Abstract
The invention provides a production process of a plastic barrel, which comprises the following steps: step (1), putting raw materials into a stirrer; sequentially adding the auxiliary agents, stirring, mixing and uniformly mixing; step (3), placing the mixture in a double-screw extruder, and extruding plastic particles; step (4), placing the plastic particles in an extrusion hollow blow molding machine to extrude a tubular blank; step (5), putting the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the temperature of the mold and the pressure of compressed air, and blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel; step (6), opening the mold after cooling, taking out the product, and trimming burrs to obtain a finished product; polishing the manufactured plastic barrel; step (7), sterilizing the polished plastic barrel; and carrying out laser printing and dyeing on the sterilized plastic barrel. The product prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high impact strength, good tensile property, good environmental stress cracking resistance, good chemical stability resistance and the like.

step (5), putting the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the temperature of the mold and the pressure of compressed air, and blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel;
step (6), opening the mold after cooling, taking out the product, and trimming burrs to obtain a finished product; polishing the manufactured plastic barrel;
step (7), sterilizing the polished plastic barrel; and carrying out laser printing and dyeing on the sterilized plastic barrel.
The raw materials in the step (1) are 65 parts of PP, 13 parts of LLDPE, 15 parts of aramid fiber, 10 parts of active quartz powder, 15 parts of nano modified epoxy resin and 10 parts of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin.
The stirring temperature in the step (1) is 100-130 ℃, and the time is 20-40 minutes.
In the step (5), the temperature of the machine head is 210 ℃, the temperature of the die orifice is 200 ℃, and the temperature of the die is 20-30 ℃.
The inflation time in the step (5) is 10-15s, and the blowing pressure is 0.8-lMPa.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the product prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high impact strength, good tensile property, good environmental stress cracking resistance, good chemical stability resistance and the like.

step (5), placing the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the mold temperature and the compressed air pressure, blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel, wherein the head temperature is 210 ℃, the die orifice temperature is 200 ℃, the mold temperature is 20 ℃, the inflation time is 10s, and the blowing pressure is 0.8 MPa;
step (6), opening the mold after cooling, taking out the product, and trimming burrs to obtain a finished product; polishing the manufactured plastic barrel;

sequentially adding 20 parts of toughening modifier, 6 parts of reinforcing modifier, 2 parts of stabilizer and 5 parts of lubricant, stirring, mixing and uniformly mixing;
step (3), heating the mixture to 200 ℃, placing the mixture in a double-screw extruder, and extruding plastic particles;
step (4), placing the plastic particles in an extrusion hollow blow molding machine to extrude a tubular blank;
step (5), placing the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the mold temperature and the compressed air pressure, blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel, wherein the head temperature is 210 ℃, the die orifice temperature is 200 ℃, the mold temperature is 30 ℃, the inflation time is 15s, and the blowing pressure is lMPa;

putting 65 parts of PP, 13 parts of LLDPE, 15 parts of aramid fiber, 10 parts of active quartz powder, 15 parts of nano modified epoxy resin and 10 parts of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin into a stirrer, wherein the stirring temperature is 120 ℃, and the stirring time is 30 minutes;
sequentially adding 15 parts of toughening modifier, 5 parts of reinforcing modifier, 1 part of stabilizer and 4 parts of lubricant, stirring, mixing and uniformly mixing;
step (3), heating the mixture to 180 ℃, placing the mixture in a double-screw extruder, and extruding plastic particles;
step (4), placing the plastic particles in an extrusion hollow blow molding machine to extrude a tubular blank;
step (5), placing the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the mold temperature and the compressed air pressure, blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel, wherein the head temperature is 210 ℃, the die orifice temperature is 200 ℃, the mold temperature is 25 ℃, the inflation time is 12s, and the blowing pressure is 0.9 MPa;
step (6), opening the mold after cooling, taking out the product, and trimming burrs to obtain a finished product; polishing the manufactured plastic barrel;
step (7), sterilizing the polished plastic barrel; and carrying out laser printing and dyeing on the sterilized plastic barrel.

sequentially adding 10-20 parts of toughening modifier, 4-6 parts of reinforcing modifier, 0.5-2 parts of stabilizer and 3-5 parts of lubricant, stirring, mixing and uniformly mixing;
step (3), heating the mixture to 150-;
step (4), placing the plastic particles in an extrusion hollow blow molding machine to extrude a tubular blank;
step (5), putting the tubular blank into a mold of an extrusion hollow blow molding machine, controlling the temperature of the mold and the pressure of compressed air, and blowing the hollow blank into a plastic barrel;
step (6), opening the mold after cooling, taking out the product, and trimming burrs to obtain a finished product; polishing the manufactured plastic barrel;
step (7), sterilizing the polished plastic barrel; and carrying out laser printing and dyeing on the sterilized plastic barrel.

A process for manufacturing a plastic drum as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the raw materials in the step (1) are 65 parts of PP, 13 parts of LLDPE, 15 parts of aramid fiber, 10 parts of active quartz powder, 15 parts of nano modified epoxy resin and 10 parts of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin.
3. A process for manufacturing a plastic drum as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the stirring temperature in the step (1) is 100-130 ℃, and the time is 20-40 minutes.
