An industrial environment-friendly device convenient for cleaning biological pollutants comprises a filter box (1), a water storage tank (2), a settling tank (3) and an impurity removal box (4), wherein the filter box (1) is fixed at the top of the water storage tank (2) through bolts, the settling tank (3) is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the top of the filter box (1), a third water pump (28) is fixedly installed on the impurity removal box (4) through a mounting seat, and a third water delivery pipe (29) and a third water pumping pipe (30) are arranged on the third water pump (28); the other end of the third water pumping pipe (30) is communicated with the impurity removal box (4), and the other end of the third water conveying pipe (29) is communicated with the sedimentation tank (3), and the device is characterized in that a liquid collecting box (12) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the top of the filter box (1) through bolts, a first water pump (5) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the sedimentation tank (3) through a mounting seat, and a first water pumping pipe (6) and a first water conveying pipe (7) are arranged on the first water pump (5); the other end of the first water pumping pipe (6) is communicated with the sedimentation tank (3), and the other end of the first water conveying pipe (7) is communicated with the liquid collecting box (12);
a plurality of groups of infusion tubes (14) are vertically arranged and are rotationally connected with the liquid collecting box (12), a second motor (13) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the liquid collecting box (12) through a motor base, and an output shaft of the second motor (13) is in transmission connection with each infusion tube (14); the filter barrel (17) is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the infusion tube (14), the infusion tube (14) is communicated with the liquid collecting box (12) and the filter barrel (17), and the peripheral surface of the filter barrel (17) is provided with filter holes; a circular ring (21) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the filter box (1), and an annular collecting cavity (27) is formed in the circular ring (21); a plurality of groups of fixed pipes (20) communicated with the annular collecting cavity (27) are fixedly arranged at the top of the circular ring (21), the top ends of the fixed pipes (20) are communicated with the filter barrel (17), and the filter barrel (17) is rotatably connected with the fixed pipes (20); a sewage discharge pipe (23) communicated with the annular collecting cavity (27) is fixedly arranged on the circular ring (21), and the other end of the sewage discharge pipe (23) penetrates out of the filter box (1); a drain pipe (22) is arranged on the filter box (1), and control valves are respectively arranged on the drain pipe (22) and the sewage discharge pipe (23);
a second water pump (24) is fixedly installed on the water storage tank (2) through an installation seat, and a second water pumping pipe (25) and a second water delivery pipe (26) are arranged on the second water pump (24); the water spray pipe (18) is vertically arranged in the filter box (1), the other end of the second water pumping pipe (25) is communicated with the water storage tank (2), the other end of the second water delivery pipe (26) is communicated with the water spray pipe (18), and the water spray direction of the water spray pipe (18) faces towards the filter barrel (17).

An industrial environment-friendly equipment convenient for cleaning biological pollutant according to claim 1, characterized in that the settling tank (3) is vertically provided with a conveying cylinder (8), the bottom end of the conveying cylinder (8) extends to the inner bottom end of the settling tank (3); a sewage inlet is formed in the bottom end of the conveying cylinder (8), and a sludge discharge pipe (11) is arranged at the position, close to the top end, of the conveying cylinder (8); the top of a conveying cylinder (8) is fixedly provided with a first motor (9) through a motor base, a spiral conveying shaft (10) is vertically arranged in the conveying cylinder (8) and is rotatably connected with the conveying cylinder through a bearing, and the output end of the first motor (9) acts on the spiral conveying shaft (10).

An industrial environment-friendly equipment convenient for cleaning biological pollutants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sprinkler pipe (18) is provided with sprinkler heads (19), the sprinkler heads (19) are provided with a plurality of circles along the vertical direction, each circle of sprinkler heads (19) is distributed around the sprinkler pipe (18) in an annular array, and the water spraying direction of the sprinkler heads (19) faces to the outer circumferential surface of the filter vat (17).

The environmental protection equipment for conveniently cleaning biological pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the output shaft of the second motor (13) is provided with a driving gear (15), each infusion tube (14) is provided with a driven gear (16), the driven gears (16) are distributed around the driving gear (15) in an annular array, and the driving gear (15) is engaged with each driven gear (16).

The industrial environment-friendly equipment convenient for cleaning biological pollutants according to claim 1, wherein the impurity removing box (4) is provided with a slag discharge port (32) and a dirty liquid input pipe, an inclined plate (31) is installed in the impurity removing box (4), and an output port of the dirty liquid input pipe is positioned above the inclined plate (31); the sloping plate (31) inclines downwards towards the direction of the slag discharge port (32), a water filtering hole is formed in the sloping plate (31), and the communicating position of the third water pumping pipe (30) and the impurity removing box (4) is located below the sloping plate (31).
6. A method of using an industrial environmental protection equipment for facilitating the cleaning of biological contaminants, comprising the industrial environmental protection equipment of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising the steps of:
s1, inputting dirty liquid into the impurity removing box (4) through the dirty liquid input pipe, and preliminarily filtering floating objects and large-particle impurities in the dirty liquid through the inclined plate (31); the sewage after primary filtration enters the lower part of the impurity removing box (4), and impurities filtered out are discharged through a slag discharging port (32);
s2, the preliminarily filtered dirty liquid is conveyed to the settling tank (3) by the third water pump (28), and after the dirty liquid is settled for a certain time, the sediment is gathered at the bottom end of the interior of the settling tank (3);
s3, the first motor (9) enables the spiral conveying shaft (10) to rotate, the spiral conveying shaft (10) lifts the sediment, and the mud discharging pipe (11) discharges the lifted sediment;
s4, the first water pump (5) conveys the precipitated dirty liquid to a liquid collecting box (12), and the liquid conveying pipe (14) enables the dirty liquid to uniformly enter each filter barrel (17);
s5, the second motor (13) enables each infusion tube (14) to rotate through the driving gear (15) and the driven gear (16), and each filter barrel (17) rotates along with the infusion tubes to rapidly filter the dirty liquid; the filtered solution is discharged through a drain pipe (22), and dirt generated in the filtering process is gathered at the bottom end inside the filtering barrel (17) and is finally discharged through a drain pipe (23);
and S6, after the dirty liquid treatment is finished, the second water pump (24) conveys the cleaning water in the water storage tank (2) to the water spraying pipe (18), and each water spraying head (19) sprays water to the outer peripheral surface of the filter barrel (17) so as to remove the dirty blocked in the filter holes.
