Description

Control method of air treatment system and air treatment system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a control method for an air treatment system and an air treatment system controlled by the control method.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to the health problems caused by the office living environment.
For example, after a house is newly decorated, people usually leave the house empty for about half a year for ventilation by opening windows and the like, so as to remove or sufficiently reduce formaldehyde released from building materials, furniture and the like, and avoid the influence on body health caused by the formaldehyde.
However, the above conventional measures may not achieve the intended effect depending on the situation.
For example, since the volatilization of formaldehyde is affected by temperature, and the higher the temperature, the faster the volatilization speed is, in general, when finishing decoration in winter and ventilating by opening windows in spring, the lower the temperature in spring and the slower the volatilization of formaldehyde, the ideal formaldehyde removing effect cannot be achieved even if ventilating for about half a year is performed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a control method for an air treatment system, which contributes to energy saving while efficiently removing formaldehyde, and an air treatment system operated by the control method.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for controlling an air treatment system, the air treatment system including a heating unit and a formaldehyde concentration sensor for detecting a formaldehyde concentration in a room, the air treatment system being configured to perform a first formaldehyde removal operation, the first formaldehyde removal operation including: a heating step, in which the heating unit heats the indoor space; and a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not increase any more after the heating step.
Here, it should be noted that, in practice, the detection value of the formaldehyde concentration sensor usually has a certain fluctuation and deviation, but the formaldehyde concentration may be determined not to increase any more according to the fact that the detection value of the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not exceed the preset interval within a predetermined time, or the formaldehyde concentration may be determined not to increase any more according to the fact that the difference value between two detection values detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor successively at a predetermined time interval does not exceed the preset interval.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, the air treatment system is caused to perform a first formaldehyde removal operation including: a heating step, in which the heating unit heats the indoor space; and a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more after the heating step, so that volatilization of formaldehyde in a room can be accelerated even in a season and an area with a low temperature by the heating step, thereby easily realizing efficient removal of formaldehyde by windowing, and furthermore, by the first switching step, waste of electric energy caused by excessive heating which does not contribute to improvement of formaldehyde volatilization speed can be avoided, and energy saving can be realized.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system includes a ventilation unit that performs ventilation between the inside and the outside of the room, and the first switching step causes the air treatment system to perform ventilation by the ventilation unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not increase any more.
Here, the term "outdoor" also includes spaces such as corridors.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, since the ventilation unit starts ventilation between the indoor and outdoor when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more in the first switching step, the air treatment system includes the ventilation unit, and therefore, when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more in the first switching step, formaldehyde can be removed more efficiently than in the window opening method.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the first formaldehyde removal operation includes a second switching step after the first switching step, and the ventilation unit stops ventilation when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor decreases to a set concentration, and returns to the heating step.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, the first formaldehyde removal operation includes the second switching step after the first switching step, and the ventilation unit stops ventilation when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor decreases to the set concentration in the second switching step, and returns to the heating step.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system includes a ventilation unit that performs ventilation between an indoor space and an outdoor space, and an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and that the air treatment system performs a ventilation operation in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit is performed and heating by the heating unit is not performed when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than a first outdoor set temperature before the first formaldehyde removal operation.
According to the control method of the air processing system of the present invention, the air processing system has the ventilation unit for performing ventilation between the indoor and outdoor and the outdoor temperature sensor for detecting the outdoor temperature, and before the first formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than the first outdoor set temperature, the air processing system is caused to perform the ventilation operation in which only ventilation of the ventilation unit is performed and heating of the heating unit is not performed, so that when the outdoor temperature is high, it is possible to avoid electric energy waste caused by heating of the heating unit which does not contribute much or does not contribute to increasing the formaldehyde volatilization speed, and to achieve energy saving.
In the method of controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system is caused to perform the first formaldehyde removal operation when an outdoor temperature detected by an outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature in the ventilation operation.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, in the ventilation operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the air treatment system is caused to execute the first formaldehyde removal operation, so that frequent start and stop of the first formaldehyde removal operation can be easily avoided; that is, if the air treatment system is configured to perform the first formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the first formaldehyde removal operation may be frequently started and stopped when the outdoor temperature fluctuates around the first outdoor set temperature, whereas if the air treatment system is configured to perform the first formaldehyde removal operation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the second outdoor set temperature lower than the first outdoor set temperature, the first formaldehyde removal operation may be easily prevented from being frequently started and stopped.
In the method of controlling an air-handling system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air-handling system includes a total heat exchanger that constitutes the ventilation unit, and that the outdoor air is heated by the total heat exchanger and flows into the room when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a third outdoor set temperature before the first formaldehyde removal operation, and that the outdoor air is flowed into the room without being heated by the total heat exchanger when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the third outdoor set temperature, and that the third outdoor set temperature is equal to or lower than the second outdoor set temperature.
According to the control method of the air treatment system of the present invention, the air treatment system includes the total heat exchanger of the ventilation unit, and when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the third outdoor set temperature before the first formaldehyde removal operation, the outdoor air is heated by the total heat exchanger and flows into the room, and on the other hand, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than the third outdoor set temperature, the outdoor air flows into the room without being heated by the total heat exchanger, and the third outdoor set temperature is lower than the second outdoor set temperature, so that when the outdoor temperature is too low, the total heat exchanger is used to assist in heating the air flowing into the room from the outdoor, the volatilization of formaldehyde can be prevented from being slowed down due to the rapid decrease of the indoor temperature caused by ventilation, and the formaldehyde can be easily removed efficiently, and when the outdoor temperature is too low, in the total heat exchanger, air flowing from the outdoor to the indoor is heated by air flowing from the indoor to the outdoor, that is, heat of air flowing from the indoor to the outdoor is recovered, so that the amount of heat required by the heating unit can be reduced, electric power can be saved, and energy can be saved.

Therefore, according to the control method of the air handling system of the present invention, by setting the air handling system to not switch between the first automatic operation and the second automatic operation if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is in the high temperature section when the air handling system is started, it is possible to avoid electric energy waste caused by heating by the heating unit that does not help much or does not help to increase the formaldehyde volatilization speed, and to achieve energy saving.
In the control method of the air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the air treatment system transmits the operation mode of the air treatment system to a background or a terminal.
According to the control method of the air treatment system, the air treatment system sends the operation mode of the air treatment system to the background or the terminal, so that the background or the terminal can be used for conveniently monitoring the operation condition of the air treatment system.
In the method for controlling an air treatment system according to the present invention, it is preferable that the terminal be used to select a set temperature, a set time, and an operation mode of the air treatment system.
According to the control method of the air treatment system, the operation of the air treatment system can be conveniently controlled by using the terminal.
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an air treatment system comprising: the air treatment unit at least comprises a heating unit, a ventilation unit, a humidification unit and a heating unit in the formaldehyde purification unit, wherein the heating unit heats the indoor space, the ventilation unit ventilates the indoor space and the outdoor space, the humidification unit humidifies the indoor space, and the formaldehyde purification unit purifies and decomposes the indoor formaldehyde; the formaldehyde concentration sensor at least comprises a formaldehyde concentration sensor, an outdoor temperature sensor, an indoor temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, wherein the formaldehyde concentration sensor is used for detecting the indoor formaldehyde concentration, the outdoor temperature sensor is used for detecting the outdoor temperature, the indoor temperature sensor is used for detecting the indoor temperature, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting the indoor humidity; and a control unit that controls an operation of the air treatment system according to the control method of the air treatment system.
Furthermore, in the air treatment system of the present invention, it is preferable that the control unit is provided separately from the air treatment unit and the detection unit, or is integrated in the air treatment unit or the detection unit.
(effect of the invention)
According to the present invention, an air treatment system is caused to perform a first formaldehyde removal operation including: a heating step, in which the heating unit heats the indoor space; and a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not rise any more after the heating step, so that volatilization of formaldehyde in a room can be accelerated even in a season and an area with a low temperature by the heating step, thereby easily realizing efficient removal of formaldehyde by windowing, and furthermore, by the first switching step, waste of electric energy caused by excessive heating which does not contribute to improvement of formaldehyde volatilization speed can be avoided, and energy saving can be realized.

Detailed Description
An air treatment system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
< embodiment 1>
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of an air treatment system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention,
fig. 2 is a block diagram showing a first formaldehyde removal operation performed by the air treatment system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
(Structure of air treatment System)
The air treatment system 1 includes a heating unit 11 and a formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 that detects a formaldehyde concentration in a room.
Here, the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 may be provided independently of the heating unit 11, or may be provided in the heating unit 11.
The air treatment system 1 further includes a control unit 13, and the terminal 14 can control the operation of the heating unit 11 by communicating with the control unit 13 via a router, not shown, and communicating with the heating unit 11 via the control unit 13.
(Structure of heating Unit)
The heating unit 11 may be constituted by an air conditioner, a fan heater, an oil heater, or the like.
Here, the heating unit 11 is a multi-type air conditioner, and includes one outdoor unit 111 and a plurality of indoor units 112 (in the illustrated example, two indoor units) connected to the outdoor unit 111 by refrigerant pipes, and commands transmitted from the terminal 14 are transmitted to the air conditioner via the control unit 13.
The air conditioner (specifically, the indoor unit 112) may have a heating function, but may have both a heating function and a cooling function.
In addition, since the specific structure of the air conditioner is not the focus of the present invention and the existing structure can be adopted, it is not developed in detail.
(Structure of control Unit)
The control unit 13 recognizes a command transmitted from the terminal 14, for example, and transmits the command to the heating unit 11 (the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112) by wired communication or wireless communication to control the operation of the heating unit 11.
Here, since the specific structure of the control unit 13 is not the focus of the present invention, it is not expanded in detail.
(terminal)
The terminal 14 may be constituted by a smart phone, a tablet computer, a cloud server, or the like.
Here, the terminal 14 is a mobile phone, and various items such as various set temperatures (for example, an indoor set temperature, an outdoor set temperature, and the like mentioned below), various set times, and various operation modes in the air treatment system 1 can be selected by the terminal 14.
Here, since the specific structure of the terminal 14 is not the focus of the present invention, and an existing structure can be adopted, it is not expanded in detail.
(first Formaldehyde removal operation by air treatment System)
When the air handling system 1 performs the first formaldehyde removal operation, first, in step S11, the heating unit 11 heats the room (for example, the terminal 14 sets the heating temperature of the heating unit 11 to 26 ℃).
Next, in step S12, it is determined whether or not the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 is no longer increasing (for example, it is determined that the formaldehyde concentration is no longer increasing, based on the fact that the detection value of the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 does not exceed a preset interval within a predetermined time).
In step S12, when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor does not increase any more (i.e., when the determination result in step S12 is yes), the process proceeds to step S13. On the other hand, when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor continues to increase in step S12 (i.e., when the determination result in step S12 is "no"), step S12 is continued (for example, the determination in step S12 is performed at regular time intervals).
In step S13, the heating unit 11 stops heating.
Here, step S11 corresponds to the "heating step" of the present invention, and step S12 and step S13 correspond to the "first switching step" of the present invention.
(main effect of the present embodiment)
According to the air treatment system 1 of the present embodiment, the first formaldehyde removal operation may be performed, and the first formaldehyde removal operation includes: a heating step of heating the room by the heating unit 11; and a first switching step of stopping heating by the heating unit 11 when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 does not rise any more after the heating step, so that volatilization of formaldehyde in a room can be accelerated even in a season or an area where the temperature is low by the heating step, and efficient removal of formaldehyde can be easily achieved by windowing, and also, by the first switching step, waste of electric energy due to excessive heating which does not contribute to increase of the formaldehyde volatilization speed can be avoided, and energy saving can be achieved.
< embodiment 2>
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of an air treatment system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a block diagram showing a first formaldehyde removal operation performed by the air treatment system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
The configuration of the air treatment system 1A according to the present embodiment differs from the configuration of the air treatment system 1 according to embodiment 1 only in that the ventilation unit 12 is further included, and therefore the same components as those of the air treatment system 1 according to embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
(Structure of Ventilation Unit)
Ventilation unit 12 may communicate with terminal 14 via control unit 13.
The ventilation unit 12 has, for example, an air inlet communicating with the air outlet via a first air flow path in the ventilation unit 12, an air outlet communicating with the air outlet via a second air flow path in the ventilation unit 12, an air return opening through which outdoor air flows from the air inlet to the air outlet via the first air flow path to enter the room, and an air discharge opening through which indoor air flows from the air return opening to the air discharge opening via the second air flow path to be discharged to the outside.
Here, the ventilation unit 12 is configured by a total heat exchanger and has both a ventilation function and a heating function (for example, the cold air flowing through the first air flow passage is heat-exchanged with the warm air flowing through the second air flow passage to heat the cold air flowing through the first air flow passage), but the ventilation unit 12 may have only the ventilation function (for example, the ventilation unit 12 is configured by a device such as an air cleaner which does not have a heating function).
In addition, since the specific structure of the total heat exchanger, the air cleaner, and the like is not the focus of the present invention, and the existing structure can be adopted, it is not expanded in detail.
(first Formaldehyde removal operation by air treatment System)
When the air handling system 1A performs the first formaldehyde removal operation, first, in step S11, the heating unit 11 heats the room (for example, the heating unit 11 heats at a default heating temperature of 26 ℃.
Next, in step S12, it is determined whether or not the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor is no longer increasing (for example, it is determined that the formaldehyde concentration is no longer increasing, based on the fact that the detection value of the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 does not exceed a preset interval within a predetermined time).
In step S13, heating unit 11 is stopped to generate heat, and ventilation unit 12 is started to perform ventilation between the indoor and outdoor.
Next, in step S14, it is determined that the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor has decreased to a set concentration.
In step S14, when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor has decreased to the set concentration, the process proceeds to step S15. On the other hand, if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor has not decreased to the set concentration in step S14, the process proceeds to step S14 (for example, the determination of step S14 is performed at regular time intervals).
In step S15, the ventilation unit 12 stops ventilation, and the process returns to step S11.
Here, step S11 corresponds to the "heating step" of the present invention, step S12 and step S13 correspond to the "first switching step" of the present invention, and step S14 and step S15 correspond to the "second switching step" of the present invention.
(main effect of the present embodiment)
According to the air treatment system 1A of the present embodiment, since the ventilation unit 12 is provided and ventilation between the indoor and outdoor is started by the ventilation unit 12 when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 does not rise any more in the first switching step, formaldehyde can be removed more efficiently than the window opening method when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 does not rise any more in the first switching step.
Further, according to the air treatment system 1A of the present embodiment, the first formaldehyde removal operation includes the second switching step after the first switching step, and in the second switching step, when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 falls to the set concentration, the ventilation unit 12 stops ventilation and returns to the heating step, so that ventilation by the ventilation unit 12 is easily performed in an environment where the formaldehyde concentration is high by the heating unit 11, and formaldehyde is further efficiently removed.
The present invention is described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the specific implementations of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, in embodiment 2 described above, the air handling system 1A may further include an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and as shown in steps S21 and S22 of fig. 5, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is higher than a first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the first formaldehyde elimination operation, the air handling system 1A performs a ventilation operation in which ventilation is performed only by the ventilation unit 12 without heating by the heating unit 11, whereas as shown in step S23 of fig. 5, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or lower than the first outdoor set temperature (for example, 26 ℃) before the first formaldehyde elimination operation, the air handling system 1A performs the first formaldehyde elimination operation.
In the above case, as shown in steps S24, S25, and S23 of fig. 5, the ventilation unit 12 may stop ventilation when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a second outdoor set temperature (for example, 20 ℃) lower than the first outdoor set temperature during the ventilation operation, and then the air treatment system 1A may perform the first formaldehyde elimination operation.
In this case, in the ventilation stage in the first formaldehyde removal operation, when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than the third outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃) which is equal to or lower than the second outdoor set temperature, outdoor air is heated by the ventilation unit 12 and then flows into the room (in the case where the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function and a heating member is separately provided, the air sent into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is heated by the heating member and then flows into the room), when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the third outdoor set temperature, the outdoor air is caused to flow into the room without being heated by the ventilation unit 12 (when the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function and is provided with a separate heating member, the air sent into the room by the ventilation unit 12 is caused to flow into the room without being heated by the heating member).
In embodiment 2, the air handling system 1A may further include an indoor temperature sensor that detects an indoor temperature, and when the indoor temperature detected by the indoor temperature sensor does not reach an indoor set temperature lower than the indoor set temperature (e.g., 26 ℃) within a set time (e.g., 30 minutes) in the heating step, the air handling system 1 stops heating of the heating unit 11, performs ventilation of the ventilation unit 12, and notifies of an abnormality.
In embodiments 1 and 2, when the air handling systems 1 and 1A receive a cooling start command from the outside during the first formaldehyde elimination operation, the air handling systems 1 and 1A may notify an abnormality and continue the first formaldehyde elimination operation.
In embodiment 2, when an abnormality occurs in the outdoor unit 111 and/or the indoor unit 112, the air handling system 1A may perform an abnormal operation in which only ventilation by the ventilation unit 12 is performed and heating by the heating unit 11 is not performed, and notify the abnormality.
In embodiment 2, the air handling system 1A may further include a human detection sensor for detecting whether or not a human is present in the room, and the air handling system 1A may notify an abnormality by performing ventilation only in the ventilation unit 12 without performing heating in the heating unit 12 before the first formaldehyde removal operation when the human detection sensor detects that a human is present in the room.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the air treatment systems 1 and 1A may be stopped when the operation time of the first formaldehyde removal operation reaches a set time.
In this case, when the operating time of the first formaldehyde removal operation reaches the set time and the preset time elapses after the air treatment system 1 is stopped, if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 is less than the safe concentration equal to or less than the set concentration, the air treatment system 1 may be kept stopped, and on the other hand, if the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 is equal to or more than the safe concentration, the air treatment systems 1 and 1A may execute the first formaldehyde removal operation.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the air treatment systems 1 and 1A may be stopped when the formaldehyde concentration detected by the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 is equal to or lower than the set concentration when the formaldehyde concentration does not rise any more in the heating step.
In addition, in embodiments 1 and 2, the air treatment systems 1 and 1A may further include a humidification unit, and the humidification unit humidifies the inside of the room in the heating step.
In the above case, the air processing system 1, 1A may further include a humidity sensor that detects the humidity in the room, and the humidification unit stops the humidification when the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is greater than 70%.
In embodiments 1 and 2, the air treatment system 1 or 1A may further include a formaldehyde purification unit, and in the second switching step, formaldehyde is purified and decomposed by the formaldehyde purification unit.
In the above case, the formaldehyde purification unit preferably purifies and decomposes formaldehyde by ozone.
In addition, in the above embodiments 1 and 2, the air treatment systems 1 and 1A may also transmit the operation modes to the background (for example, a monitoring device, a cloud server, etc., not shown).
In addition, in embodiment 2 described above, the following scheme may also be adopted: the air treatment system 1A is switched by the terminal 14 between a first formaldehyde removal operation, a second formaldehyde removal operation, and a third formaldehyde removal operation, in the second formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are alternately operated in a manner that the heating unit 11 is operated for a first fixed time period and the ventilation unit 12 is operated for a second fixed time period, and in the third formaldehyde removal operation, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are simultaneously operated.
In the above case, the following scheme can be further adopted: the air handling system 1A has an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and when the terminal 14 issues an instruction for a third formaldehyde removal operation to the air handling system 1, if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is lower than a fourth outdoor set temperature (for example, 15 ℃), the air handling system 1A performs the first formaldehyde removal operation or the second formaldehyde removal operation, but does not perform the third formaldehyde removal operation, and on the other hand, if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is equal to or higher than the fourth outdoor set temperature, the air handling system 1A performs the third formaldehyde removal operation.
In addition, in embodiment 2 described above, the following scheme may also be adopted: the air handling system 1A includes an outdoor temperature sensor that detects an outdoor temperature, and is capable of switching between an automatic operation in which the air handling system 1A performs a first automatic operation in which the heating unit 11 is continuously operated and the ventilation unit 12 is intermittently operated when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is in a low temperature range (for example, greater than-15 ℃ and 10 ℃ or less) and a formaldehyde removal operation (including a first formaldehyde removal operation) in which the air handling system 1A performs a second automatic operation in which the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are alternately operated when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is in a medium temperature range (for example, greater than or equal to 15 ℃ and less than 25 ℃) (the operation may be performed in a manner similar to the first formaldehyde removal operation and the second formaldehyde removal operation), when the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is in a high temperature range (for example, 25 degrees celsius or higher), the air handling system 1A executes a third automatic operation of deactivating the heating unit 11 and activating only the ventilation unit 12.
In the above case, the following scheme can be further adopted: when the air handling system 1A is switched to the automatic operation, if the outdoor temperature detected by the outdoor temperature sensor is in the high temperature zone at the time of starting the air handling system 1A, the air handling system 1A is not switched to the first automatic operation or the second automatic operation.
In embodiment 2, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be provided in series in the air passage, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may be directly connected via an air duct or the like (for example, the total heat exchanger is connected to the indoor unit by an air duct or the like so that air is directly blown into the indoor unit via the total heat exchanger), or may be provided separately, that is, the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 may not be directly connected in the air passage (for example, the total heat exchanger directly blows air into the indoor unit, and the indoor unit draws air from the indoor unit, but does not draw air directly from an air outlet of the total heat exchanger). In particular, if the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air passage, even if the ventilation unit 12 is a device such as an air cleaner that does not have a heating function, it is possible to cause the outdoor air to flow into the room after being heated by the heating unit 11 when the temperature of the outdoor air is low without providing a separate heating member, and it is possible to simplify the overall configuration of the air handling system; on the other hand, in the case where the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are provided in series in the air passage, if the ventilation unit 12 has a heating function or if the ventilation unit 12 does not have a heating function but is provided with a heating member separately, the outdoor air to be sent into the room can be heated by the ventilation unit 12 or the heating member together with the heating unit 11, and therefore, even when the temperature of the outdoor air is too low, the formaldehyde removal operation is easily performed.
In embodiment 2, each of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may include its own controller (e.g., remote controller). In this case, the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 may be provided, for example, so as to be switchable between independent control and centralized control; in the independent control, the controller can independently control the start, stop, and the like of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 without being restricted by the control unit 13; on the other hand, in the centralized control, the operation of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 is restricted by the control unit 13, and if the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 and the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the control unit 13 conflict with each other, the commands issued to the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 by the controllers of the heating unit 11 and the ventilation unit 12 are not executed or partially executed, and for example, when the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 are installed in series on the air passage and the ventilation unit 12 communicates with the heating unit 11 via the air duct, the control unit 13 causes the ventilation unit 12 and the heating unit 11 to be interlocked, and in the state where the ventilation unit 12 is operating, the heating unit 11 simply stops the circulation of the refrigerant even if the controller of the heating unit 11 issues a stop command to the heating unit 11, but the fan is continuously operated to prevent outdoor air from being not introduced into the room.
In embodiment 2, the control unit 13, the heating unit 11, and the ventilation unit 12 may be in wired or wireless communication, and a sensor such as the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19 may be in wireless communication with the control unit 13 via a router, for example.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the control unit 13 is provided separately from the air processing unit such as the heating unit 11 and the detection unit such as the formaldehyde concentration sensor 19, but is not limited thereto, and the control unit 13 may be integrated in the air processing unit or the detection unit.
It should be understood that the present invention can freely combine the embodiments and the modifications thereof, or appropriately modify and omit the embodiments and the modifications thereof within the scope thereof.
