Description

Control method of air treatment system and air treatment system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a control method of an air treatment system and an air treatment system controlled by the control method.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to health problems caused by own office living environment.
For example, after a new house is decorated, people usually leave the house empty for about half a year to ventilate through windowing or the like, so as to remove or sufficiently reduce formaldehyde released by building materials, furniture and the like, and avoid affecting the health due to the formaldehyde.
However, the above conventional measures may not achieve the intended effect depending on the circumstances.
For example, since the volatilization of formaldehyde is affected by temperature, the higher the temperature, the faster the volatilization speed, and therefore, if finishing in winter and ventilation is performed in spring, the lower the temperature in spring and the slower the volatilization of formaldehyde, the ideal formaldehyde removal effect cannot be achieved even if ventilation is performed for about half a year.

Detailed Description
Next, an air treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of the air treatment system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
(Structure of air treatment System)
The air treatment system 1 includes a heating unit 11 and a ventilation unit 12 that ventilates between indoor and outdoor.
The air treatment system 1 further includes a control unit 13, and the terminal 14 is communicable with the control unit 13 via a router not shown, and communicable with the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 via the control unit 13, thereby controlling the operations of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12.
Although not shown, the air processing system 1 further includes an abnormality detection sensor that detects an abnormality of the heating unit 11.
(Structure of heating Unit)
The heating unit 11 may be constituted by an air conditioner, a warm air blower, an oil heater, or the like.
Here, the heating unit 11 is a multi-unit air conditioner, and includes one outdoor unit 111 and a plurality of indoor units 112 (two indoor units are shown in the illustrated example) connected to the outdoor unit 111 via refrigerant pipes, and a command sent from the terminal 14 is sent to the air conditioner via the control unit 13.
The air conditioner (specifically, the indoor unit 112) may have a heating function, but may have both a heating function and a cooling function.
In addition, since the specific structure of the air conditioner is not an important point of the present invention and an existing structure may be adopted, it is not developed in detail.
(Structure of ventilation unit)
The ventilation unit 12 has, for example, an air intake communicating with the air outlet via a first air flow passage in the ventilation unit 12, an air outlet communicating with the air outlet via a second air flow passage in the ventilation unit 12, an air return port through which outdoor air flows to the air outlet from the air intake to enter the room, and an air discharge port through which indoor air flows to the air discharge port from the air return port to be discharged to the outside.
Here, the ventilation unit 12 is constituted by a total heat exchanger and has both a ventilation function and a heating function (for example, the ventilation unit 12 may be constituted by an apparatus having no heating function such as an air cleaner, etc. for example, the ventilation unit 12 may have only a ventilation function (for example, the ventilation unit 12 exchanges heat between the cold air flowing through the first air flow path and the warm air flowing through the second air flow path to heat the cold air flowing through the first air flow path).
In addition, since the specific structure of the total heat exchanger, the air cleaner, etc. is not an important point of the present invention, and an existing structure may be adopted, it is not developed in detail.
(Structure of control Unit)
The control unit 13 recognizes the command transmitted from the terminal 14, for example, and transmits the command to the heating unit 11 (the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112) and the ventilation unit 12 by wired communication or wireless communication, thereby controlling the operations of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12.
Here, since the specific structure of the control unit 13 is not an important point of the present invention, it is not developed in detail.
(terminal)
The terminal 14 may be constituted by a smart phone, a tablet computer, a cloud server, etc.
Here, the terminal 14 is a mobile phone, and various items such as various set temperatures (for example, indoor set temperatures, outdoor set temperatures, and the like mentioned below), various set times, and various operation modes in the air processing system 1 can be selected by the terminal 14.
Here, since the specific structure of the terminal 14 is not an important point of the present invention and an existing structure may be adopted, it will not be developed in detail.
(operation of air treatment System)
In the present embodiment, the air treatment system 1 performs the formaldehyde removing operation including the heating step in which the heating unit 11 heats the room.
In the present embodiment, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112 (for example, when the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner exceeds a preset range, the operation frequency of the compressor exceeds a preset range, communication between the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit is abnormal, equipment power failure is abnormal, or the like, which can be detected by an abnormality detection sensor or the like, not shown), the air-handling system 1 performs an abnormality-time operation in which only ventilation of the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating of the heating unit 11 is not performed.
(main effects of the present embodiment)
According to the present embodiment, the air treatment system 1 includes the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 that ventilates between the indoor and outdoor, and the air treatment system 1 is caused to perform the formaldehyde removing operation including the heating step in which the heating unit 11 heats the indoor space, so that the evaporation of formaldehyde in the indoor space can be accelerated even in seasons and areas where the temperature is low by the heating step, and the efficient removal of formaldehyde can be easily achieved by the operation of the window opening and ventilation unit; further, since the air processing system 1 includes the air conditioner having the outdoor unit 111 and the indoor unit 112, and when abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112, the air processing system 1 is caused to perform the abnormal operation in which only ventilation of the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating of the heating unit 11 is not performed, it is helpful to ensure that formaldehyde is still normally discharged outdoors when abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112.
The invention has been described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being apparent that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
For example, in the above embodiment, the air processing system 1 may also notify an abnormality when the air conditioner is abnormal.
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may further include an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and, as shown in steps S21 and S22 in fig. 2, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than a first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation, the air treatment system 1 performs a ventilation operation in which only ventilation of the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating of the heating unit 11 is not performed, whereas, as shown in step S23 in fig. 2, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or lower than the first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation, the air treatment system 1A performs the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above case, as shown in steps S24, S25, and S23 of fig. 2, the ventilation unit 12 may stop ventilation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the second outdoor set temperature (for example, 20 ℃) lower than the first outdoor set temperature during the ventilation operation, and then the air treatment system 1 may perform the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above case, in the ventilation stage in the formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the third outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃) equal to or lower than the second outdoor set temperature, the outdoor air may be heated by the ventilation unit 12 and then flow into the room (when the ventilation unit 12 is a device having no heating function such as an air cleaner and a heating means is separately provided, the air delivered into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is heated by the heating means and then flows into the room), and when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the third outdoor set temperature, the outdoor air may be caused to flow into the room without being heated by the ventilation unit 12 (when the ventilation unit 12 is a device having no heating function such as an air cleaner and a heating means is separately provided, the air delivered into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is caused to flow into the room without being heated by the heating means).
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may further include an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and the air treatment system 1 may be prohibited from executing the formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a lower limit temperature (for example, -20 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above embodiment, the air-handling system 1 may further include an indoor temperature sensor that detects an indoor temperature, and in the heating step, when the indoor temperature detected by the indoor temperature sensor does not reach an indoor set temperature lower than the indoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) within a set time (for example, 30 minutes), the air-handling system 1 may stop heating by the heating unit 11, perform ventilation by the ventilation unit 12, and notify an abnormality.
In the above embodiment, when the air treatment system 1 receives a cooling start command from the outside during the formaldehyde removal operation, the air treatment system 1 may notify an abnormality and continue the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may further include a person detection sensor that detects whether or not a person is present in the room, and when the person detection sensor detects that a person is present in the room before the formaldehyde removal operation, the air treatment system 1 may perform ventilation of only the ventilation unit 12 without performing heating of the heating unit 12 and notify of an abnormality.
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may be stopped when the operation time of the formaldehyde removal operation reaches a set time.
In embodiment 1, the following scheme may be adopted: the air treatment system has a formaldehyde concentration sensor for detecting the formaldehyde concentration in the room, and in the heating step, the air treatment system 1 is stopped when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is not increased any more and is equal to or lower than a set concentration.
In the above case, when the operation time of the formaldehyde removal operation reaches the set time and the preset time elapses after the air treatment system 1 is stopped, the air treatment system 1 may be stopped if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is less than the safety concentration equal to or lower than the set concentration, and on the other hand, the air treatment system 1 may perform the formaldehyde removal operation if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is equal to or higher than the safety concentration.
In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the air processing system 1 may further include a humidification unit, and in the heating step, the room is humidified by the humidification unit.
In the above case, the air treatment system 1 may further include a humidity sensor that detects humidity in the room, and the humidification unit stops humidification when the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is greater than 70%.
In embodiment 1, the following scheme may be adopted: the formaldehyde removal operation includes a first formaldehyde removal operation, a second formaldehyde removal operation, and a third formaldehyde removal operation. And, the first formaldehyde removal operation includes: a heating step, wherein a heating unit heats the room; a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit and ventilating by the ventilation unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more after the heating step; and a second switching step of stopping ventilation by the ventilation unit and returning to the heating step when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor falls to a set concentration after the first switching step. In the second formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are alternately operated such that the heating unit 11 is operated for a first fixed period of time and the ventilation unit 12 is operated for a second fixed period of time. In the third formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are operated simultaneously.
In the above case, the following scheme may be adopted: the air treatment system 1 has an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and when the terminal 14 instructs the air treatment system 1 to perform the third formaldehyde removal operation, if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a fourth outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃), the air treatment system 1 performs the first formaldehyde removal operation or the second formaldehyde removal operation without performing the third formaldehyde removal operation, while if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the fourth outdoor set temperature, the air treatment system 1 performs the third formaldehyde removal operation.
In addition, in the above case, the air treatment system 1 may further include a formaldehyde purifying unit, and in the second switching step, formaldehyde is purified and decomposed by the formaldehyde purifying unit.
In addition, in the above case, the formaldehyde purifying unit may further purify and decompose formaldehyde using ozone.
In embodiment 1, the air treatment system 1 may also transmit its operation mode to the background (for example, a monitoring device, a cloud server, etc., not shown).
In the above embodiment, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be disposed in series in the air path, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be directly connected to each other via an air duct or the like (for example, the total heat exchanger is connected to the indoor unit via an air duct or the like to directly supply air to the indoor unit via the total heat exchanger), or may be disposed independently, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may not be directly connected in the air path (for example, the total heat exchanger directly supplies air to the indoor unit and the indoor unit then sucks air from the indoor unit instead of directly sucking air from the air outlet of the total heat exchanger). In particular, if the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air passage, even if the ventilation unit 12 is a device having no heating function such as an air cleaner, the outdoor air can be flowed into the room after being heated by the heating unit 11 when the temperature of the outdoor air is low without providing a separate heating member, and the overall structure of the air treatment system can be simplified; on the other hand, in the case where the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air duct, if the ventilation unit 12 has a heating function or if the ventilation unit 12 is provided with no heating function but a heating means is provided separately, the ventilation unit 12 or the heating means and the heating unit 11 can heat the outdoor air taken into the room together, and therefore, even when the temperature of the outdoor air is too low, the formaldehyde removing operation is easily performed.
In the above embodiment, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may each include their own controllers (for example, remote controllers). In this case, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may be provided, for example, to be switchable between independent control and centralized control; in the independent control, the start, stop, etc. of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may be independently controlled by the controller without being limited by the control unit 13; on the other hand, in the centralized control, the operation of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 is restricted by the control unit 13, and if the commands issued by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 collide with the commands issued by the control unit 13 to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12, the commands issued by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are not or partially executed, for example, when the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are arranged in series on the air passage and the ventilation unit 12 communicates with the heating unit 11 via the air duct, the control unit 13 causes the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 to perform the linkage, and in the state in which the ventilation unit 12 is operated, even if the stop commands are issued to the heating unit 11 by the controller of the heating unit 11, the circulation of the refrigerant is stopped, the fan is continued to operate, so that the outdoor air is prevented from being introduced into the room.
In the above embodiment, the control unit 13 may be in wired communication with the heating unit 11 or the ventilation unit 12, or may be in wireless communication with a sensor such as a d-abnormality detection sensor that detects an abnormality of the heating unit 11, for example, via a router, and the control unit 13 may be in wireless communication with each other.
In the above embodiment, the control unit 13 is provided separately from the air processing unit such as the heating unit 11 and the detecting unit such as the abnormality detecting sensor that detects the abnormality of the heating unit 11, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the control unit 13 may be integrated in the air processing unit or the detecting unit.
It should be understood that the present invention can be freely combined with the embodiments and modifications thereof, or the embodiments and modifications thereof can be appropriately modified and omitted within the scope thereof.
