Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a control method for an air treatment system and an air treatment system controlled by the control method.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the health problems caused by the office living environment.
For example, after a house is newly decorated, people usually leave the house empty for about half a year for ventilation by opening windows and the like, so as to remove or sufficiently reduce formaldehyde released from building materials, furniture and the like, and avoid the influence on body health caused by the formaldehyde.
However, the above conventional measures may not achieve the intended effect depending on the situation.
For example, since the volatilization of formaldehyde is affected by temperature, and the higher the temperature, the faster the volatilization speed is, in general, when finishing decoration in winter and ventilating by opening windows in spring, the lower the temperature in spring and the slower the volatilization of formaldehyde, the ideal formaldehyde removing effect cannot be achieved even if ventilating for about half a year is performed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a control method of an air treatment system and an air treatment system operated according to the control method, which contribute to efficiently removing formaldehyde and to ensure normal emission of formaldehyde to the outside of a room even when an abnormality occurs in an air conditioner.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a control method of an air treatment system, wherein the air treatment system includes a heating unit and a ventilation unit that performs ventilation between an indoor space and an outdoor space, and the air treatment system is caused to perform a formaldehyde removal operation including a heating step in which the heating unit heats the indoor space, and the air treatment system includes an air conditioner that constitutes the heating unit, the air conditioner including an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and the air treatment system is caused to perform an abnormal operation in which only ventilation of the ventilation unit is performed and heating of the heating unit is not performed when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit.
Here, the term "outdoor" also includes spaces such as corridors.
According to the control method of the air processing system, the air processing system is provided with the heating unit and the ventilation unit for ventilation between the indoor and the outdoor, so that the air processing system executes the formaldehyde removing operation, and the formaldehyde removing operation comprises the heating step of heating the indoor by the heating unit, therefore, the volatilization of the formaldehyde in the indoor can be accelerated even in seasons and regions with lower temperature through the heating step, and the formaldehyde can be easily removed efficiently through the window opening or the ventilation unit; also, the air treatment system includes an air conditioner having an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit, the air treatment system is caused to operate at an abnormal time in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit is performed and heating by the heating unit is not performed, and thus, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit, it is helpful to still ensure normal discharge of formaldehyde to the outside.
In the control method of the air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the abnormality is notified when an abnormality occurs in the air conditioner.
According to the control method of the air processing system of the present invention, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit, the abnormality is notified, and therefore, it is helpful for relevant persons to deal with the abnormality in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit as early as possible.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system includes an outdoor temperature sensor for detecting an outdoor temperature, and before the formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than a first outdoor set temperature, the air treatment system is caused to perform a ventilation operation in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit is performed and heating by the heating unit is not performed.
According to the control method of the air processing system of the present invention, the air processing system has the outdoor temperature sensor for detecting the outdoor temperature, and before the formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than the first outdoor set temperature, the air processing system is caused to perform the ventilation operation in which only the ventilation of the ventilation unit is performed and the heating of the heating unit is not performed, so that when the outdoor temperature is high, the waste of electric energy due to the heating of the heating unit which does not contribute much or does not contribute to the improvement of the formaldehyde volatilization speed can be avoided, and energy saving can be realized.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system includes an outdoor temperature sensor for detecting an outdoor temperature, and that the air treatment system is prohibited from executing the formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a lower limit temperature before the formaldehyde removal operation.
According to the control method of the air processing system, the air processing system is provided with the outdoor temperature sensor for detecting the outdoor temperature, and before the formaldehyde removing operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the lower limit temperature, the air processing system is forbidden to execute the formaldehyde removing operation, so that the electric energy waste caused by the heating unit being incapable of effectively heating can be avoided, and the energy conservation can be realized.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system be caused to perform the formaldehyde removal operation when an outdoor temperature detected by an outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature in the ventilation operation.
According to the control method of the air processing system of the invention, before the ventilation operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the air processing system executes the formaldehyde removing operation, therefore, the formaldehyde removing operation is easy to avoid being frequently started and stopped; that is, if the air treatment system is set to perform the formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the formaldehyde removal operation may be frequently started and stopped when the outdoor temperature fluctuates around the first outdoor set temperature, whereas if the air treatment system is set to perform the formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the formaldehyde removal operation may be easily prevented from being frequently started and stopped.
In the method of controlling an air handling system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air handling system includes a total heat exchanger constituting the ventilation unit, and that the outdoor air is heated by the total heat exchanger and then flows into the room when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a third outdoor set temperature before the formaldehyde removal operation, and that the outdoor air is flowed into the room without being heated by the total heat exchanger when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the third outdoor set temperature, and that the third outdoor set temperature is equal to or lower than the second outdoor set temperature.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, the air treatment system includes the total heat exchanger of the ventilation unit, and when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the outdoor set temperature of the third room before the formaldehyde removal operation, the outdoor air is heated by the total heat exchanger and flows into the room, and on the other hand, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than the outdoor set temperature of the third room, the outdoor air flows into the room without being heated by the total heat exchanger, and the outdoor set temperature is lower than the second outdoor set temperature, therefore, when the outdoor temperature is too low, the total heat exchanger is used to assist and heat the air flowing into the room from the outdoor, thereby preventing the indoor temperature from being rapidly reduced due to ventilation and slowing down the volatilization of formaldehyde, and easily realizing the high efficiency removal of formaldehyde, and when the outdoor temperature is too low, in the total heat exchanger, air flowing from the outdoor to the indoor is heated by air flowing from the indoor to the outdoor, that is, heat of air flowing from the indoor to the outdoor is recovered, so that the amount of heat required by the heating unit can be reduced, electric power can be saved, and energy can be saved.
In the method for controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the formaldehyde removal operation is continued while the air treatment system is notified of an abnormality when the air treatment system receives a cooling start command from the outside.

According to the present invention, the air treatment system has a heating unit and a ventilation unit for performing ventilation between the indoor and outdoor, and the air treatment system is caused to perform a formaldehyde removal operation including a heating step in which the heating unit heats the indoor, so that volatilization of formaldehyde in the indoor can be accelerated even in a season and an area where the temperature is low through the heating step, thereby easily achieving efficient removal of formaldehyde through window opening or operation of the ventilation unit; also, the air treatment system includes an air conditioner having an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit, the air treatment system is caused to operate at an abnormal time in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit is performed and heating by the heating unit is not performed, and thus, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit and/or the indoor unit, it is helpful to still ensure normal discharge of formaldehyde to the outside.

Detailed Description
An air treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1, where fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of the air treatment system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
(Structure of air treatment System)
The air processing system 1 includes a heating unit 11 and a ventilation unit 12 that performs ventilation between the indoor and outdoor.
Here, the air handling system 1 further includes a control unit 13, and the terminal 14 can control the operation of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by communicating with the control unit 13 via a router, not shown, and further communicating with the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 via the control unit 13.
Although not shown, the air handling system 1 further includes an abnormality detection sensor that detects an abnormality in the heating unit 11.
(Structure of heating Unit)
The heating unit 11 may be constituted by an air conditioner, a fan heater, an oil heater, or the like.
Here, the heating unit 11 is a multi-type air conditioner, and includes one outdoor unit 111 and a plurality of indoor units 112 (in the illustrated example, two indoor units) connected to the outdoor unit 111 by refrigerant pipes, and commands transmitted from the terminal 14 are transmitted to the air conditioner via the control unit 13.
The air conditioner (specifically, the indoor unit 112) may have a heating function, but may have both a heating function and a cooling function.
In addition, since the specific structure of the air conditioner is not the focus of the present invention and the existing structure can be adopted, it is not developed in detail.
(Structure of Ventilation Unit)
The ventilation unit 12 has, for example, an air inlet communicating with the air outlet via a first air flow path in the ventilation unit 12, an air outlet communicating with the air outlet via a second air flow path in the ventilation unit 12, an air return opening through which outdoor air flows from the air inlet to the air outlet via the first air flow path to enter the room, and an air discharge opening through which indoor air flows from the air return opening to the air discharge opening via the second air flow path to be discharged to the outside.
Here, the ventilation unit 12 is configured by a total heat exchanger and has both a ventilation function and a heating function (for example, the cold air flowing through the first air flow passage is heat-exchanged with the warm air flowing through the second air flow passage to heat the cold air flowing through the first air flow passage), but the ventilation unit 12 may have only the ventilation function (for example, the ventilation unit 12 is configured by a device such as an air cleaner which does not have a heating function).
In addition, since the specific structure of the total heat exchanger, the air cleaner, and the like is not the focus of the present invention, and the existing structure can be adopted, it is not expanded in detail.
(Structure of control Unit)
The control unit 13 recognizes a command transmitted from the terminal 14, for example, and transmits the command to the heating unit 11 (the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112) and the ventilation unit 12 by wired communication or wireless communication, thereby controlling the operation of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12.
Here, since the specific structure of the control unit 13 is not the focus of the present invention, it is not expanded in detail.
(terminal)
The terminal 14 may be constituted by a smart phone, a tablet computer, a cloud server, or the like.
Here, the terminal 14 is a mobile phone, and various items such as various set temperatures (for example, an indoor set temperature, an outdoor set temperature, and the like mentioned below), various set times, and various operation modes in the air treatment system 1 can be selected by the terminal 14.
Here, since the specific structure of the terminal 14 is not the focus of the present invention, and an existing structure can be adopted, it is not expanded in detail.
(operation of air treatment System)
In the present embodiment, the air treatment system 1 performs a formaldehyde removal operation including a heating step of heating the room by the heating unit 11.
In the present embodiment, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112 (for example, the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner is out of the preset range, the operating frequency of the compressor is out of the preset range, a communication abnormality in the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit, an equipment power failure abnormality, or the like, which can be detected by an abnormality detection sensor or the like, not shown), the air handling system 1 executes an abnormal operation in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating by the heating unit 11 is not performed.
(main effect of the present embodiment)
According to the present embodiment, the air treatment system 1 has the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 that ventilates between the indoor and outdoor, and the air treatment system 1 is caused to perform the formaldehyde removal operation including the heating step in which the heating unit 11 heats the indoor space, so that the volatilization of formaldehyde in the indoor space can be accelerated even in a season or an area with a low temperature by the heating step, and the formaldehyde can be easily removed efficiently by the window opening or the ventilation unit; further, the air treatment system 1 includes an air conditioner having an outdoor unit 111 and an indoor unit 112, and when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112, the air treatment system 1 is caused to operate at an abnormal time in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating by the heating unit 11 is not performed, and therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112, it is helpful to ensure normal emission of formaldehyde to the outside.
The present invention is described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the specific implementations of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the above embodiment, the air handling system 1 may also notify an abnormality when an abnormality occurs in the air conditioner.
In the above embodiment, the air handling system 1 may further include an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and as shown in steps S21 and S22 of fig. 2, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than a first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation, the air handling system 1 performs a ventilation operation in which ventilation is performed only by the ventilation unit 12 without heating by the heating unit 11, whereas as shown in step S23 of fig. 2, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or lower than the first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation, the air handling system 1A performs the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above case, as shown in steps S24, S25, and S23 of fig. 2, the ventilation unit 12 may stop ventilation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a second outdoor set temperature (for example, 20 ℃) lower than the first outdoor set temperature during the ventilation operation, and then the air treatment system 1 may perform the formaldehyde removal operation.
In this case, in the ventilation stage during the formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the third outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃) which is equal to or lower than the second outdoor set temperature, outdoor air is heated by the ventilation unit 12 and then flows into the room (in the case where the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function and a heating member is separately provided, the air sent into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is heated by the heating member and then flows into the room), when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the third outdoor set temperature, the outdoor air is caused to flow into the room without being heated by the ventilation unit 12 (when the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function and is provided with a separate heating member, the air sent into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is caused to flow into the room without being heated by the heating member).
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may further include an outdoor temperature sensor for detecting an outdoor temperature, and the air treatment system 1 may be prohibited from performing the formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a lower limit temperature (for example, -20 ℃) before the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above embodiment, the air handling system 1 may further include an indoor temperature sensor that detects an indoor temperature, and when the indoor temperature detected by the indoor temperature sensor does not reach an indoor set temperature lower than the indoor set temperature (e.g., 26 ℃) within a set time (e.g., 30 minutes) in the heating step, the air handling system 1 stops heating of the heating unit 11, performs ventilation of the ventilation unit 12, and notifies of an abnormality.
In the above embodiment, when the air handling system 1 receives a cooling start command from the outside during the formaldehyde removal operation, the air handling system 1 may notify an abnormality and continue the formaldehyde removal operation.
In the above embodiment, the air handling system 1 may further include a human detection sensor that detects whether or not a human is present in the room, and before the formaldehyde removal operation, when the human detection sensor detects that a human is present in the room, the air handling system 1 performs ventilation only in the ventilation unit 12 without heating in the heating unit 12, and notifies an abnormality.
In the above embodiment, the air treatment system 1 may be stopped when the operation time of the formaldehyde removal operation reaches a set time.
In addition, in embodiment 1 described above, the following scheme may also be adopted: the air treatment system has a formaldehyde concentration sensor for detecting the concentration of formaldehyde in the room, and the air treatment system 1 is stopped when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is not increased any more in the heating step and is equal to or less than the set concentration.
In this case, when the operation time of the formaldehyde removal operation reaches the set time and the preset time elapses after the air treatment system 1 is stopped, if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is less than the safe concentration which is less than or equal to the set concentration, the air treatment system 1 may be kept stopped, and on the other hand, if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is greater than or equal to the safe concentration, the air treatment system 1 may perform the formaldehyde removal operation.
Further, in the above embodiment, the air processing system 1 may further include a humidification unit, and in the heating step, the room is humidified by the humidification unit.
In the above case, the air processing system 1 may further include a humidity sensor that detects the humidity in the room, and the humidification unit stops the humidification when the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is greater than 70%.
In addition, in embodiment 1 described above, the following scheme may also be adopted: the formaldehyde removing operation includes a first formaldehyde removing operation, a second formaldehyde removing operation, and a third formaldehyde removing operation. And, the first formaldehyde removal operation comprises: a heating step, in which the heating unit heats the indoor space; a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit and performing ventilation by the ventilation unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more after the heating step; and a second switching step of stopping ventilation by the ventilation unit and returning to the heating step when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor decreases to a set concentration after the first switching step. In the second formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are alternately operated such that the heating unit 11 is operated for a first fixed period of time and the ventilation unit 12 is operated for a second fixed period of time. In the third formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are simultaneously operated.
In the above case, the following scheme may be adopted: the air handling system 1 has an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and when the terminal 14 issues an instruction for a third formaldehyde removal operation to the air handling system 1, if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a fourth outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃), the air handling system 1 performs the first formaldehyde removal operation or the second formaldehyde removal operation, but does not perform the third formaldehyde removal operation, whereas if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the fourth outdoor set temperature, the air handling system 1 performs the third formaldehyde removal operation.
In addition, in the above case, the air treatment system 1 may further include a formaldehyde purification unit, and in the second switching step, formaldehyde is purified and decomposed by the formaldehyde purification unit.
In addition, in the above case, the formaldehyde purification unit may also purify and decompose formaldehyde by using ozone.
In addition, in the above embodiment 1, the air processing system 1 may also send the operation mode to a background (for example, a monitoring device, a cloud server, etc., not shown).
In the above embodiment, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be provided in series in the air passage, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be directly connected via an air duct or the like (for example, the total heat exchanger is connected to the indoor unit by an air duct or the like so that air is directly blown into the indoor unit via the total heat exchanger), or may be provided independently, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may not be directly connected in the air passage (for example, the total heat exchanger directly blows air into the indoor unit, and the indoor unit draws air from the indoor unit, but does not draw air directly from the outlet of the total heat exchanger). In particular, if the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air passage, even if the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function, it is possible to cause the outdoor air to flow into the room after being heated by the heating unit 11 when the temperature of the outdoor air is low without providing a separate heating member, and it is possible to simplify the overall configuration of the air handling system; on the other hand, in the case where the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air passage, if the ventilation unit 12 has a heating function or if the ventilation unit 12 does not have a heating function but is provided with a heating member separately, the outdoor air to be sent into the room can be heated by the ventilation unit 12 or the heating member together with the heating unit 11, and therefore, even when the temperature of the outdoor air is too low, the formaldehyde removal operation is easily performed.
In the above embodiment, each of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may include its own controller (e.g., remote controller). In this case, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may be provided, for example, so as to be switchable between independent control and centralized control; in the independent control, the controller can independently control the start, stop, and the like of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 without being restricted by the control unit 13; on the other hand, in the centralized control, the operation of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 is restricted by the control unit 13, and if the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 and the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the control unit 13 conflict with each other, the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are not executed or partially executed, and for example, when the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are installed in series on the air passage and the ventilation unit 12 communicates with the heating unit 11 via the air duct, the control unit 13 causes the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 to be interlocked, and in the state where the ventilation unit 12 is operating, the heating unit 11 simply stops the circulation of the refrigerant even if the controller of the heating unit 11 issues a stop command to the heating unit 11, but the fan is continuously operated to prevent outdoor air from being not introduced into the room.
In the above embodiment, the control unit 13, the heating unit 11, and the ventilation unit 12 may be in wired or wireless communication, and a sensor such as a d-abnormality detection sensor that detects an abnormality in the heating unit 11 is in wireless communication with the control unit 13 via a router, for example.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the control unit 13 is provided separately from the air handling unit such as the heating unit 11 and the detection unit such as the abnormality detection sensor that detects an abnormality of the heating unit 11, but is not limited to this, and the control unit 13 may be integrated in the air handling unit or the detection unit.
It should be understood that the present invention can freely combine the embodiments and the modifications thereof, or appropriately modify and omit the embodiments and the modifications thereof within the scope thereof.
