Abstract
The invention discloses a blow molding method of a degradable double-layer plastic bottle, which takes degradable resin particles as raw materials and comprises the following steps: melting raw materials; (2) preparing a blank; and (3) blow molding. The invention relates to a degradable double-layer plastic bottle and a blow molding method thereof, which take degradable composite resin particles as raw materials, effectively improve the blowing uniformity of an inner layer and an outer layer through the design of a blow molding process of a double-material injection molding machine, particularly the design of the thicknesses of the inner layer and the outer layer of a double-layer bottle blank and the design of a variable pressure blow molding process, prevent local bursting, ensure that the bottle body of the obtained double-layer bottle is firmer and more durable, and solve the problem that the existing degradable plastic can not be used for blow molding to prepare the bottle.

Technical Field

Background
Plastic bottles have numerous advantages of plastic products and are used in many applications in the production and life of people. At present, the degradable plastic is mainly applied to the field of film products, the application in the aspect of plastic bottles is still less, and particularly, the research on preparing the degradable double-layer plastic bottle by adopting a blow molding process in the industry is less.

in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the degradable resin particles comprise the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of degradable composite resin matrix, 15-20 parts of starch, 20-25 parts of lignin, 5-10 parts of degradation additive, 1-2 parts of compatilizer, 1-1.5 parts of plasticizer and 15-20 parts of reinforcing agent.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the degradable composite matrix resin comprises PBAT, HDPE and PBS in a weight ratio of 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the degradation additive is citric acid and corn oil in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 2:1.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the reinforcing agent is a mixture of nano silicon dioxide and calcium carbonate whiskers with the mixing weight ratio of 1:1-2:1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (1), the temperature for heating and melting is 140 to 150 ℃.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (2), the ratio of the thickness of the inner layer to the thickness of the outer layer of the double-layer bottle blank is 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (3), the preheating process conditions are: irradiating the blank part of the double-layer bottle blank by an infrared heating lamp tube to the temperature of 110-120 ℃ to soften the blank.

75 parts of degradable composite resin matrix, 15 parts of starch, 20 parts of lignin, 5 parts of degradation additive, 1 part of compatilizer, 1 part of plasticizer and 15 parts of reinforcing agent;
wherein the degradable composite matrix resin comprises PBAT, HDPE and PBS in a weight ratio of 2; the PBAT belongs to thermoplastic biodegradable plastic, is a copolymer of butanediol adipate and butanediol terephthalate, has the characteristics of PBA and PBT, has excellent ductility, elongation at break, heat resistance, impact property and biodegradability, and has a melting point of 130 ℃; the HDPE is high-density polyethylene, has higher rigidity and toughness and good mechanical strength, can improve the mechanical strength of the degradable resin to meet the strength requirement of bottle making, and has a melting point of 126-136 ℃; the PBS is poly butylene succinate which is synthesized by condensation polymerization of succinic acid and butanediol, the resin is milk white, odorless and tasteless, is easily decomposed and metabolized by various microorganisms or enzymes in animals and plants in the nature, is finally decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, is a typical completely biodegradable polymer material, and has a melting point of 114 ℃; three resin materials with similar melting points are used as resin matrixes, so that the resin granules have degradable performance on one hand, and the mechanical strength of the resin granules is improved on the other hand, and the melt strength required by blow molding bottle making is met.
The degradation additive is citric acid and corn oil in a weight ratio of 1:1; the reinforcing agent is a mixture of nano silicon dioxide and calcium carbonate whiskers with the mixing weight ratio of 1:1; the calcium carbonate whisker has the length of 1-2um in diameter and the length-diameter ratio of 20-30, has excellent comprehensive mechanical property, can obviously improve the mechanical strength of plastics by compounding the calcium carbonate whisker and nano silicon dioxide as reinforcing filler, ensures the requirement on the melt strength of plastic materials in the process of blow molding and bottle making on one hand, and ensures that the blow molded plastic bottle meets the strength requirement in use on the other hand.
The plasticizer is prepared from tributyl citrate and glycerol in a weight ratio of 1:1 by weight ratio of the mixture.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Melting raw materials: adding the degradable resin particles into two charging barrels of a double-material injection molding machine, and heating and melting at 140-150 ℃ to form a plastic melt;
(2) Blank preparation: designing the ratio of the inner layer thickness to the outer layer thickness of the double-layer bottle blank to be 1.8, then determining the injection amount of the double-material injection molding machine in the preparation of the inner layer and the outer layer of the bottle blank according to the thickness ratio, and processing the bottle blank into the double-layer bottle blank with the required ratio of the inner layer thickness to the outer layer thickness through an injection molding composite process;
(3) Blow molding: irradiating the blank part of the double-layer bottle blank prepared in the step (2) to the temperature of 110 ℃ by adopting an infrared heating lamp tube to soften the blank, then putting the blank into a bottle blowing machine mold, and blowing the blank into the degradable double-layer plastic bottle by adopting a variable pressure blowing process; specifically, the blowing process comprises the following steps: blowing the double-layer bottle blank to the blank body of the double-layer bottle blank at the pressure of 2.0MPa to reach 2/3 of the volume of a finished product, and then reducing the pressure to 1.0MPa to ensure that the bottle body gradually reaches the volume of the finished product, thereby obtaining the degradable double-layer plastic bottle; the bottle is blown by a variable-pressure blowing forming mode of firstly blowing at high pressure and then reducing pressure blowing, so that the blowing uniformity of the inner layer and the outer layer can be effectively improved, the local bursting is prevented, and the bottle blowing forming method is particularly suitable for blowing the bottle made of resin materials with slightly low melt viscosity.
The degradable plastic bottle prepared by the method has uniform and stable thickness, is prepared into a double-layer bottle by a double-layer blow molding process, so that the bottle body is firmer and more durable, and solves the problem that the existing degradable plastic can not be used for blow molding to prepare the bottle by the selection of resin raw materials and the design of the double-layer blow molding process.
The degradable double-layer plastic bottle prepared by the method has the wall thickness of 16mm, the bottom thickness of 16mm and the degradation rate of 91% in 60 days by adopting a composting method.
Example 2
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that,
the degradable resin particle material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90 parts of degradable composite resin matrix, 20 parts of starch, 25 parts of lignin, 10 parts of degradation additive, 2 parts of compatilizer, 1.5 parts of plasticizer and 20 parts of reinforcing agent; the degradation additive is citric acid and corn oil in a weight ratio of 2:1; the reinforcing agent is a mixture of nano silicon dioxide and calcium carbonate whiskers with the mixing weight ratio of 2:1; the plasticizer is prepared from tributyl citrate and glycerol in a weight ratio of 1:1 by weight ratio of the mixture.
The degradable double-layer plastic bottle prepared by the method has the bottle wall thickness of 18mm, the bottle bottom thickness of 18mm, and the degradation rate of 91.5% in 60 days by adopting a composting method.
The ratio of the thickness of the inner layer to the thickness of the outer layer of the double-layer bottle blank is designed to be 1.
The invention discloses a degradable double-layer plastic bottle and a blow molding method thereof, which have the following advantages:
1. through the formula design of the degradable composite resin particles, particularly the selective use of PBAT, PBS and HDPE composite matrixes, on one hand, the degradable performance of the plastic material is endowed, on the other hand, the matrix strength of the degradable plastic is improved, so that the degradable plastic can be suitable for a blow molding bottle making process, and the blown plastic bottle is ensured to meet the requirements of heat resistance, impact resistance and mechanical strength;

Claims (8)
1. A blow molding method of a degradable double-layer plastic bottle is characterized in that degradable resin particles are used as raw materials, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Melting raw materials: adding degradable resin granules into two charging buckets of a double-material injection molding machine, and heating and melting the degradable resin granules into a plastic melt;
(2) Blank preparation: processing the melted plastic melt into a double-layer bottle blank in the double-material injection molding machine through an injection molding compound process; the ratio of the thickness of the inner layer to the thickness of the outer layer of the double-layer bottle blank is 1.8-1;
(3) Blow molding: preheating the double-layer bottle blank prepared in the step (2), and then placing the double-layer bottle blank into a bottle blowing machine mold to blow the double-layer bottle blank into the degradable double-layer plastic bottle; the blowing process comprises the following steps: blowing the blank of the double-layer bottle blank to reach 1/2-2/3 of the volume of the finished product at the pressure of 2.0-2.5 MPa, and then reducing the pressure to 1.0-1.5 MPa to gradually reach the volume of the finished product, thereby obtaining the degradable double-layer plastic bottle.

5. The blow molding method of a degradable double-layer plastic bottle according to claim 4, wherein the reinforcing agent is a mixture of nano silica and calcium carbonate whiskers in a weight ratio of 1:1-2:1.
6. A method for blow molding a degradable double-layer plastic bottle according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the temperature for melting by heating is 140-150 ℃.

A blow molding method of a degradable double-layer plastic bottle according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the preheating process conditions are as follows: irradiating the blank part of the double-layer bottle blank by an infrared heating lamp tube to the temperature of 110-120 ℃ to soften the blank.
