Abstract

Referring to fig. 1, a dispersion grinding device for paint production comprises a grinding channel 1, wherein the grinding channel 1 is arranged vertically or obliquely, and an upper port and a lower port of the grinding channel 1 are respectively a feeding port 2 and a discharging port 10. The grinding channel 1 is a pipe made of metal material, preferably, the end face of the grinding channel 1 is rectangular, as can be seen from fig. 1, and the feed inlet 2 and the discharge outlet 10 are both funnel-shaped.
Furthermore, the grinding channel 1 is provided with a first grinding roller 3 and at least one second grinding roller 4 from top to bottom in sequence, and the structure can be shown in fig. 1, two second grinding rollers 4 are designed, and in addition to the cases listed in the present embodiment, three or four second grinding rollers 4 can be provided. A vibrating screen 5 is respectively arranged under the first grinding roller 3 and the second grinding roller 4; the air nozzles 7 are symmetrically arranged above the vibrating screen 5, the air nozzles 7 are connected with a fan and used for providing positive and reverse blowing air to the upper side of the vibrating screen 5, and in order to improve the blowing effect, the air nozzles 7 should be close to the vibrating screen 5 as much as possible so as to ensure that the positive and reverse blowing air can blow the filler on the surface of the vibrating screen 5, and then the filler freely falls down, so that the filler enters the next layer through the vibrating screen 5 to be ground.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, the paint production dispersing and grinding device is preferably provided with more than two second grinding rollers 4, and although the grinding uniformity of the filler can be improved by using one second grinding roller 4, in actual operation, more than two second grinding rollers 4 are generally designed to improve the grinding effect.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, in a dispersion grinding device for paint production, the first grinding roller 3 and the second grinding roller 4 are driven by a motor 11, the motor 11 is fixed on the outer wall of the grinding channel 1, the structure of the dispersion grinding device can be shown by referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, each grinding roller of each layer is provided with a motor 11, and in order to achieve the grinding effect, the rotation directions of two adjacent motors 11 are preferably set to be opposite. Besides the above structure, the grinding rollers can be driven by the same motor 11, and the grinding rollers are driven by gears, so that the rotation directions of the grinding rollers of all layers are opposite.
Alternatively, in an embodiment, in a dispersing and grinding device for paint production, baffles 12 are respectively arranged on two sides below a vibrating screen 5, and the two baffles 12 form a V shape, and the structure of the dispersing and grinding device can be shown in fig. 1, that is, a V-shaped hopper is formed after each layer is ground by using the two baffles 12.
Optionally, in an embodiment, at least two air nozzles 7 are symmetrically arranged above the vibrating screen 5, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, only two sets of air nozzles 7 are arranged, that is, one air nozzle is arranged on each of the left and right sides, besides the arrangement, a plurality of air nozzles 7 (even number) can be arranged in an annular distribution manner to enhance the purging effect, so that the filler on the same layer can be lifted up under the purging effect of the air nozzles 7.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, the air nozzles 7 of the dispersion grinding device for paint production extend out of the side wall of the grinding channel 1, and the air nozzles 7 on the same side are connected with the same air pipe 8.
Optionally, in an embodiment, the dispersing and grinding device for paint production is provided with a docking flange 9 on the air pipe 8, and the blower is connected with the docking flange 9 through a pipeline and used for providing blowing air for the air nozzle 7.
Alternatively, in one embodiment, a dispersion grinding apparatus for paint production, the first grinding roller 3 and the second grinding roller 4 are respectively composed of a driving roller and a driven roller, the driving roller and the driven roller are tangent to each other, wherein the driving roller is driven by a motor 11, and further, referring to the structure shown in fig. 1, it can be seen that a V-shaped hopper formed by two baffles 12 is located right between the driving roller and the driven roller.
Optionally, in one embodiment, the outer sides of the driving roller and the driven roller are respectively tangent to the inner walls of the grinding passages 1 corresponding to the outer sides, and the design can prevent filler from reversely entering the grinding layer of the upper garment after being blown.
Optionally, in an embodiment, in a dispersing and grinding device for paint production, a vibration motor 6 is fixed below a vibration screen 5, and referring to fig. 1, the vibration motor 6 is added to enhance the passing performance of the vibration screen 5, so as to prevent filler from being accumulated on the vibration screen 5.
