The induction cooker is a common household appliance, and the principle of the induction cooker is an electromagnetic induction phenomenon, namely, an alternating current is utilized to generate an alternating magnetic field with a direction changing constantly through a coil, a vortex current can appear in a conductor in the alternating magnetic field, and the conductor is heated by the Joule heat effect of the vortex current, so that heating is realized. But traditional electromagnetism stove produces the settlement error easily, and temperature control is accurate inadequately, can cause too fast or slow, can influence the delicious of food like this, consequently needs an urgent need for an electromagnetism stove control system based on singlechip, utilizes the multi-functional control's of singlechip characteristics, controls the electromagnetism stove.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a control system for an induction cooker.
In order to achieve the purpose, the induction cooker control system provided by the invention comprises a microcontroller, a no-pot detection module, a timing control module, a power control module, a temperature control module, a display module, a safety protection module, a key control module, an alarm module and a power supply module, wherein the microcontroller is respectively and electrically connected with the no-pot detection module, the timing control module, the power control module, the temperature control module, the display module, the safety protection module, the key control module, the alarm module and the power supply module.
Preferably, the microcontroller comprises a single chip microcomputer, an analog-to-digital converter and a decoder, wherein the single chip microcomputer comprises a microprocessor, a data memory, a program memory, an interrupt system, a counter, a serial port, a parallel I/O port, a register and a reset circuit;
the microprocessor is an 8-bit microprocessor, comprises an arithmetic unit and a controller, is added with a control-oriented processing function and is used for processing data and bit variables;
the data memory has 128 bytes in the chip and can be expanded to 64k bytes outside the chip, and is used for storing working variables, intermediate results of operation, data temporary storage, buffering and flag bits of a program during the operation period;
the program memory is used for storing programs, when the capacity of the on-chip read-only memory is insufficient, the read-only memory outside the chip needs to be expanded, and the capacity of the on-chip read-only memory outside the chip can be expanded to 64 kbytes;
the interrupt system is provided with 5 interrupt sources and 2-level interrupt priority;
the counters are provided with 2 counters with 16 bits in the sheet;
the serial port has 1 full-duplex serial port, has four working modes, is used for serial communication and expansion of a parallel I/O port, and can be connected with a plurality of single-chip microcomputers to form a multi-machine system;
the parallel I/O ports have 4 parallel 8-bit I/O ports, each port consists of 1 latch and 1 driver and is used for realizing parallel input and output of data in external equipment;
the number of the registers is 21, and the registers are used for managing, controlling and monitoring each part in the chip;
the reset circuit is a mu P monitoring circuit, has the characteristic of high reset reliability, and is used for monitoring the power supply voltage.
Preferably, the no-pot detection module is internally provided with a current detection circuit for detecting whether a pot is on the induction cooker or not, and if the pot is placed, continuous heating work or heat preservation work is carried out; if no pot exists, stopping heating and sending out a no pot alarm to prompt a user that no pot exists so as to carry out corresponding treatment; if the pot is put on the alarm in the middle of no pot alarm, the heating operation is continued.
Preferably, the timing control module comprises a signal generator, a time display circuit, a key circuit and an indication circuit, a user can set the timing time at will, when the timing time is up, the system can automatically alarm to prompt the user to perform corresponding operation, and if the timing time is not up and the user wants to stop, the user can interrupt through a corresponding key on the panel.
Preferably, the power control module is internally provided with a bridge rectifier and a voltage resonator, an alternating current power supply of a commercial power is converted into direct current through the bridge rectifier, then is converted into alternating current with the frequency of 20-40kHz through the voltage resonator, and the power control is realized by controlling the PWM duty ratio.
Preferably, the temperature control module comprises a heat preservation unit, a temperature regulation unit and an upper and lower limit control unit, the temperature to be set can be infinitely selected within a temperature limit range, and after setting, the system is automatically in a heat preservation state; when the temperature is adjusted, the temperature change can be controlled by adjusting the size of the resistor; if the temperature is higher than the upper limit or lower than the lower limit, the automatic alarm is given, and meanwhile, the overtemperature warning lamp is turned on.
Preferably, the display module comprises a nixie tube and an LED lamp, the nixie tube adopts 8-bit nixie tube and a decoder to realize data display of system timing time and temperature, and the LED lamp adopts an 8-bit LED display for displaying no-pot indication, over-temperature indication and system working normal indication.
Preferably, the safety protection module is internally provided with an undervoltage protection circuit and an overvoltage protection circuit for undervoltage and overvoltage protection of the mains supply.
Preferably, the key control module comprises a timing setting key, a power switch key and an adjusting key, and is used for timing setting, power switch and adjusting.
Preferably, the alarm module comprises a driving circuit and a loudspeaker, and the loudspeaker is connected to a port P3.4 of the singlechip and used for inputting and outputting alarm signals.
Compared with the prior art, the induction cooker control system provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention takes the singlechip as the core, realizes the control of nixie tube display control, various safety protection functions, automatic power control, temperature control, timing control and various automatic detection alarm functions of the induction cooker, overcomes the defect that the temperature control of the traditional induction cooker is not accurate, controls the various situations of parts, realizes the constant temperature and accurate point control of the induction cooker, and has great application market potential.

Referring to fig. 1-2, an induction cooker control system includes a microcontroller, a no-pot detection module, a timing control module, a power control module, a temperature control module, a display module, a safety protection module, a key control module, an alarm module, and a power module, wherein the microcontroller is electrically connected to the no-pot detection module, the timing control module, the power control module, the temperature control module, the display module, the safety protection module, the key control module, the alarm module, and the power module, respectively.

The alarm module comprises a driving circuit and a loudspeaker, wherein the loudspeaker is connected to a P3.4 port of the single chip microcomputer and used for inputting and outputting alarm signals.
