The structure of the put-in electrolyte tank 9 is completely the same as that of the recovery electrolyte tank 4, the put-in electrolyte tank 9 is communicated with the inner side of the first shell 1 through a waste liquid pipe of the put-in electrolyte tank, and a water pump is arranged on the waste liquid pipe of the put-in electrolyte tank.
The working steps of the local gold plating equipment for the aluminum alloy pipe storage rack are as follows:
1) covering the second shell 2 on the shelf rods needing gold plating, and attaching the second extrusion sealing plate 37 and the first extrusion sealing plate 33 to the shelf rods of the storage shelf;
2) forward screwing the fastening rotary sleeve 323 to make the fastening strip 322 tightly fit with the supporting connecting rod 321, and forward screwing the moving sleeve 324 to make the moving sleeve 324 move along the sleeve 325, so that the supporting connecting rod 321 moves along the sleeve 325, and the second extrusion sealing plate 37 and the first extrusion sealing plate 33 tightly and hermetically fit with the frame rod of the storage rack;
3) covering the first shell 1 on a rack rod needing gold plating of the storage rack, enabling the first shell 1 to be matched with the second shell 2, simultaneously enabling the fixed connecting rod 71 on the second shell 2 to be inserted into the fixed rod rack 75 on the first shell 1, and attaching the second extrusion sealing plate 37 and the first extrusion sealing plate 33 on the first shell 1 to the rack rod of the storage rack;
4) tightly sealing and jointing the second extrusion sealing plate 37 and the first extrusion sealing plate 33 on the first shell 1 with the frame rods of the storage rack according to the mode of the step 2 for the first shell 1;
5) the connecting rod clamping plate 72 is pressed downwards to enable the connecting rod clamping plate 72 to be tightly matched with the fixed connecting rod 71, the clamping plate 74 is rotated to enable the clamping plate 74 to be matched with the upper end face of the fixed rod frame 75, the clamping plate limiting clamp 76 is rotated, and the clamping plate 74 is limited through the clamping plate limiting clamp 76;
6) filling electrolyte into a thrown electrolyte tank 9, respectively connecting a negative connecting rod 6 and a positive connecting rod 8 with a power supply, electrically connecting the tail end of the negative connecting rod 6 with a rack rod of a storage rack, starting a water pump on the thrown electrolyte tank 9, and guiding the electrolyte in the thrown electrolyte tank 9 between the first shell 1 and the second shell 2;
7) and electrifying to electroplate the storage rack.

Claims (8)

1. A local gold plating device for an aluminum alloy pipe storage rack comprises a first shell (1) and a second shell (2), and is characterized in that the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) are hollow semi-shells with one end surfaces communicated, the end surfaces communicated with the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) are matched with each other to form a sealed hollow shell, end surface sealing structures (5) are arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), side surface sealing structures (3) are arranged on the adjacent left side surface and the right side surface of the matched end surfaces of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), an electrolyte throwing groove (9) is fixed on the rear end surface of the first shell (1), the electrolyte throwing groove (9) is communicated with the inside of the first shell (1), a recovered electrolyte groove (4) is fixed on the front end surface of the second shell (2), retrieve electrolyte tank (4) and inside the lining up mutually of second casing (2), the terminal surface all is equipped with fixed connection structure (7) about first casing (1) and second casing (2), and first casing (1) closely cooperates through fixed connection structure (7) with second casing (2), first casing (1) up end is fixed with anodal connecting rod (8), anodal connecting rod lower extreme pierces through first casing (1) up end and stretches in first casing (1) inboard, second casing (2) up end is fixed with negative pole connecting rod (6), negative pole connecting rod (6) lower extreme pierces through second casing (2) up end and stretches in second casing (2) inboard.

The local gold plating equipment for the aluminum alloy pipe storage rack as recited in claim 1, wherein the first casing (1) and the second casing (2) have the same structure, the first casing (1) comprises a casing body (13) which is a hollow flat rectangular casing without a top and a bottom, a sealing side groove (11) is formed in an upper end surface edge of the casing body (13), a sealing rubber gasket is arranged in the sealing side groove (11), side sealing structure mounting grooves (12) are formed in left and right side walls of the casing body (13), and end sealing structure mounting grooves (14) are formed in front and rear side walls of the casing body (13).

The local gold plating device for the aluminum alloy pipe storage rack as recited in claim 1, wherein the side sealing structure (3) and the end sealing structure (5) have the same structure, the side sealing structure (3) comprises two first extrusion sealing plates (33) and two second extrusion sealing plates (37), the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are flat and rectangular plate-shaped, the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are symmetrically arranged, the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are respectively and correspondingly slidably arranged in the side sealing structure mounting grooves (12) of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are respectively and fixedly provided with a first sealing rubber strip (35) on the opposite surfaces, and the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are respectively and fixedly provided with an extrusion spring (31) on the opposite surfaces, and the other ends of the extrusion springs (31) on the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are correspondingly fixed on the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), the rear ends of the two first extrusion sealing plates (33) are respectively fixed with a first extrusion fixing rod (32), the other ends of the two first extrusion fixing rods (32) correspondingly penetrate through the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) and respectively extend out of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), the number of the second extrusion sealing plates (37) is four, the four second extrusion sealing plates (37) are divided into a group in pairs, two groups of the second extrusion sealing plates (37) are respectively arranged in the end face sealing structure mounting grooves (14) of the first shell (1) and the second shell (2), the two second extrusion sealing plates (37) on the first shell (1) are symmetrically arranged in the two end face sealing structure mounting grooves (14) on the first shell (1), and two second extrusion sealing plates (37) on the second shell (2) are symmetrically arranged in two end face sealing structure mounting grooves (14) on the second shell (2), four second extrusion sealing plates (37) are all in a flat rectangular plate shape, second sealing rubber strips (36) are fixedly arranged on opposite faces of the two second extrusion sealing plates (37) of each group, extrusion springs (31) are fixedly arranged on opposite faces of the two second extrusion sealing plates (37) of each group, and the extrusion spring (31) respectively corresponds the end face sealing structure mounting groove (14) fixed connection with first casing (1) and second casing (2), all is fixed with on two second extrusion closing plate (37) of every group face of the back of the body all is fixed with second extrusion dead lever (34), four second extrusion dead lever (34) other end corresponds and pierces through first casing (1) and second casing (2) and stretches in the outside.

The local gold plating device for the aluminum alloy pipe storage rack according to claim 3, wherein the first extrusion fixing rod (32) and the second extrusion fixing rod (34) have the same structure, the first extrusion fixing rod (32) comprises a plurality of support connecting rods (321), the plurality of support connecting rods (321) are provided, one end of each of the plurality of support connecting rods (321) is fixedly connected with the first extrusion sealing plate (33) and the second extrusion sealing plate (37) correspondingly, the other end of each of the plurality of support connecting rods (321) penetrates through the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) correspondingly and is sleeved with a sleeve (325), the sleeve (325) is a hollow cylindrical shell with front and rear end faces communicated with each other, one end of each of the plurality of sleeves (325) is fixed on the first shell (1) and the second shell (2) correspondingly, and a moving sleeve (324) is in threaded fit with the other end of each sleeve, remove sleeve pipe (324) one end and sleeve pipe (325) screw thread sliding fit, the other end overlaps on supporting connecting rod (321) and on this terminal surface evenly distributed have a plurality of lateral walls threaded cross section for curved long (322) of fastening, it is a plurality of it encloses into the cylinder type to fasten long (322) to arrange in proper order, it is little to fasten long (322) be close to the one end internal diameter of removal sleeve pipe (324), and it is big to fasten long (322) keep away from removal sleeve pipe (324) one end internal diameter, it has fastening rotary sleeve (323) to fasten long (322) lateral wall cover, it is connected with fastening long (322) screw-thread fit to fasten rotary sleeve (323).

1) covering the second shell (2) on a hack lever needing gold plating of the storage rack, and attaching a second extrusion sealing plate (37) and a first extrusion sealing plate (33) to the hack lever of the storage rack;
2) forward screwing a fastening rotating sleeve (323) to enable a fastening strip (322) to be tightly matched with a supporting connecting rod (321), and forward screwing a moving sleeve (324) to enable the moving sleeve (324) to move along the sleeve (325) so as to enable the supporting connecting rod (321) to move along the sleeve (325), so that a second extrusion sealing plate (37) and a first extrusion sealing plate (33) are tightly and hermetically attached to a rack rod of the storage rack;
3) covering the first shell (1) on a hack lever needing gold plating of the storage rack, enabling the first shell (1) to be matched with the second shell (2), simultaneously enabling a fixed connecting rod (71) on the second shell (2) to be inserted into a fixed link rack (75) on the first shell (1), and attaching a second extrusion sealing plate (37) and a first extrusion sealing plate (33) on the first shell (1) to the hack lever of the storage rack;
4) tightly sealing and attaching a second extrusion sealing plate (37) and a first extrusion sealing plate (33) on the first shell (1) to a frame rod of the storage rack according to the mode of the step 2) of the first shell (1);
5) the connecting rod clamping plate (72) is pressed downwards to enable the connecting rod clamping plate (72) to be tightly matched with the fixed connecting rod (71), the clamping plate (74) is rotated to enable the clamping plate (74) to be matched with the upper end face of the fixed rod frame (75), the clamping plate limiting clamp (76) is rotated, and the clamping plate (74) is limited through the clamping plate limiting clamp (76);
