Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for producing an antibacterial plastic floor.
Background
Traditional plastic floor, such as LVT floor, SPC floor, WPC floor etc. do not have very good antibacterial ability, only decorate a layer of antibiotic drench membrane oil as the protective layer on its surface. The thickness of the antibacterial laminating oil of the floor is only about 0.02mm, and the wear resistance is insufficient, so that the floor loses the antibacterial effect shortly after being used.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a method of manufacturing an antibacterial plastic floor according to the present invention;
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for manufacturing an antibacterial plastic floor according to the present invention comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: adding an antibacterial agent into the wear-resistant layer to form a first antibacterial layer;
step two: the first antibacterial layer is adhered to the upper surface of the WPC base material layer of the floor in a hot-pressing mode;
step three: adding an antibacterial agent into the laminating oil to form a second antibacterial layer;
step four: spraying the second antibacterial layer on the upper surface of the first antibacterial layer;
step five: and drying the floor sprayed with the second antibacterial layer at constant temperature.
The floor produced by the method for producing the antibacterial plastic floor has better antibacterial capability, can effectively prolong the antibacterial time of the floor, and has good antibacterial capability and long service life in the long-time use process.
Aiming at the step one, the antibacterial agent is added into the wear-resistant layer to form a first antibacterial layer, and the first antibacterial layer can effectively resist bacteria of the floor. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant layer can also improve the wear resistance of the floor. The antibacterial agent is directly added into the wear-resistant layer, so that the process is simpler.
And aiming at the second step, the first antibacterial layer is adhered to the upper surface of the WPC base material layer of the floor in a hot-pressing mode. Such a process makes the structure of the first antibiotic layer more stable.
And step three, adding an antibacterial agent into the laminating oil to form a second antibacterial layer, wherein the antibacterial property of the floor can be further improved by the second antibacterial layer. Meanwhile, the laminating oil can play a certain protection role in the surface layer of the floor.
And aiming at the fourth step, the second antibacterial layer is sprayed on the upper surface of the first antibacterial layer, and the processing technology is simple.
And aiming at the fifth step, the floor sprayed with the second antibacterial layer is dried at a constant temperature, so that the structural stability of the second antibacterial layer can be accelerated.
As a specific embodiment, the first antibacterial layer is hot-pressed on the upper surface of the WPC substrate layer of the floor at a hot-pressing temperature value of 50 degrees celsius or more and 80 degrees celsius or less. This arrangement enables the abrasion resistant layer to be firmly adhered to the upper surface of the WPC substrate layer without affecting the performance of the antimicrobial agent within the abrasion resistant layer.
As a specific implementation manner, the drying temperature value for drying the floor sprayed with the second antibacterial layer at constant temperature is set to be greater than or equal to 30 ℃ and less than or equal to 40 ℃. Such a temperature is suitable for the second antimicrobial layer to solidify without affecting the stability of the adhesive structure of the abrasion resistant layer.
As a specific embodiment, in the fourth step, a layer of adhesive is sprayed on the upper surface of the first antibacterial layer, and then the second antibacterial layer is sprayed on the adhesive. This can further ensure the stability of the adhesive structure of the second antibacterial layer.
As a specific implementation mode, the antibacterial agent added into the first antibacterial layer is nano Ag, and the antibacterial effect is good.
In a specific embodiment, the antimicrobial agent added in the second antimicrobial layer is a polymeric organic antimicrobial agent. The high molecular organic antibacterial agent has stable performance, is non-volatile, has long service life, is easy to process and store, and cannot permeate into human or animal epidermis, the antibacterial performance of the high molecular organic antibacterial agent is obtained by introducing antibacterial functional groups, and the antibacterial functional groups can be introduced by homopolymerization or copolymerization of monomers with functional groups or by grafting.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
