The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: the temperature of the forming die is in a decreasing trend from the third area to the first area, when the profile resin is extruded by the extruder, the profile resin firstly enters a control system of the third area, the profile is subjected to preliminary cooling and shaping in the area, and the main function of the area is to realize high crystallinity of the profile; and in order to ensure that the section bar is uniformly crystallized in the radial direction, the section bar is equally divided into four control areas in the radial direction so as to be controlled finely.
