the centering mechanism comprises a first driving piece, a matching piece, a supporting piece and a centering piece, wherein the matching piece is provided with a first sliding hole and a plurality of second sliding holes which are circumferentially arranged along the first sliding hole, one end of the supporting piece is provided with a first matching part corresponding to the second sliding holes, the supporting piece is in sliding connection with the first sliding holes, the centering pieces are respectively in sliding connection with the second sliding holes, one end of the centering piece is provided with a second matching part, the other end of the centering piece is provided with a propping part, the first matching part is in sliding connection with the second matching part, the second matching part is arranged at an included angle relative to the sliding direction of the first matching part and the sliding direction of the supporting piece relative to the matching piece, so that when the supporting piece slides along the first sliding hole, the supporting piece drives the centering pieces to respectively slide along the corresponding second sliding holes, in the sliding process, the plurality of jacking parts are always positioned on a circular jacking surface with the same circle center, and the first driving piece is arranged between the supporting piece and the abutting piece so as to drive the abutting piece to slide, so that the plurality of jacking parts can jack one peripheral surface of the workpiece;
the workpiece is supported and positioned by at least two centering mechanisms, and in at least one centering mechanism: the matching piece can rotate relative to the supporting piece, and the matching piece is eccentrically arranged relative to the rotation center of the supporting piece and the centers of the supporting surfaces of the plurality of the branch centering pieces, so that the center distance between the two branch centering mechanisms in jacking is changed.

The variable center distance positioning device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the centering mechanisms for positioning the workpiece is two, wherein the mating member of one centering mechanism is fixedly connected with the supporting member, and the mating member of the other centering mechanism is rotatably and fixedly connected with the supporting member.

the center distance variable positioning device is connected with the fixed piece in a sliding mode, and the second driving piece is used for driving the center distance variable positioning device to slide relative to the fixed piece and enabling the centering mechanism to be axially separated from the circumferential surface, which is jacked by the centering piece, of the workpiece and be jacked by the workpiece;
the clamping piece is fixedly connected with the fixing piece, and the workpiece is pressed against the fixing piece so as to be fixed;
the anti-falling mechanism comprises a guide part, a pressing part and a third driving part, the guide part is fixedly connected with the fixing part, the guide part is provided with a third sliding hole and a matching groove arranged on the peripheral side of the third sliding hole, one end of the pressing part is abutted against the supporting part, the other end of the pressing part is abutted against the workpiece, a matching table is formed on the side surface of the pressing part and slides along the matching groove, the third driving part is connected with the pressing part and is used for driving the pressing part to move along the clamping direction of the clamping part, and at least part of the matching groove is obliquely arranged so that the pressing part and the guide part relatively slide and relatively rotate simultaneously;
and in the process that the second driving piece is axially separated from the workpiece and is jacked by the workpiece and the third driving piece, the press piece slides along the matching groove under the action of the third driving piece, so that the press piece rotates and is jacked on the side surface of the workpiece.
