step S5: firing in a mould, namely placing the trimmed blank body into the mould to fire so as to prevent metal from flowing and sinking, heating to 1100-1150 ℃ from room temperature, stopping fire, cooling the bisque-fired blank body to room temperature, and performing secondary trimming treatment on the cooled blank body;
step S6: selecting proper glaze, adding the glaze into the glaze slurry for mixing treatment, glazing the biscuit, melting the glaze by low-temperature spraying equipment, spraying the glaze on the surface of the biscuit to ensure that the thickness of the glaze layer on the outer surface is 0.8-1mm, and cooling to form a smooth glaze.

Claims (8)
1. A mixed firing process of noble metal and china clay is characterized by comprising the following steps;
step S1: transferring noble metal particles to a high-speed dispersion tank, adding a dispersing agent into the high-speed dispersion tank, centrifugally dewatering the dispersed noble metal powder, and drying the noble metal powder in an oven at the drying temperature of 50-85 ℃;
step S2: performing kaolin powdering treatment, weighing kaolin clods with proper weight, stirring and crushing the kaolin clods by using a kaolin clod stirrer, transferring the kaolin clods into a crusher to perform secondary crushing treatment, and performing dry treatment on the kaolin to prepare surface-modified kaolin powder;
step S3: mixing precious metal powder and kaolin powder, putting the prepared precious metal powder and kaolin powder into a high-speed stirring mixer for mixing and stirring, uniformly mixing precious metal particles and kaolin powder, and taking out the mixed soil material as a blank making raw material;
step S4: preparing a blank, pugging the soil, mixing the coating and an aqueous solution to prepare a mud block, molding the mud block into a required shape according to requirements to prepare a blank body, and trimming the blank body by using a trimming knife and a porcelain blank trimming tool to enable the inner light of the blank body to be flat and the outer light of the blank body to be flat so as to determine the shape of the blank body;
step S5: firing in a mould, namely placing the trimmed blank body into the mould to fire so as to prevent metal from flowing and sinking, heating to 1100-1150 ℃ from room temperature, stopping fire, cooling the bisque-fired blank body to room temperature, and performing secondary trimming treatment on the cooled blank body;
step S6: selecting proper glaze, adding the glaze into the glaze slurry for mixing treatment, glazing the biscuit, melting the glaze by low-temperature spraying equipment, spraying the glaze on the surface of the biscuit to ensure that the thickness of the glaze layer on the outer surface is 0.8-1mm, and cooling to form a smooth glaze.
2. The mixed precious metal and china clay firing process according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 of cleaning the precious metal blocks includes:
a. after a proper neutral cleaning agent is selected for dilution, the weighed noble metal block is dipped in the neutral cleaning agent through a soft brush for light brush treatment, so that impurity particles and dust on the surface of the noble metal are removed;
b. the noble metal block is washed by clean water, and after the cleaning agent on the surface of the noble metal block is washed, the noble metal block is wiped by soft cloth and then dried.
3. The mixed firing process of noble metal and china clay according to claim 1, wherein in the step S2, the dry process includes: and putting the kaolin micro powder after the secondary crushing into a high-speed stirring mixer, stirring and drying at the temperature of 60-80 ℃, slowly adding the solvent in which the coupling agent is dissolved and the auxiliary agent, and stirring for 30-45min to prepare the surface modified kaolin filler.
4. The mixing and firing process of the precious metal and the china clay according to claim 3, wherein the amount of the modifier is 1% -5% of the amount of the kaolin micropowder.

The mixed firing process of the noble metal and the porcelain clay as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S4, the porcelain blank trimming tool comprises a rack (1), a lighting assembly (2), an electric rotating table (3), a collecting assembly (4), a first electric telescopic rod (5), a porcelain blank trimming seat (6), a knife storage assembly (7), a cleaning assembly (8), a second electric telescopic rod (9) and a supporting chassis (10), wherein the lighting assembly (2) is installed on one side of the top end face of the rack (1), the electric rotating table (3) is fixedly installed in the center of the top end face of the rack (1), the collecting assembly (4) is arranged above the top of the electric rotating table (3), the first electric telescopic rod (5) is installed above the top of the collecting assembly (4), one end of the top of the first electric telescopic rod (5) is connected with the porcelain blank trimming seat (6), a cutter storage assembly (7) is mounted on the other side of the top end face of the rack (1), a cleaning assembly (8) is mounted on one side of the center of the bottom end face of the rack (1), second electric telescopic rods (9) are mounted on the periphery of the bottom end face of the rack (1), and a supporting bottom frame (10) is fixedly mounted on the bottom end face of each second electric telescopic rod (9) through screws;
the collecting component (4) comprises a material receiving baffle (41), a guide block (42), a detaching disc (43), a guide groove (44), a movable grab handle (45) and a charging chute (46), the material receiving baffle (41) is fixedly arranged at one end of the top of the electric rotating platform (3) through a screw, and the first electric telescopic rod (5) is fixedly connected with the top end surface of the material receiving baffle plate (41) through a screw, the end surfaces of the two sides of the material receiving baffle (41) are provided with guide blocks (42), and a disassembling disc (43) is arranged between the guide blocks (42), guide grooves (44) are arranged on both sides of the disassembling disc (43), the guide block (42) is inserted and installed inside the guide groove (44), the top end surface of the detaching disc (43) is provided with a charging chute (46), the center of the end surface of the outer wall of the disassembling disc (43) is fixedly provided with a movable grab handle (45).

The mixed firing process of the noble metal and the porcelain clay as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lighting assembly (2) comprises a lamp holder (21), a folding lamp holder (22) and a lighting lamp (23), the lamp holder (21) is fixedly installed on one side of the top end face of the rack (1) through a screw, the folding lamp holder (22) is installed in the center of the end face of the lamp holder (21), and the lighting lamp (23) is installed at one end of the top of the folding lamp holder (22).

The mixed firing process of noble metal and china clay according to claim 5, wherein the cutter storage assembly (7) comprises a cutter storage box (71), sealing slots (72), mounting baffles (73), sealing inserts (74) and a protection pad (75), the cutter storage box (71) is fixedly mounted on the other side of the top end face through screws, the sealing slots (72) are respectively formed in two sides of the inner wall of the cutter storage box (71), the sealing inserts (74) are arranged between the sealing slots (72), the mounting baffles (73) are fixedly mounted between the two sealing inserts (74), and the protection pad (75) is mounted in the center of the interior of the cutter storage box (71).

The mixed firing process of the precious metal and the porcelain clay as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cleaning assembly (8) comprises mounting brackets (81), an ultrasonic cleaner (82), a cleaning cover plate (83) and an electric control plate (84), the two mounting brackets (81) are fixedly mounted on one side of the end face of the bottom of the rack (1) through screws, the ultrasonic cleaner (82) is fixedly mounted inside the mounting brackets (81) through screws, the cleaning cover plate (83) is arranged on one side of the end face of the ultrasonic cleaner (82), and the electric control plate (84) is mounted on the other side of the end face of the ultrasonic cleaner (82).
