The invention discloses a rotating wheel type automatic tool bit replacing device and a push bench applying the same, wherein the device comprises a front plate, a tool box, a tool bit box, a rotating wheel bin, a tool rest and a rear plate; the front plate and the rear plate are fixedly arranged on the tube push bench side by side, the front end of the front plate is provided with a digging end face, and the back of the front plate is provided with a plurality of cutter grooves; the cutter box is arranged at the back part of the front plate provided with the cutter groove, a motor slide rail is arranged on the cutter box, and one side of the cutter box is connected with a baffle plate; the cutter head box is arranged on the cutter head box, a cutter head is arranged in the cutter head box, a bottom groove is formed in the bottom of the cutter head box, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the cutter head box, a hole is formed in one end of each sliding groove, and a mud discharging hole is formed in the rear side of the cutter head box; according to the invention, an automatic mechanical means is adopted, the cutter bit replacing device is arranged in the front plate of the push bench, the replacing operation distance between the cutter bit replacing device and the cutter bit is reduced, the working efficiency is improved by modifying the structure on the basis of the prior art, and the working time is greatly reduced.

Background

referring to fig. 1-9, a rotary-wheel type automatic bit-changing device and a push bench using the same, comprising: the device comprises a front plate 1, a cutter box 2, a cutter head box 3, a rotating wheel bin 4, a cutter rest 5 and a rear plate 6;
the front plate 1 is provided with a cutter groove 101 which is opposite to the digging surface and the back part of which can accommodate a cutter head 301 arranged in a cutter head box 3;
the cutter box 2 is arranged at the back part of the digging surface opposite to the front plate 1, is provided with a motor slide rail 201 which can control a baffle 202 to slide up and down so as to seal and remove the cutter box 2 of the cutter head box 3, and is internally provided with a clamping groove which can limit the cutter head box 3;
the tool bit box 3 is internally provided with a tool bit 301 which can protrude out of the tool groove 101 of the front plate 1 to cut rocks, the bottom of the tool bit box 3 is provided with a bottom groove 303 which can be engaged with a moving ratchet 503 arranged at the bottom of the tool rest 5 to transfer the tool bit box 3 forwards and backwards, the side part of the tool bit box 3 is provided with a sliding groove 302, the bottom of the sliding groove 302 is provided with a bottom hole 305 which can be sucked by a box pulling rod 501, and the rear side of the tool bit box 3 is provided with a mud discharging hole 304 which can discharge impurities cut by the tool bit 301;
the rotary wheel bin 4 is fixed on the tool rest 5 through a rotary machine 403, a plurality of containing boxes 401 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotary machine 403, a motor push rod 402 is arranged in each containing box 401 and can clamp the tool bit box 3 moving to the tail end of the tool rest 5 and bring the tool bit box into the containing box 401, and the rotating machine 404 can enable the containing box 401 to always keep a parallel position to the notch of the tool rest 5 when the containing box 401 is rotated by the rotary machine 403;

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a cutter box 2 is arranged at the back of a front plate 1, a cutter head box 3 is arranged in the cutter box 2, a cutter head 301 in the cutter head box 3 protrudes out of the front plate through a cutter groove 101 of the front plate 1 to cut rocks forwards, when the cutter head 301 in the cutter head box 3 needs to be replaced, a cutter frame 5 drives a slide block 507 to move to the front of the cutter box 2 of the cutter head box 3 needing to be replaced through a back plate 6 and keep relative parallel with the cutter head box, a new cutter head box 3 can be placed in a rotating wheel bin 4 fixed in the cutter frame 5 at the moment, a plurality of cutter head boxes 3 can be rapidly detached and then moved to a containing box 401 arranged in the rotating wheel bin 4 by a worker in a bottom working space, at the moment, if a new cutter head box 3 is arranged in the containing box 401, after the cutter head box 3 needing to be replaced keeps parallel with the cutter frame 5, a draw-box rod 501 arranged in the containing box 502 in the cutter frame 5 is pushed out of the containing box 502, the draw-box rod 501 is extended to clamp the cutter head box 3, the cutter head box 3 is pulled out of the cutter head box 2, the motor slide rail 201 puts down the baffle 202 to seal the cutter head box 2, when the cutter head box 3 is pulled into the cutter head box 5, the box pulling rod 501 retracts into the box containing groove 502, the bottom groove 303 arranged at the bottom of the cutter head box 3 is meshed with the moving ratchet 503 arranged at the bottom of the cutter head box 5, the rotating motor 505 starts to work to bring the cutter head box 3 to the tail end of the cutter head box 5, the empty box containing box 401 in the rotating wheel bin 4 extends out of the motor push rod 402 to pull the cutter head box 3 at the tail part of the cutter head box 5 into the box containing box 401, the rotating machine 403 works to rotate the rotating wheel bin 4, the box containing a new cutter head box 3 is rotated to a position parallel to the cutter head box 5, the rotating machine 404 works, the rotating box containing box 401 leads the slide groove 302 arranged in the cutter head box 3 in the containing box 401 to be aligned with the box containing groove 502 arranged in the cutter head box 5, the cutter head box 3 is pushed into the cutter frame 5, the rotating motor 505 rotates reversely to drive the moving ratchet 503 to rotate reversely to push the cutter head box 3 to reach the front part of the cutter frame 5, the motor slide rail 201 of the cutter head box 2 raises the baffle 202, the water gun 506 sprays high-pressure water flow to clean enough space in the cutter head box 2, the draw-in box rod 501 extends out of the box containing groove 502 to clamp the cutter head box 3 and push the cutter head box 3 into the cutter head box 2 to continue working.
