Abstract
The invention discloses a novel fluffy soft polyester fabric finishing agent and a production process thereof. Comprises a component A which comprises fluffy silicone oil with the weight portion of 35-50; 30-40 parts of polybasic copolymerized silicone oil; and amino silicone oil, its weight portion is 20-25; a component B which is a surfactant; a component C which is glacial acetic acid; and water. The invention can well solve the problem that the softness, the smoothness and the thickness of the polyester fabric can not coexist, so that the polyester fabric is thick, has smoothness and thickness and has certain elasticity.

The prior polyester fabric generally has good softness, but has poor smoothness and thickness. d. and slowly adding water for emulsification in the stirring process until the emulsion is completely uniform and transparent in appearance, so as to prepare the novel fluffy soft type polyester fabric finishing agent.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the temperature of the emulsifying pot is 30-50 ℃, and the stirring speed of the emulsifying pot is 110-.

d. and slowly adding water for emulsification in the stirring process until the emulsion is completely uniform and transparent in appearance, so as to prepare the novel fluffy soft type polyester fabric finishing agent.
In the preparation process, the temperature of the emulsifying pot is 30 ℃, the stirring speed is 110 r/min, and the emulsifying time is 30 min.
