a water inlet of the water heater is connected with a cold water pipe, a water outlet of the water heater is connected with a hot water pipe, the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe are connected with a plurality of water consumption points, the tail end of the hot water pipe is provided with a one-way valve which conducts the hot water pipe to the cold water pipe in a one-way manner, and the hot water pipe, the cold water pipe and the circulating pump form a circulating loop by connecting the cold water pipe with the water inlet of the water heater;
the controller comprises a single chip microcomputer and a key unit; the single chip microcomputer comprises a control module; the key unit comprises a zero cold water key, a zero hot water key and a zero water pressure key; the zero cold water key is used for enabling or closing a zero cold water function, the zero water pressure key is used for enabling or closing a zero water pressure function, and the zero hot water key is used for enabling or closing a zero hot water function;
the control module is used for receiving and processing a key instruction of the key unit; when the key instruction is to enable the zero-cold water function, the circulating pump is started, and if water flows, the water heater is started to preheat, so that the hot water pipe is just filled with the heating water amount; when the key instruction is to enable the zero water pressure function, starting the circulating pump to pressurize the water channel; and when the key instruction is to enable the zero hot water function, controlling the water heater to close heating so as to clear heat of the water heater and hot water in the hot water pipe.
