2. The dispensing device for traditional Chinese medicine of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the tray is a conical surface, so that the material can be collected at the center or edge of the tray for easy collection and removal.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine dosing device of claim 1, wherein the axial height of the tray is a unit height of 5cm, the tray height is N unit heights, and N is an integer from 1 to 20.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine dosing device of claim 1, wherein the trays are stacked at the center to form a central channel which is communicated up and down, and the central channel is used as a moving channel of the material taking assembly;
the material taking assembly comprises a containing barrel, a weighing part, a storage barrel and a driving part;
the containing barrel is used for containing traditional Chinese medicines and adjusting the containing amount;
the containing cylinder is a cylindrical cylinder with an opening at the top end and a closed bottom surface, and the outer diameter of the containing cylinder is smaller than that of the central channel;
the containing cylinder comprises a central elastic air bag and a discharging valve port;
the central elastic air bag is made of elastic materials, expands in volume after being inflated, and is used for ejecting the traditional Chinese medicine out of the containing barrel and moving and concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine to the edge of the bottom surface of the containing barrel;
the blanking valve port is positioned between the edge of the central air bag and the edge of the bottom surface of the containing cylinder; the blanking valve port is an opening controlled by an electromagnetic valve, the opening is a blanking hole at the bottom surface of the containing cylinder, and the blanking hole is close to the outer edge of the inner bottom surface of the containing cylinder and is superposed with the outer edge of the bottom surface once; a plurality of blanking valve ports are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the containing cylinder at intervals;
the weighing part is fixed at the center of the bottom surface of the containing barrel and is used for weighing the total weight of the containing barrel;
the storage cylinder is fixed at the bottom of the weighing part and is used for receiving the traditional Chinese medicine materials which are placed under the containing cylinder through the discharging valve port; the top surface of the storage cylinder is provided with a feed inlet corresponding to the discharge valve port; the outer diameter of the storage cylinder is not larger than the inner diameter of the central channel; a ball group is fixed on the outer wall of the storage cylinder;
the driving part is fixed at the center of the bottom surface of the storage cylinder and is used for driving the material taking assembly to axially move in the central channel; the driving part comprises a stepping motor and a rotating disc; the stepping motor is fixedly arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the storage cylinder and drives the rotating disc to rotate along the axis of the rotating disc;
the rotating disc is coaxial with the storage cylinder and the containing cylinder; the outer circumferential surface of the rotating disc is provided with threads, the inner annular surface of the material disc is provided with threads, and the threads of all the material discs are continuous in the axial direction and are matched with the threads of the rotating disc, so that the material taking assembly can be driven to continuously and axially move in the central channel when the rotating disc rotates;
the inner ring surface of the material tray is provided with a combined groove; the combined grooves of all the trays are aligned and communicated up and down; the ball group extends into the combined groove and is abutted against the inner groove surface of the combined groove;
a plurality of clapboards are arranged in the material tray to divide the storage space of the material tray into unit boxes with the same size;
a gap is reserved between the upper end of the inner ring wall at the central channel and the bottom surface of the upper layer of material tray of the unit box for the traditional Chinese medicine to pass through;
a lifting air bag is fixed in the unit box and used for lifting the traditional Chinese medicine so that the traditional Chinese medicine can pass through a gap between the unit and the upper end of the inner ring wall; the interface air bag is fixed at the gap and extends into the central channel from the inside of the unit box after being inflated, and the distance between the extending end of the interface air bag and the outer vertical surface of the inner annular wall of the unit box is greater than the distance between the outer vertical surface of the containing barrel and the inner annular wall of the unit box, so that the extending end of the interface air bag can extend above the opening of the containing barrel;
the traditional Chinese medicine can enter the containing barrel after being lifted through the gap and the interface air bag after the lifting air bag is inflated.
5. The dispensing device of claim 4, wherein the mouthpiece bladder is cylindrical, tubular, or trough-shaped with side walls and a bottom wall.
