Description

Fire extinguishing controller and device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fire extinguishing devices, and particularly relates to a fire extinguishing controller and a fire extinguishing device.
Background
The automatic water spraying fire extinguishing system can automatically spray water and send out a fire alarm signal under certain conditions, and has a great position in urban fire fighting. For a modern building fire, loss and casualties can be minimized as soon as they are discovered.
The existing automatic water spraying fire extinguishing system is divided into a water fire extinguishing system and a high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system. The water fire extinguishing system is based on a wet alarm valve group, a dry alarm valve group, a rain alarm valve group and a pre-action alarm valve group, under certain trigger conditions, the spray head sprays water to realize fire extinguishing, the spray head sprays large-particle water drops, the impact force is large, the fire scene environment is extremely easily damaged, and unnecessary property loss is caused. The high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing system is mainly applied to environments such as libraries, museums, archives, power distribution rooms and the like, which are stored with valuables or are high-voltage, under certain triggering conditions, water mist sprayed by the spray heads realizes fire extinguishing, and water sprayed by the spray heads is in the form of mist.
In certain environment, for example, in the environment that article are more, if only use water fire extinguishing systems directly to spray, the destructiveness to furniture, wall, paint, valuables etc. is high, if only carry out water smoke when using high-pressure thin water smoke fire extinguishing systems and put out a fire, when the intensity of a fire is great, it can not put out a fire fast.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the existing fire extinguishing system cannot protect articles and quickly extinguish fire when the fire is large, the invention provides a fire extinguishing controller and a device.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a fire suppression controller comprising:
a first electrically controlled valve for controlling the water mist head,

This scheme temperature detection circuit detection ring border's real-time temperature, when ambient temperature reachd lower first temperature, control circuit control first electric control valve switches on, water supercharging equipment work, and water smoke shower nozzle begins work this moment, and water smoke shower nozzle produces thin water smoke, and thin water smoke's specific heat capacity is great, and the fire extinguishing effect is better, and thin water smoke's the mode of putting out a fire is less to the damage of furniture, wall, paint, valuables etc. can furthest reduce loss of property. If the water mist spray head is not used for timely extinguishing fire, the temperature continues to rise, when the temperature rises to the second temperature, the control circuit controls the second electric control valve to be conducted, the sprinkling spray head starts to work, the sprinkling spray head enlarges the sprinkling area, sprinkles and extinguishes fire, the coverage area is enlarged, the water yield is larger, and the flame can be quickly suppressed. The sprinkler head works to control the fire, the temperature is reduced to be lower than the second temperature and higher than the first temperature, the second electric control valve is closed, the first electric control valve is switched on, and the water mist is converted into the water mist for extinguishing the fire at the moment, so that the field equipment can be protected from secondary damage, and the situation of 'changing into flood after fire' is avoided; when the ambient temperature is a first temperature, the first electric control valve is closed, and the water pressurization device stops working.
