the sealing top plate (3) is of a circular frame structure, the sealing top plate (3) is clamped on the upper surface of the processing tank (1) through a fixing groove (2), a fixing lantern ring (13) is of a circular ring structure, the fixing lantern ring (13) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the sealing top plate (3), and the fixing lantern ring (13) is clamped inside a cooling groove (14);

(2) when the wastewater enters the treatment tank, the condensate in the cooling tank 14 cools the wastewater, so that the high-temperature wastewater is prevented from damaging elements in the treatment tank 1, the treated wastewater is prevented from sputtering to cause unnecessary injury to workers, the use effect is good, and the wastewater is treated by the filter plate 15 and then is discharged;
(3) when the condensate needs to be replaced, the sealing bottom plate 20 only needs to be rotated, so that the fixing plate 22 rotates in the sliding groove 24 and is separated from the fixing piece 23, then the sealing bottom plate 20 can be taken out, and the condensate is discharged from the lower end of the treatment tank 1 and is replaced;
