograph is judged through big data integration comparison, various data are finally displayed to a driver cab, and prejudgment is convenient to check and make. The invention can also be used for displaying real-time numerical values on the operation screen of the ground console.

Background

The current collection of the hard point of online monitoring contact net pressure aims at developing a pressure acceleration monitoring and collecting system suitable for a pantograph on a running rail transit vehicle. The acquisition system belongs to the category of vehicle health management systems, and comprises network voltage and current monitoring of a high-speed pantograph. And analyzing and processing the later-stage monitoring data to obtain the actual working state of the high-speed pantograph. Through carrying out horizontal and vertical analysis to the monitored data, can obtain the job stabilization nature of train operation, the influence of train to regional power supply network, the problem that probably exists in the line construction, season and temperature variation to the health status of power supply networks such as influence of bow net contact. For example, when the pressure value and the hard point value are detected to be abnormal, the generation of pantograph tripping, net hanging, arc discharge and the like is judged, and the coordinates of the pantograph tripping and arc discharge points are determined through algorithm analysis and data transmission, so that maintenance bases are provided for maintenance personnel, and the maintenance cost is reduced. By implementing the project scheme, the analysis of the health states of the contact network and the pantograph can be completed; monitoring the performance of the pantograph; pressure, hard spot anomaly location on-line coordinates.
