Compared with manual operation of cookware meltallizing magnetization, the invention is based on a servo control mode, utilizes a servo control system to replace human hands to perform meltallizing spraying on the composite metal material at the bottom of the cookware, the spraying range and speed are all controlled and ensured by the servo control system, the servo repeated positioning precision can reach 0.05mm, and the invention is reliable and stable without fatigue; the carrying of the cooker is carried out by utilizing the form of the conveying chain, so that the spraying time can be saved, compared with manual operation, the speed is higher, the efficiency is higher, the automatic unmanned operation in the whole process is achieved through signal interaction between equipment, and the potential hazard of waste gas, metal powder and noise to the human health is greatly reduced.

the cooker fixing mechanism (6) is a cross platform which can rotate around a vertical line;
the material rack type conveying chain system comprises a cross material rack (5), a material rack connecting plate (19), a conveying chain (7), a material rack track groove (21), large chain wheels arranged on four corners, a speed reducing motor (30) and a conveying chain tensioning and balancing mechanism (8); the cooker fixing mechanism (6) is fixedly connected to the upper end of a cross material rack (5), the lower end of the cross material rack (5) is connected with a conveying chain (7) through a material rack connecting plate (19), the conveying chain (7) is arranged in a material rack track groove (21), the conveying chain (7) is connected with a large chain wheel in a matched mode, a speed reducing motor (30) is installed on one large chain wheel and fixed, two of the remaining three large chain wheels are directly fixed, and the last one of the three large chain wheels is connected with a conveying chain tensioning counterweight mechanism (8);
the servo motion control system of spray gun includes bottom plate (39), sliding connection has sharp slip table (44) on bottom plate (39), sharp slip table (44) are through servo motor (40) drive, be equipped with spray gun (38) on sharp slip table (44), bottom plate (39) side is equipped with a plurality of sensors (43) for sharp slip table (44).
3. The servo control system based cooker magnetization apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the cooker fixing mechanism (6) is provided with a positioning pin (18), and the positioning pin (18) is provided with a plurality of positioning points along the radial direction.

The servo control system based cooker magnetizing device according to claim 1, wherein the cooker fixed rack rotating mechanism comprises a belt pulley mounting base plate (54), a plurality of belt pulleys (53) are rotatably connected to the belt pulley mounting base plate (54), a belt (52) is tightly driven outside the belt pulleys (53), when the cross rack (5) moves to the corresponding cooker fixed rack rotating mechanism, the belt (52) abuts against the outer ring of the cross rack (5), and the belt pulleys (53) are driven by a rotating motor (49).
8. The servo control system based cooker magnetizing device according to claim 1, wherein the parameter setting and manual control system adopts a 10-inch touch screen to realize real-time communication with PLC through Ethernet protocol.
9. A cooker magnetization method based on a servo control system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) firstly, manually checking the appearance of a cooker to be magnetized, placing the qualified cooker on a cooker fixing mechanism (1) in operation, and covering a protective ring;
2) then the servo control system automatically judges whether a product is on the material rack at a fixed position, and stores the judgment result into the servo control system;
3) and finally, when the material rack of the cooker runs to the spraying position, the servo control system controls the spray gun to automatically spray.
