A partition plate is arranged below the cross shaft supporting rod, the cross shaft supporting rod is slidably arranged in the part supporting rod, and a spring A is arranged between the cross shaft supporting rod and the partition plate and used for moving and resetting the cross shaft supporting rod in the part supporting rod; and a spring B is arranged below the partition plate and used for supporting and moving the partition plate to reset.
