Description

Hose hole repairing method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of CIPP (cleaning in place) hoses, in particular to a hose hole repairing method.
Background
Curing in situ using resin lined hoses on damaged or damaged pipes, such as sewer and gas pipes, has been a very successful method of repairing underground pipes. The trenchless pipeline rehabilitation method avoids the need to excavate underground pipelines to cause damage to surface structures such as streets and buildings. The in-situ curing method comprises the steps of firstly placing a flexible resin lining hose inside a pipeline, applying pressure to the resin lining hose in a water pressure or air mode to enable the resin lining hose to be attached to the inner wall of the underground pipeline, and keeping the pressure until the inside of the lining hose is changed into a rigid state in a curing mode. The resin inside the resin lining hose is cured by adopting a heating or ultraviolet light curing method so as to be in a rigid state.
In the prior art, the lining hose is made by using a fabric, which is impregnated with an uncured thermosetting or light-curing resin, on one side and a polymer sheet on the other side. In the prior art, the lining hose is made by using a fabric, which is impregnated with an uncured thermosetting or light-curing resin, on one side and a polymer sheet on the other side. The sealing performance of the fabric at the joint is poor when the fabric is used, and transportation, dragging and other operations are needed from resin impregnation to curing, wherein a long time is needed. After the construction is finished, the outer surface of the resin lining hose can form the inner surface of the underground pipeline through overturning, and if resin leakage or permeation occurs, the construction and repair quality is affected. In the preparation CIPP hose or in the transportation process, it can suffer the exogenic action to the non-woven fabrics, makes its surface form the hole, can cause the influence to subsequent construction and restoration quality. The problem to be solved is how to repair the CIPP hose with holes on the ground surface.

s4 trimming: and removing redundant sheet patches on the heat insulation sheet, cooling, and removing the heat insulation sheet to finish repairing.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the patch is rectangular, and the side length is 6cm larger than the maximum diameter of the hole.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the heat insulation sheet is in a shape of Chinese character 'hui'.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the inner edge length of the hollow part of the heat insulation sheet is at least 4cm larger than the maximum diameter of the hole.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the patch is made of PU or PE material, and the hose is a CIPP fiber hose; the heat insulation sheet is made of heat-resistant materials with the thickness not more than 0.5 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention relates to a hose hole repairing method, which adopts a mode of heating and hot-melting a sheet patch to enable the sheet patch to be better combined with fibers in a hose and improve the combining fastness. The heat insulation sheet with the hollow part is arranged at the edge of the patch, so that the problem that the edge part of the patch is not bonded firmly enough due to insufficient heating can be solved. Moreover, the hose around the patch can be prevented from being influenced by high temperature, and the fastness of the patch is prevented from being reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Examples
This embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2. The present embodiment relates to a method for repairing a hole of a hose, which includes the following steps:
s1 preparing a patch: cutting the patch according to the size of the hole on the hose; the material used by the patch sheet is hot melt material. In this embodiment, the cut patch is rectangular, and the side length is 6cm larger than the maximum diameter of the hole.
More specifically, the patch sheet is of PU or PE material and the hose is a CIPP fibre hose.
S2, preparing a heat insulation sheet: the heat shield is selected according to the size of the hole, and has a hollow part which presents a rectangle shape. The heat insulating sheet used in the present embodiment generally takes a shape of a Chinese character 'hui'. The inner edge length of the hollow portion of the thermal shield is at least 4cm greater than the largest diameter of the hole. The area of the combination of the patch and the hose is larger, and the bonding fastness is improved. The heat insulation sheet is made of heat-resistant materials with the thickness not more than 0.5 mm.
S3 heat bonding: placing the heat insulation sheet around the hole to enable the hole to be located in the hollow part of the heat insulation sheet, placing the sheet patch on the hole with the heat insulation sheet placed, and ensuring that the sheet patch completely covers the hollow part of the heat insulation sheet; the patch sheet is heated by a hot air gun. Meanwhile, a leveling roller is used for pressing the sheet patch in a micro-melting state on the hole and the periphery of the hole, and the sheet patch is flattened after being attached; the temperature at which the micro-melting is carried out is 100-120 ℃. When the patch is heated to a micro-melting state, the patch can be well adhered to the hose, and the adhesion fastness can be improved.
The used heat insulation sheet can well protect the hose part outside the bonding position, and the heat transfer of the hot air at the edge of the hot air gun to the hose is avoided, so that the heat insulation sheet is not influenced by heating, and the fastness of the heat insulation sheet is prevented from being reduced. And the flaky patch hot-melt material in the hollow part can be ensured to be more fully slightly melted, so that the flaky patch material in the hollow part can be better bonded with the hose, and the problems of poor bonding and the like caused by insufficient heating at the edge position can be avoided. And enables the flow of a slightly fused sheet patch between the hose fibers.
S4 trimming: and removing redundant sheet patches on the heat insulation sheet, cooling, and removing the heat insulation sheet to finish repairing. After the sheet patch outside the hollow part is removed, the sheet patch is cooled by cold air, so that the sheet patch material can be solidified quickly, and the binding force between the sheet patch material and fibers in the hose is improved.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
