FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the process for producing melamine composite floorings according to the invention;
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for producing a melamine composite floor according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: carrying out ultraviolet irradiation on the PVC color film;
step two: the melamine wear-resistant paper is hot-pressed on the upper side of the PVC color film layer by adopting a hot-pressing process, and the LVT middle material layer is hot-pressed on the lower side of the PVC color film layer, so that the integral surface is formed;
step three: the whole surface skin is adhered to the upper side of the WPC substrate layer through hot-melt glue to form a protection whole body;
step four: the protective whole is glued to the upper side of the cork through hot-melt glue.
Specifically, the method for producing the melamine composite floor comprises the steps of irradiating a PVC color film with ultraviolet rays, and then hot-pressing melamine wear-resistant paper and LVT middle material layers on the upper side and the lower side of the PVC color film in a hot-pressing mode to form an integral surface skin, so that the wear resistance and the toughness of the PVC color film are effectively improved. The whole epidermis is glued in the upside of WPC substrate layer through hot melt adhesive again and is constituted the protection wholly, has reinforceed floor wearability and resistant scraping nature promptly, has the advantage of light and environmental protection again concurrently. The ultraviolet-irradiated color film layer can be produced in large batch before production, the surface is not required to be subjected to UV treatment during production, subsequent processing can be directly carried out, and the production period is greatly shortened.
Aiming at the first step, ultraviolet irradiation is firstly carried out on the PVC color film so as to improve the hardness of the PVC color film, and thus the scratch resistance and the wear resistance of the PVC color film are improved.
And aiming at the step two, the melamine wear-resistant paper is hot-pressed on the upper side of the PVC color film layer by adopting a hot-pressing process so as to further improve the wear resistance of the PVC color film layer and protect the PVC color film layer, thereby prolonging the service life of the floor. Simultaneously, with the material layer hot-pressing in the downside of the various rete of PVC in the LVT to improve the toughness and the compliance on floor, thereby make the comfort level that the floor used higher. The melamine wear-resistant paper, the PVC color film layer and the LVT middle material layer form a whole surface.
The LVT is a novel material, namely a high-end vinyl floor, and the vinyl is an elastic floor, which means that a material layer in the LVT is soft in texture and has little resilience, so that people feel very comfortable when walking on the LVT.
And aiming at the third step, the whole surface skin is adhered to the upper side of the WPC substrate layer through hot-melt glue to form a protective whole. The protection is integrally used as a complete protection layer to protect the floor.
Aiming at the fourth step, the whole protection body is adhered to the upper side of the cork through hot-melt glue, the process is simple, and the adhesive force is strong.
In a preferred embodiment, the time for irradiating the PVC color film with ultraviolet rays is 5 minutes or more and 10 minutes or less. The time setting can ensure that the ultraviolet irradiation degree of the PVC color film is moderate, so that the PVC color film has certain hardness to realize wear resistance, and the condition that the PVC color film is easy to crack due to over hardness caused by too long irradiation time can be avoided.
Specifically, the time for irradiating the PVC color film with ultraviolet light is equal to 8 minutes.
As a preferred embodiment, the melamine wear-resistant paper is hot-pressed on the upper side of the PVC color film layer, and the LVT middle material layer is hot-pressed on the lower side of the PVC color film layer, at a hot-pressing temperature range of 130 ℃ or higher and 160 ℃ or lower. Set up like this, can guarantee when material layer in hot pressing melamine wear-resisting paper and LVT simultaneously, its the two after the hot pressing, all have stronger adhesive force with between the various rete of PVC to guarantee the holistic structural stability of epidermis.
Specifically, the melamine wear-resistant paper is hot-pressed on the upper side of the PVC color film layer, and the LVT middle material layer is hot-pressed on the lower side of the PVC color film layer, wherein the hot-pressing temperature value is equal to 150 ℃.
As a preferable embodiment, the hot pressing time range of the melamine wear-resistant paper on the upper side of the PVC color film layer and the LVT middle material layer on the lower side of the PVC color film layer is 0.2 minutes or more and 0.4 minutes or less. Set up like this, can guarantee when material layer in hot pressing melamine wear-resisting paper and LVT simultaneously, its the two after the hot pressing, all have stronger adhesive force with between the various rete of PVC to guarantee the holistic structural stability of epidermis.
Specifically, the hot-pressing time value of the melamine wear-resistant paper hot-pressed on the upper side of the PVC color film layer and the LVT middle material layer hot-pressed on the lower side of the PVC color film layer is equal to 0.3 minute.
As a preferred embodiment, the pressure value range of the hot pressing of the melamine wear-resistant paper on the upper side of the PVC color film layer and the hot pressing of the LVT middle material layer on the lower side of the PVC color film layer is greater than or equal to 700PA and less than or equal to 1000 PA. Set up like this, can guarantee when material layer in hot pressing melamine wear-resisting paper and LVT simultaneously, its the two after the hot pressing, all have stronger adhesive force with between the various rete of PVC to guarantee the holistic structural stability of epidermis.
Specifically, the pressure value of hot pressing the melamine wear-resistant paper on the upper side of the PVC color film layer and hot pressing the LVT middle material layer on the lower side of the PVC color film layer is 900 PA.
In a preferred embodiment, the whole surface skin is adhered to the upper side of the WPC substrate layer through hot melt glue to form the whole protection body, and the hot melt temperature value is greater than or equal to 170 ℃ and less than or equal to 175 ℃. When the adhesive is arranged in this way, the whole surface skin and the WPC substrate layer are ensured to have stronger adhesive force.
Specifically, the whole epidermis is glued in the upside of WPC substrate layer through hot melt glue and constitutes the holistic hot melt temperature value of protection and equals 173 degrees centigrade.
As a preferred embodiment, the hot-melt temperature value of the whole protection body glued on the upper side of the cork through the hot-melt glue is greater than or equal to 170 ℃ and less than or equal to 175 ℃. When the protective device is arranged, strong bonding force is ensured between the whole protective device and the WPC base material layer.
Specifically, the hot-melt temperature value at which the protective ensemble is glued to the upper side of the cork by means of a hot-melt glue is equal to 173 ℃.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments do not limit the present invention in any way, and all technical solutions obtained by using equivalent alternatives or equivalent variations fall within the scope of the present invention.
