The invention discloses a water-lubricated single-screw compressor water-spraying atomization device.A gas inlet filter is connected with a water-lubricated single-screw compressor through a gas pipeline, the water-lubricated single-screw compressor is connected with a water-gas separator through a gas pipeline, the water-lubricated single-screw compressor is connected with a water filter through a water pipeline, and the water filter is connected with the water-gas separator through a cooler; the first atomizer and the second atomizer are arranged in parallel at the outlet of a water pipeline connecting the water lubrication single-screw compressor and the water filter; filtering the gas through an air inlet filter, feeding the gas into a water-lubricated single-screw compressor, and storing water in a water-gas separation barrel; after the water lubrication single-screw compressor operates, the pressure in the water-gas separation barrel rises, and water passes through the cooler and the water filter under the action of high pressure and is atomized and then sprayed into the compression cavity through the first atomizer and the second atomizer which are arranged on the compressor.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-lubricated single-screw compressor, in particular to a water-lubricated water-spraying atomization device for the single-screw compressor, and belongs to the technical field of water-gas exchange.
Background
Water lubricated single screw compressors rely on spraying water into the compressor to lubricate, cool and seal the compressor. The sprayed water exchanges heat with the gas in the compressor, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor can be effectively reduced, and the working performance of the compressor is improved. Under the condition of a fixed water injection flow, the larger the heat exchange quantity between water and gas is, the better the performance of the compressor is. Therefore, the water spray is atomized, the diameter of the liquid drops sprayed into the water is reduced, the heat exchange area can be effectively increased, and the heat exchange quantity is increased.
The existing solution is mostly directly atomized by the water spray hole, and the water spray hole of the water spray compressor has larger diameter, so the atomization effect is not ideal. There is therefore a need for an effective water atomization scheme.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design an effective water spraying and atomizing device which can effectively atomize water sprayed by a water-lubricated single-screw compressor, increase the heat exchange area between water and gas, improve the heat exchange quantity and improve the service performance of the compressor.
In order to achieve the purpose, the scheme adopted by the invention is a water-lubricating single-screw compressor water-spraying atomization device, wherein a set of atomizer is additionally arranged in a water supply loop of the water-lubricating single-screw compressor and is arranged on a machine body, so that water enters a compression cavity after being atomized by the atomizer.
The device comprises an air inlet filter 1, a first regulating valve 2, a water lubrication single-screw compressor 3, a motor 4, a second regulating valve 5, a water-gas separator 6, a cooler 7, a heat exchange device 8, a driving device 9, a third regulating valve 10, a water filter 11, a fourth regulating valve 12, a flow meter 13, a first atomizer 14, a second atomizer 15 and a fifth regulating valve 16.
The air inlet filter 1 is connected with the water lubrication single-screw compressor 3 through a gas pipeline, the water lubrication single-screw compressor 3 is connected with the water-gas separator 6 through a gas pipeline, the water lubrication single-screw compressor 3 is connected with the water filter 11 through a water pipeline, and the water filter 11 is connected with the water-gas separator 6 through the cooler 7. The first atomizer 14 and the second atomizer 15 are arranged in parallel at the outlet of the water pipeline connecting the water lubricated single screw compressor 3 and the water filter 11.
The gas is filtered by the gas inlet filter 1 and enters the water-lubricated single-screw compressor 3, and water is stored in the water-gas separation barrel 6; after the water lubrication single-screw compressor 3 runs, the pressure in the water-gas separation barrel 6 rises, and water passes through the cooler 7 and the water filter 11 under the action of high pressure, passes through the first atomizer 14 and the second atomizer 15 arranged on the compressor, is atomized and is sprayed into the compression cavity;
the first regulating valve 2 is arranged between the air inlet filter 1 and the water lubricating single-screw compressor 3; the second regulating valve 5 is arranged between the water lubrication single-screw compressor 3 and the water-gas separator 6; a third regulating valve 10 is arranged between the cooler 7 and the water filter 11; the fourth regulating valve 12 is provided between the water filter 11 and the flow meter 13; a fifth regulating valve 16 is arranged at the top of the moisture separator 6.

further, the heat exchange device 8 is air-cooled or water-cooled, and the heat exchange device 8 is driven by the driving device 9 to operate;
furthermore, the flow meter 13 is arranged at the outlet of the first atomizer 14 and the outlet of the second atomizer 15, the numerical value of the water spraying flow sprayed into the compression cavity is displayed by the flow meter 13, and the magnitude of the water spraying flow is adjusted by the third adjusting valve 10 and the fourth adjusting valve 12;
further, the moisture separator 6 is provided with a pressure gauge, and the exhaust pressure is adjusted by changing the opening degree of the fifth adjusting valve 16.
The first atomizer 14 is mounted on the side of the discharge valve 18 of the housing 17 of the water-lubricated single-screw compressor 3. After being atomized by the first atomizer 14, the water enters the screw groove of the screw 19 of the water-lubricated single-screw compressor 3.
Since the water-lubricated single screw compressor 3 is provided with two symmetrical working screw grooves at the same time, two atomizers are symmetrically arranged, and the second atomizer 15 is arranged at the side part of the exhaust port 20 at the casing 17 of the water-lubricated single screw compressor 3. The water is atomized by the second atomizer 3 and then enters the screw groove of the screw 19.
The existing water-lubricated single-screw compressor mainly depends on the water spray holes on the shell for atomization, and the atomization effect is not ideal.

The water-lubricated single-screw compressor water-spraying atomization scheme has the flow path shown in figure 1, and comprises the following steps: the system comprises an air inlet filter 1, a first regulating valve 2, a water lubrication single-screw compressor 3, a motor 4, a second regulating valve 5, a water-gas separator 6, a cooler 7, a heat exchange device 8, a driving device 9, a third regulating valve 10, a water filter 11, a fourth regulating valve 12, a flowmeter 13, a first atomizer 14, a second atomizer 15 and a fifth regulating valve 16.

the numerical value of the water spraying flow is displayed by a flowmeter 13, and the water spraying flow is adjusted by a third adjusting valve 10 and a fourth adjusting valve 12;
the water-gas separator 6 is provided with a pressure gauge, and the exhaust pressure is adjusted by changing the opening degree of the fifth adjusting valve 16.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the installation configuration of the first atomizer, which includes a housing 17, the first atomizer 2, and an exhaust valve 18. The first atomizer 2 is mounted on the side of the exhaust valve 18 of the housing 17 of the water lubricated single screw compressor.

The water-lubricated single-screw compressor water-spraying atomization device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first regulating valve is arranged between the air inlet filter and the water lubrication single-screw compressor; the second regulating valve is arranged between the water lubrication single-screw compressor and the water-gas separator; the third regulating valve is arranged between the cooler and the water filter; the fourth regulating valve is arranged between the water filter and the flowmeter; and the fifth regulating valve is arranged at the top of the water-gas separator.
