Abstract
本发明涉及一种难燃绝热保温材料及其制作方法,配方包括:丁腈胶、三元乙丙胶、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、氢氧化铝、高温发泡剂、石蜡、氧化铁、磷脂阻燃增塑剂。制作方法包括:1)准备原料;2)混合密炼;3)开炼;4)挤出;5)发泡。本发明优点在于:与目前国内执行的国家标准B1级保温材料相比较,在1300℃的火焰枪喷烧状态下无明火,基本达到不燃的要求,在更高的温度下燃烧时释放的白色低烟也无毒,并具备其他如抗老化、隔音、吸音、防水、防霉菌等功能。制作简单,实用方便,具有很好的市场推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体是指一种难燃绝热保温材料及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济飞速发展,建筑业、日用家电等行业在安全、经济等各方面的要求均有所提高,因此对阻燃、保温材料的需求日趋强烈。随着复合材料的迅猛发展,一些阻燃、难燃的保温材料应运而生,而目前的阻燃保温材料的耐火要求仅仅是达到了最低标准,无法长时间阻燃不燃,并且目前传统的复合材料在高温下易产生黑烟,毒性较大。因此一种新型的难燃绝热保温材料及其制作方法亟待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种难燃绝热保温材料及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种难燃绝热保温材料,其包括以下重量份的成分:丁腈胶15份~20份、三元乙丙胶1份~2份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3份~7份、氢氧化铝40份~60份、高温发泡剂10份~12份、石蜡1份~3份、氧化铁2份~5份、磷脂阻燃增塑剂9份~10份、硫化剂2份~3份。
一种难燃绝热保温材料的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料:按比例称取各种原料;
2)混合密炼:将丁腈胶、三元乙丙胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氢氧化铝在密炼中搅拌混合均匀,再将石蜡、氧化铁、磷脂阻燃增塑剂加入密炼室中混合搅拌均匀,静置5分钟待用;
3)开炼:将上述混合物开料到开炼机,混入高温发泡剂、硫化剂后炼成胶片,冷却待用;
4)挤出:将上述冷却后的混合物经由挤出机挤出胶料;
5)发泡:将上述胶料经由发泡炉加温到120℃~180℃连续发泡,即可得到绝热保温板材、管材。
作为一种优选方案,所述步骤4)中的胶料规格为厚度10mm~30mm,宽度1000mm~1800mm。
本发明优点在于:与目前国内执行的国家标准B1级保温材料相比较,在1300℃的火焰枪喷烧状态下无明火,基本达到不燃的要求,在更高的温度下燃烧时释放的白色低烟也无毒,并具备其他如抗老化、隔音、吸音、防水、防霉菌等功能。制作简单,实用方便,具有很好的市场推广价值。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种难燃绝热保温材料,其包括以下重量份的成分:丁腈胶15份、三元乙丙胶1份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3份、氢氧化铝40份、高温发泡剂10份、石蜡1份、氧化铁2份、磷脂阻燃增塑剂9份、硫化剂2份。

1)准备原料:按比例称取各种原料;

一种难燃绝热保温材料的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料:按比例称取各种原料;
2)混合密炼:将丁腈胶、三元乙丙胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氢氧化铝在密炼中搅拌混合均匀,再将石蜡、氧化铁、磷脂阻燃增塑剂加入密炼室中混合搅拌均匀,静置5分钟待用;
3)开炼:将上述混合物开料到开炼机,混入高温发泡剂、硫化剂后炼成胶片,冷却待用;
4)挤出:将上述冷却后的混合物经由挤出机挤出胶料;
5)发泡:将上述胶料经由发泡炉加温到180℃连续发泡,即可得到绝热保温板材、管材。
所述步骤4)中的胶料规格为厚度30mm,宽度1800mm。
实施例3
一种难燃绝热保温材料,其包括以下重量份的成分:丁腈胶17.5份、三元乙丙胶1.5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5份、氢氧化铝50份、高温发泡剂11份、石蜡2份、氧化铁3.5份、磷脂阻燃增塑剂9.5份、硫化机2.5份。
一种难燃绝热保温材料的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料:按比例称取各种原料;
2)混合密炼:将丁腈胶、三元乙丙胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、氢氧化铝在密炼中搅拌混合均匀,再将石蜡、氧化铁、磷脂阻燃增塑剂加入密炼室中混合搅拌均匀,静置5分钟待用;
3)开炼:将上述混合物开料到开炼机,混入高温发泡剂、硫化剂后炼成胶片,冷却待用;
4)挤出:将上述冷却后的混合物经由挤出机挤出胶料;
5)发泡:将上述胶料经由发泡炉加温到150℃连续发泡,即可得到绝热保温板材、管材。
所述步骤4)中的胶料规格为厚度20mm,宽度1500mm。
具体实施方式:本发明所述的难燃绝热保温材料可以作为空调风管的隔热防凝露保温材料,及空调、冰箱、保温箱、恒温箱、管线、冷库、新风管道等需要绝热保温、保冷的设备等需要用到的隔热保温材料,比岩棉系列保温材料降低了80份的材料使用量,导热系数≤0.034W/(m·k),氧指数≥32,真空吸水率≤10份,且具备防霉、无凝露的效果。

1.一种难燃绝热保温材料,其特征在于,其包括以下重量份的成分:丁腈胶15份~20份、三元乙丙胶1份~2份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3份~7份、氢氧化铝40份~60份、高温发泡剂10份~12份、石蜡1份~3份、氧化铁2份~5份、磷脂阻燃增塑剂9份~10份、硫化剂2份~3份。
2.一种难燃绝热保温材料的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)准备原料:按比例称取各种原料;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种难燃绝热保温材料的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中的胶料规格为厚度10mm~30mm,宽度1000mm~1800mm。
