The invention discloses a novel full-automatic pre-overprinting method of an intaglio press, wherein a guide mark type is specially manufactured on all printing rollers according to size engraving; adjusting the transverse and color register electric eye positions of each color group, and pressing an automatic mark locking button; pressing the color set pressing roller from back to front, identifying the guide mark printed by the current color set through the color register electric eye on the color set and memorizing the color mark phase of the color set, and repeating the steps for all the color sets until the first color set finishes the identification of the guide mark and the memory of the mark type; and correcting the longitudinal error, and finishing the pre-overprinting process. After the printing machine starts to work, the pre-overprinting work has high automation degree, quick error correction response and high pre-overprinting precision. The full-automatic pre-chromatography operation is realized, and the pre-chromatography waste products are greatly reduced.

And 7, correcting the longitudinal error within the range of-3 mm to 3mm obtained in the step 6 (the printing color registering system can correct the standard error, so the correction method belongs to the prior art), ensuring that the longitudinal error range is-2 mm to 2mm, and finishing the pre-registering process.
Examples
Taking the fully automatic pre-registration method of a five-color (five color sets in total) printing machine as an example, the pre-registration process is shown in fig. 3-8.
Starting up operation, tension input, ink distribution and the like. After the printing material is smooth in feeding, uniform in ink amount and stable in tension, the printer is linked, and the automatic mark locking button is pressed;
and the printing press rollers start to automatically press the fifth color, because each color group is provided with the color register electric eye which can identify and memorize the phase of the guide mark and the color mark printed by the current color group, when the fifth color is identified, the fourth color press roller automatically presses, and the subsequent color groups repeat the steps until the first color press roller presses the first color and identifies and memorizes the mark type and the phase of the color group. In the process, if the color register electric eye does not detect the color scale of the current color group, the position of the color register electric eye is transversely adjusted, and the automatic pressing and printing of the back and front color press rollers are finished.
After the first color set color register electric eye identifies and memorizes the guide mark and the mark type of the current color set, the second color press roller is automatically pressed, the second color plate roller starts to accurately perform pre-register operation, and after one color space material length, when the second color register electric eye detects the guide mark and the mark type of the first color set, the second color press roller automatically presses, and at the moment, the register electric eye of the second color set can identify the color mark information of the current color set and the first color set, so that the phase difference between the current color set and the first color set is obtained. When the color register electric eye of the second color group reads that the longitudinal error between the color scale of the current color group and the color scale of the first color group is 6mm, and the value is not in the range of minus 3mm to 3mm, the compression roller of the second color group automatically separates from the pressing, the phase is readjusted, the compression roller automatically presses and presses the current color scale after the adjustment is finished, and the error between the color scale of the second color group and the color scale of the first color group is judged again until the error is between minus 3mm to 3 mm; the third color group compression roller is automatically released from pressing, accurate pre-register operation is started, after a color space material length, the third color compression roller is automatically pressed after the third color chromatography electric eye detects the guide mark and the mark type of the first color group, the chromatography electric eye of the third color group can identify the color mark information of the current color group and the first color group to obtain the phase difference between the current color group and the first color group, the longitudinal error of the color group mark shape is adjusted to be 2.5mm, and the color group mark shape is in a pre-registration range of-3 mm to 3 mm; repeating the above steps for the subsequent fourth color and the fifth color until the pre-overprinting precision of all color groups is-3 mm
Within the range of about 3mm of pre-overprinting, the automatic pre-overprinting step is completed at this time, and the system is automatically raised to the set printing speed. The measured waste loss in the actual pre-overprinting process is one machine body material length (50 meters) +20 meters, so that the waste loss is greatly reduced.
