Abstract
The invention discloses a water heater control system with a zero water pressure function and a working method, wherein the water heater control system comprises: the water heater is internally provided with a circulating pump, a water flow sensor and a controller, a cold water pipe is connected to a water inlet of the water heater, a hot water pipe is connected to a water outlet of the water heater, a plurality of water utilization points are connected to the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe, and a one-way valve for conducting the hot water pipe to the cold water pipe in a one-way manner is arranged at the water utilization point farthest from the water heater, so that the cold water pipe, the hot water pipe and the water heater form a circulating loop; the controller is electrically connected with the circulating pump, and the set power of the circulating pump can be adjusted through the controller. The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the controller that sets up can control the circulating pump, including opening and close and adjusting power, start the circulating pump and can open the water heater in advance when not having water pressure in the water heater for zero water pressure of water heater realization starts, convenience more.

the single chip microcomputer is used for receiving and processing the key command of the key unit and sending data to the display unit and the sound unit; and the single chip microcomputer receives a key instruction of the zero water pressure key to enable the zero water pressure function, and then the circulating pump is started.
Furthermore, a one-way valve which conducts the hot water pipe to the cold water pipe in one way is arranged at the water using point farthest from the water heater, so that the cold water pipe, the hot water pipe and the water heater form a circulation loop.
Further, the water heater is a gas water heater or an electric water heater.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a water heater control system with zero water pressure function, including: a water heater 100, wherein the water heater 100 is internally provided with a circulating pump 130, a water flow sensor 120 and a controller 110; the water flow sensor 120 is used to detect the flow rate of water flow through the water heater 100; the controller 110 comprises a single chip microcomputer, a display unit and a key unit; the display unit is used for displaying the set power P of the circulating pump 1300(ii) a The key unit comprises a zero water pressure key, a temperature rising key, a temperature lowering key, an on-off key and a setting key; a cold water pipe 200 is connected to a water inlet of the water heater 100, a hot water pipe 300 is connected to a water outlet of the water heater 100, a plurality of water consumption points are connected to the hot water pipe 300 and the cold water pipe 200, and the controller 110 is electrically connected with the circulating pump 130 and the water flow sensor 120; the water heater 100 is a gas water heater or an electric water heater.

In another preferred embodiment, in order to better connect the hot water pipe 300 and the cold water pipe 200, a check valve 400 for conducting the hot water pipe 300 to the cold water pipe 200 in one way is provided at a water consumption point farthest from the water heater 100, so that the cold water pipe 200, the hot water pipe 300 and the water heater 100 form a circulation loop.
The controller 110 that sets up can control the circulating pump 130, including opening and close and adjusting power, start circulating pump 130 and can open water heater 100 in advance when there is not water pressure in water heater 100 for water heater 100 realizes zero water pressure and starts, and is more convenient.

In the case that the hot water pipe 300 is provided with the check valve 400 communicated with the cold water pipe 200, the present embodiment provides an operating method of a water heater with a zero water pressure function, which includes a control system of the water heater 100 with a zero water pressure function, and further includes the following steps:
step B1, adjusting the setting power P of the circulating pump 130 through the key unit0The water flow driven by the power of the circulating pump 130 just meets the water demand of the user;
step B2, when the zero water pressure key is pressed to enable the zero water pressure function, the controller 110 starts the circulation pump 130;

and step B4, after the water heater 100 starts heating normally, the water flow drops suddenly and lasts for 1-2 seconds, the circulating pump 130 is closed, and then the display unit or the sound unit sends out a hot water use end prompt.
Further, in step B4, since there is always water flow in the circulation circuit after circulation pump 130 is started, and the water flow in water heater 100 is reduced if the water consumption point is closed, B4 determines that the user has performed the water consumption point closing operation.
In the case that the hot water pipe 300 is provided with the check valve 400 communicated with the cold water pipe 200, the embodiment further provides another working method of the water heater with the zero water pressure function, which comprises the following steps:

and step K4, when the water heater 100 is heated with the set temperature as the target and the output power is close to the minimum value and constant temperature cannot be realized, after the temperature exceeds the set heating temperature for 2-3 seconds, the circulating pump 130 is closed, and then a prompt for reminding the end of using hot water is sent out through the display unit or the sound unit.

A water heater control system with zero water pressure functionality, comprising: the water heater is internally provided with a circulating pump, a water flow sensor and a controller; the controller comprises a single chip microcomputer, a display unit and a key unit; a cold water pipe is connected to a water inlet of the water heater, a hot water pipe is connected to a water outlet of the water heater, a plurality of water consumption points are connected to the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe, and the controller is electrically connected with the circulating pump and the water flow sensor;
the water flow sensor is used for detecting the flow speed of water flow passing through the water heater;
the display unit is used for displaying the set power P of the circulating pump0;
The key unit comprises a zero water pressure key, a temperature rising key, a temperature lowering key, an on-off key and a setting key;
the single chip microcomputer is used for receiving and processing the key command of the key unit and sending data to the display unit and the sound unit; and the single chip microcomputer receives a key instruction of the zero water pressure key to enable the zero water pressure function, and then the circulating pump is started.
2. The control system of claim 1, wherein a check valve for conducting the hot water pipe to the cold water pipe in one way is disposed at a water consumption point farthest from the water heater, so that the cold water pipe, the hot water pipe and the water heater form a circulation loop.
3. A water heater control system with zero water pressure function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the water heater is a gas water heater or an electric water heater.
4. A method of operating a zero water pressure capable water heater, comprising the zero water pressure capable water heater control system of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
step S1, adjusting the setting power P of the circulating pump through the key unit0The water flow driven by the power of the circulating pump just meets the water demand of a user;
step S2, when the zero water pressure key is pressed to enable the zero water pressure function, the controller starts the circulating pump;
step S3, after the circulating pump is started, if no water flows within the set time T, the circulating pump is closed; when water flows, the water heater starts heating.

The method of claim 4, wherein the heating is turned on when the water consumption point of the hot water pipe is turned on to stop the water flow in the water heater, and the circulation pump is turned off when the water consumption point of the hot water pipe is turned off to stop the water flow in the water heater.
6. A method of operating a zero water pressure capable water heater, comprising the zero water pressure capable water heater control system of claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
step B1, adjusting the setting power P of the circulating pump through the key unit0So that the water flow driven by the power of the circulating pump just meets the water consumption of usersA demand;
step B2, when the zero water pressure key is pressed to enable the zero water pressure function, the controller starts the circulating pump;
step B3, after the circulating pump is started, if no water flows within the set time T, the circulating pump is closed; if water flows, the water heater starts to heat;
and step B4, after the water heater starts to heat normally, the water flow drops suddenly and lasts for 1-2 seconds, the circulating pump is closed, and then the reminding of the end of the use of the hot water is sent out through the display unit or the sound unit.

The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water heater with zero water pressure function has a water flow in the circulation loop after the circulation pump is started in step B4, and if the water consumption point is closed, the water flow in the water heater is decreased, so B4 determines that the user has performed the water consumption point closing action.
