by arranging a plurality of groups of filter cartridges 17 and micro-filtration membranes 18, the filtration efficiency is obviously improved; and the first motor 22 makes one group of the rotating pipes 21 rotate through the transmission rod 23, the transmission belt 24 drives the other rotating pipes 21 to synchronously rotate, and each filter cartridge 17 rotates along with the rotating pipes, so that the filtering efficiency of the sewage is further improved under the action of centrifugal force, and the using effect is excellent.

A microfiltration purification treatment device for water treatment is characterized by comprising a sedimentation tank (1), a primary filter tank (2), a microfiltration tank (3), a purification tank (4), a water delivery pump (5), an inclined table (8), a water collecting pipe (11), a first connecting pipe (12), a filter cylinder (17), a microfiltration membrane (18), a rotating pipe (21), a first motor (22), a driving belt (24), a fixed pipe (26), a sewage collecting ring (27) and a first sewage discharge pipe (29);
a water pumping pipe (6) and a water delivery pipe (7) are arranged on the water delivery pump (5), the water pumping pipe (6) is communicated with the sedimentation tank (1), and the water delivery pipe (7) is communicated with the primary filter tank (2); a filtering cavity (16) and a water collecting chamber (13) are arranged in the primary filtering tank (2), and the water collecting chamber (13) is positioned below the filtering cavity (16); the inclined platforms (8) are arranged at two sides of the filter cavity (16), and the inclined platforms (8) are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction; the upper part of the inclined table (8) is an inclined plane, a filter plate (9) is arranged on the inclined plane, and a water filtering cavity (10) is arranged in the inclined table (8); the water collecting pipes (11) are arranged at two sides of the primary filter tank (2) and are communicated with the water collecting chamber (13), the first connecting pipe (12) is communicated with the water filtering cavity (10) and the water collecting pipes (11), and the first connecting pipe (12) is provided with a one-way valve;
a first water delivery pipe (14) communicated with the water collecting chamber (13) is arranged at the bottom of the primary filter tank (2), a water collecting ring (20) is arranged at the top end of the interior of the micro filter tank (3), a first annular cavity (30) is arranged in the water collecting ring (20), and the first water delivery pipe (14) is communicated with the first annular cavity (30); the number of the rotating pipes (21) is multiple, the rotating pipes are rotationally connected with the water collecting ring (20), the rotating pipes (21) are communicated with the first annular cavity (30), and the driving belt (24) is in transmission connection with each rotating pipe (21); the first motor (22) is arranged on the micro-filtration box (3), the output end of the first motor (22) is provided with a transmission rod (23), and the transmission rod (23) is in transmission connection with one group of rotating pipes (21); the filter cartridge (17) is vertically arranged and connected with the rotating pipe (21), an opening (19) is arranged on the filter cartridge (17), and the microfiltration membrane (18) is arranged in the opening (19); the sewage collecting ring (27) is arranged in the micro-filtration box (3), and a second annular cavity (31) is arranged in the sewage collecting ring (27); a second connecting pipe (28) communicated with the second annular cavity (31) is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the dirt collecting ring (27), the fixed pipe (26) is vertically arranged and connected with the second connecting pipe (28), and a control valve is arranged on the fixed pipe (26); a sewage collecting pipe (25) is arranged at the bottom of the filter cylinder (17), and the sewage collecting pipe (25) is rotationally connected with the fixed pipe (26); the first drain pipe (29) is arranged on the micro-filtration box (3), and the first drain pipe (29) is communicated with the second annular cavity (31); a cleaning device for cleaning the microfiltration membrane (18) is also arranged in the microfiltration tank (3), an output pipe (32) is arranged at the bottom of the microfiltration tank (3), and a second water delivery pipe (33) communicated with the purification tank (4) is arranged on the output pipe (32).
2. A microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a movable disk (38), a water dividing pipe (39), a ring member (40), a water inlet pipe (44) and a lifting assembly;
the movable disc (38) is arranged in the micro-filtration box (3), and the lifting assembly acts on the movable disc (38); a third annular cavity (41) is arranged in the movable disc (38), a fourth annular cavity (42) is arranged in the annular piece (40), the water dividing pipe (39) is communicated with the third annular cavity (41) and the fourth annular cavity (42), and the water inlet pipe (44) is communicated with the third annular cavity (41); the filter cartridge (17) passes through the annular element (40), and a water spray head (43) is arranged in the annular element (40).
3. A microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to claim 2 wherein the elevating assembly comprises a second motor (35), a screw (36) and a guide rod (37);
the second motor (35) is arranged on the micro-filtration box (3), the screw rod (36) is vertically arranged in the micro-filtration box (3) and is in threaded connection with the movable disc (38), and the output end of the second motor (35) is connected with the screw rod (36); the guide rod (37) is vertically arranged in the micro-filtration box (3), and the movable disc (38) is connected with the guide rod (37) in a sliding way.

A microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to claim 2 wherein the number of annular members (40) is plural and distributed in an annular array around the movable disk (38), and the filter cartridges (17) are in one-to-one correspondence with the annular members (40).

A microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to claim 1 further comprising a second sewage drain pipe (34); the second sewage draining pipe (34) is connected with the output pipe (32), and the second sewage draining pipe (34) and the second water conveying pipe (33) are respectively provided with a control valve.
6. The micro-filtration purification treatment device for water treatment according to claim 1, wherein the transmission rod (23) is provided with bevel gears, one set of the rotating pipes (21) is correspondingly provided with bevel gears, and the bevel gears are meshed and connected.
7. A microfiltration and purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to claim 1 wherein each rotating pipe (21) is provided with a pulley, and the transmission belt (24) is in transmission connection with each pulley.
8. A microfiltration purification treatment device for water treatment according to claim 1, wherein the inner bottom end of the filter chamber (16) is provided with a dirt collecting box (15), and the opening of the dirt collecting box (15) is upward.
9. A microfiltration purification treatment device for water treatment according to claim 1, wherein an activated carbon adsorption layer and a uv germicidal lamp are provided in the purification tank (4), and the uv germicidal lamp is located below the activated carbon adsorption.
10. A method for using a microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment, comprising the microfiltration purification treatment apparatus for water treatment according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising the steps of:
s1, enabling the sewage to enter the sedimentation tank (1), and enabling the dirt in the sewage to sink to the bottom of the sedimentation tank (1);
s2, conveying the settled sewage to the primary filter tank (2) by the water conveying pump (5);
s3, sequentially flowing sewage onto each inclined platform (8) from top to bottom, primarily filtering the sewage by using a filter plate (9), enabling the water solution to enter a water filtering cavity (10) and finally gather in a water collecting chamber (13), and collecting the sewage at the bottom of a primary filter box (2);
s4, the first water conveying pipe (14) conveys water in the water collecting chamber (13) to the water collecting ring (20);
s5, the water collecting ring (20) enables water to be evenly dispersed into each filter cylinder (17), the microfiltration membrane (18) carries out microfiltration on the water solution, the water solution after secondary filtration is concentrated at the bottom of the microfiltration tank (3), and the filtered dirt is collected in each dirt collecting pipe (25); the first motor (22) enables one group of the rotating pipes (21) to rotate through the transmission rod (23), the transmission belt (24) drives the other rotating pipes (21) to synchronously rotate, each filter cylinder (17) rotates along with the rotation, and the filtering efficiency of the sewage is obviously improved under the action of centrifugal force;
s6, outputting the water solution subjected to the micro-filtration treatment to a second water pipe (33) through an output pipe (32), and conveying the water solution to the purifying box (4) through the second water pipe (33);
s7, the purification box (4) purifies the aqueous solution and discharges the purified aqueous solution.
