8. The use method of the moisturizing finishing device for the colored cotton fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: the fabric is conveyed, the box body (2) is filled with water, the cylinder (3) is started to be opened and closed, the piston of the cylinder (3) drives the positioning plate (4) to move downwards, the positioning plate (4) drives the driving wheel (10) to move downwards through the two supporting plates (9), so that the fabric can be driven to be in contact with the water surface in the box body (2), when the fabric immersion time needs to be changed, the first motor (6) is started to be opened and closed, the output shaft of the first motor (6) drives the two-way screw rod (7) to rotate, the rotating two-way screw rod (7) drives the two supporting plates (9) to be away from each other through threaded connection with the two connecting blocks (8), so that the length of the bottom surface of the fabric can be changed, and the contact time between the fabric and the water surface;
s2: meanwhile, a switch of a second motor (23) is started, an output shaft of the second motor (23) drives a rotating rod (24) to rotate, the rotating rod (24) drives a winding shaft (22) to rotate through mutual meshing of a driving gear (25) and a driven gear (26), and the rotating winding shaft (22) winds the fabric, so that the fabric can be stored in a moisture preservation box (21) in an in-and-out mode;
s3: pivoted bull stick (24) are through first belt pulley, the transmission of second belt pulley and belt is connected and is driven pivot (13) and rotate, the intermeshing of two drive gear (35) is passed through in pivoted pivot (13), thereby drive two pivot (13) antiport, pivoted pivot (13) drive cleaning brush (14) clean the batting on the fabric, and scrape out the batting under the effect of scraping pole (17), and listen collecting box (15) and collect, thereby be convenient for people to use.
