Abstract
一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,包括有开关装置和阀口座;开关装置是由本体、电磁线圈、定铁心、回位弹簧和动铁心构成,本体的底部通过连接架与阀口座连接,动铁心作为活塞使用,电磁线圈设置在本体中,动铁心位于电磁线圈中间的内筒中,动铁心与内筒的内壁之间为紧密接触,防止氨气泄露;定铁心位于动铁心的顶部,定铁心与动铁心之间连接回位弹簧,动铁心的下端面与阀口座端面紧密接触;定铁心和动铁心均开设有通气孔,本体的顶部开设有螺孔,螺孔与氨气管连接,氨气能通过通气孔喷出。本发明氨气喷嘴结合氨气发生系统,可直接喷射氨气,不受温度影响,没有结晶,提高了NOx转化效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷嘴,特别涉及一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,属于汽车零部件领域。
背景技术
目前汽车尾气SCR后处理器系统采用尿素做为还原剂,转化尾气中的NOx,即将尿素溶液喷入后处理器中,在一定的温度下水解成氨气和水,氨气与尾气中的氮氧化物NOx,发生还原反应,生成氮气和水。由于尿素溶液在低温下,不能完全水解成氨气和水,一部分沉积并产生结晶,在后处理器载体上造成堵塞,结晶逐渐积累完全堵塞后,处理器就会失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,而提供一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴。本发明氨气喷嘴结合氨气发生系统,可直接喷射氨气,不受温度影响,没有结晶,提高了NOx转化效率,是国土排放法规必选技术方案。
一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,包括有开关装置和阀口座;
所述的开关装置是由本体、电磁线圈、定铁心、回位弹簧和动铁心构成,本体的底部通过连接架与阀口座连接,动铁心作为活塞使用,电磁线圈设置在本体中,动铁心位于电磁线圈中间的内筒中,动铁心与内筒的内壁之间为紧密接触,防止氨气泄露;定铁心位于动铁心的顶部,定铁心与动铁心之间连接回位弹簧,动铁心的下端面与阀口座端面紧密接触;定铁心和动铁心均开设有通气孔,本体的顶部开设有螺孔,螺孔与氨气管连接,氨气能通过通气孔喷出。
所述的动铁心的下端面与阀口座端面为平面接触密封。
所述的动铁心表面涂覆有减磨涂层,防止干摩擦。
所述的阀口座材质为非金属材料,封闭性好。
所述的动铁心为圆柱形。
所述的回位弹簧材质为不锈钢。
本发明的工作过程:
在电磁线圈不通电的状态下,动铁心在回位弹簧的抵顶下,动铁心的下端面与阀口座端面紧密接触,封闭动铁心的通气孔;当向电磁线圈通直流电,电磁线圈产生电磁力,作为活塞使用的动铁心向上移动,阀口座脱离对动铁心的通气孔的封闭,氨气从通气孔喷出;当断电后,动铁心在回位弹簧的抵顶下,动铁心的下端面与阀口座端面紧密接触,封闭通气孔。
本发明通过PWM脉宽调制,来控制电磁线圈,通过脉宽的长段来控制动铁心与阀口座之间的接触时长,进而控制氨气喷射量的大小。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明氨气喷嘴结合氨气发生系统,可直接喷射氨气,不受温度影响,没有结晶,提高了NOx转化效率。

如图1所示,一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,包括有开关装置1和阀口座2,
所述的开关装置1是由本体11、电磁线圈12、定铁心13、回位弹簧14和动铁心15构成,本体11的底部通过连接架16与阀口座2连接,动铁心15作为活塞使用,电磁线圈12设置在本体11中,动铁心15位于电磁线圈12中间的内筒20中,动铁心15与内筒20的内壁之间为紧密接触,防止氨气泄露;定铁心13位于动铁心15的顶部,定铁心13与动铁心15之间连接回位弹簧14,动铁心15的下端面与阀口座2端面紧密接触;定铁心13和动铁心15均开设有通气孔17,本体11的顶部开设有螺孔18,螺孔18与氨气管连接,氨气能通过通气孔17喷出。
所述的动铁心15的下端面与阀口座2端面为平面接触密封。

本发明的工作过程:
在电磁线圈12不通电的状态下,动铁心15在回位弹簧14的抵顶下,动铁心15的下端面与阀口座2端面紧密接触,封闭动铁心15的通气孔17;当向电磁线圈12通直流电,电磁线圈12产生电磁力,作为活塞使用的动铁心15向上移动,阀口座2脱离对动铁心15的通气孔17的封闭,氨气从通气孔17喷出;当断电后,动铁心15在回位弹簧14的抵顶下,动铁心15的下端面与阀口座2端面紧密接触,封闭通气孔17。

1.一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,其特征在于:包括有开关装置(1)和阀口座(2);所述的开关装置(1)是由本体(11)、电磁线圈(12)、定铁心(13)、回位弹簧(14)和动铁心(15)构成,本体(11)的底部通过连接架(16)与阀口座(2)连接,动铁心(15)作为活塞使用,电磁线圈(12)设置在本体(11)中,动铁心(15)位于电磁线圈(12)中间的内筒(20)中,动铁心(15)与内筒(20)的内壁之间为紧密接触;定铁心(13)位于动铁心(15)的顶部,定铁心(13)与动铁心(15)之间连接回位弹簧(14),动铁心(15)的下端面与阀口座(2)端面紧密接触;定铁心(13)和动铁心(15)均开设有通气孔(17),本体(11)的顶部开设有螺孔(18),螺孔(18)与氨气管连接,氨气能通过通气孔(17)喷出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述的动铁心(15)的下端面与阀口座(2)端面为平面接触密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可喷射氨气的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述的动铁心(15)表面涂覆有减磨涂层(19)。
